We were able to sleep peacefully here after visiting the castle. You pay 80 Danish kroner (approx. β¬10) for the overnight stay, which a lot of campers don't do despite the sign; not very considerate, but well, that's just what campers do, right? The park is free, except for access to the castle, and all the museums there are free to visit. There are also plenty of play areas for children. But fellow campers: do pay for the night, okay? That is the polite thing to do.

What a super beautiful camper spot with a warm welcome. Beautiful view, stunning surroundings. How nice that there are people willing to share their unique spot. We were going to stay 2 nights but turned it into 3. You are allowed to use the toilet at the B&B during the day.

Nice camper pitch on a separate part of the campsite with gravel and grass. Sanitary facilities dated but clean and super nice, spacious, hot showers. We paid β¬60 all-in for 2 nights.

we wanted to book this camping and were told that it was full. When we went to have a look the next day during a bike ride around the lake we saw a lot of empty places. Didn't they want us for 2-3 nights? no idea. Too bad because we saw a very nice camping for this reason given 1 star but it is certainly worth 4 stars.

beautiful campsite, lots of greenery and many places with shade which is necessary. Friendly reception. Across the road a beautiful swimming lake. There is a beautiful new sanitary building but what a pity it is not cleaned enough. Some people make a mess of it but it was not cleaned either.

This is what I expect from a real French campsite. Cosy cosiness and super nice manager. Indeed toilet building is retro but super clean and enough showers with lovely warm water. (oh yes the locks all work) from the campsite you can walk to the boat to visit Il de BrΓͺhat. Cycling in the area is beautiful. Every day there is a different foot-truck. You would prefer to keep such gems for yourself.

The fact that it is actually a simple campsite is also its charm. The owner is a great host and is helpful. The charm of this campsite is that it is located on a beautiful part of the DrΓ΄me river where you can swim and drift along with the current for a while. The sanitary facilities are indeed outdated but clean. We come here almost every year to camp for a while.

beautiful, cozy campsite, located directly on a beautiful swimming lake with sunbathing lawn and beach with play equipment and supervised by a lifeguard in July and August. The campsite has had new owners since April who do their best to make their guests happy. Fries, snacks and drinks are available at the campsite and there is a good restaurant next to the campsite. The area is beautiful for walking, cycling and visiting nice towns.

We arrived at the campsite unannounced and there was actually no room, but the highly esteemed owners still looked for an acceptable option and it was there. This way we could stay and had a nice time at this beautiful, clean and loving campsite. Highly recommended and a good starting point for a beautiful walk along Hadrian's wall.

as described, beautiful quiet campsite and friendly farmer. Beautiful environment. During the weekend it is indeed full, we could just fit in. Toilet simple but clean and no shower. tip!!! Do not follow the navigation to turn right onto the narrow dirt road. That road is hell and you can't make the turn to the campsite. Drive straight ahead to the main road and you will be there in no time.

From the south on the A303, when you see Stonehenge, turn a little further to the right, which is prohibited according to the signs, but you can also take a detour. After driving through a number of shallow and easily fordable ponds, we found a nice spot and we looked right at the historic monument. standing beautifully in the sun. There are very nice walks in the immediate area. Visiting Stonehenge via the visitors center costs 20 pounds.

You come for peace and quiet and you have that in sufficient measure here. If everything is there that you need (and super clean) incl. a friendly hostess what more could you want. We paid β¬20.- We will definitely come back again.

The below is incorrect. The sign applies to the bike path that runs along the Canal. (prohibited for all motor vehicles) this is still just a beautiful motorhome.

This cp is absolutely not free and was of poor quality. Because we were unlucky, we quickly found a free CP and found one in this one, we thought. To our surprise, the winegrower came by and noted down all the license plates of the campers and closed the gate. When we drove away the next morning we were confronted with an angry winegrower. We had to pay β¬ 10 or buy wine, blackmail

Beautiful, neat location at a farm with a beautiful view. You can stand on grass and gravel. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. Excellent location to visit the nearest landing beaches.
