What a lovely, quiet spot. We stood next to the tree, which provided nice shade. Everything was free. We cycled a loop past the reserve. The bar/restaurant was closed on Monday, so we ate there on Tuesday. Friendly people.

What a beautiful place. Free!! Electricity only for lights, and if you use too much, it stops. Nice Irish pub, and we were lucky enough that a band was playing. Very cozy with a beer.

It is still not in use. When???? It will certainly be a beautiful camper site.

Download the Pverde app on your phone, fill out the required fields, and you can log in, pay with credit, and receive a code to raise the barrier. It's not difficult at all. The pitches are spacious, but the Wi-Fi wasn't working, and there are four outlets for electricity, which I found quite expensive: €1 for an hour of electricity.

Thanks for the free spot. Lovely town with many sights. We took a nice bike ride to the Teatro Romano and then on to the fort with the hermitage on the mountain.

What a beautiful place!! Everything is free, a lovely bike ride and walk. PR4. A lovely little square with local oldies enjoying a Sagres or Vino Branco. It's true that the access road is narrow. We had dinner at the local restaurant on the square. Very tasty, but not very cheap. No problem if you have a free three-day stay.

We were standing in front of a chain today and there was nothing to see. Such a shame.

What a perfect, free place to visit Almeida. We also had a delicious meal, the daily menu for 12 euros per person at 1810 in the walled town.

Currently taken over by Camping Car. With a pass you can enter. Beautiful places on grass and paved. Nice village with many walking possibilities and close to Poiters. Perfect to do by bike. You have to like trains because you can hear them.

Opened June 1st. Campsite has become Camping Car and access with Pass Etappe card. Paved and grass places.
