I emailed two months in advance to reserve a spot for one night. The owner's reply was short and to the point: they don't take reservations for just one night. So, on the appointed date, I drove to the campsite... had to wait at least 20 minutes before the owner showed up... rang the bell several times and finally called until he came. Then he told me he had no more space. A cheeky, arrogant jerk.
