Beautiful place, wonderfully quiet in a wooded area near a (swimming) lake. This is how you imagine ‘wild’ camping in Sweden. This was our first stop and the bar was immediately set very high. No other free camper place has reached this bar for us. Dry toilet is fine.

Very busy campsite with many people of different nationalities with corresponding temperament and mentality. Facilities okay, although it was not clean and smelled bad. Nice base to discover Roskilde by bike. For us 1 night was more than enough. Now recover again in a quieter place…

Camping at the lake. Good fishing possibilities. Several beaches. Sanitary outdated and simple, not always clean (camping was full) Reception only open a few hours a day. We found it very expensive for what it is. (440SEK pn)

Specially situated campsite in beautiful surroundings between two lakes. Excellent places between the permanent caravans. Very friendly staff. Excellent sanitary facilities. Nice for fishing or swimming. Restaurant nearby (at a nice ferry) and a harbour.

Campsite between small landscaped ponds. Each spot has its own fire pit with a seat. There is a kind of museum and there is something everywhere. A bit like Willy Wortel as a bird of paradise. The toilets are very mediocre. The iron-containing water smells and tastes bad. Because of the many ponds with stagnant water there are more mosquitoes. That is why everyone lights their fire basket, which causes a lot of smoke on the campsite. One night was enough for us.
