end of September: infested with mosquitoes!! Not maintained cp, between 2 busy roads so there is a lot of noise. However, the town of Elne is surprisingly beautiful. The cathedral and cloister are worth a visit.

Flot Blue costs € 5 for water, toilet cleaning, but the door does not open while credit card is charged. Administrator refers us to the municipality, which would be responsible.
