Beautiful campsite with very good, clean sanitary facilities. Shaded areas in the back area. Very quiet. Small shop with baguettes and croissants in the morning. Excellent WiFi. We felt very comfortable.

At the end of May only about 5% occupied. Reception only open from 1pm. Very quiet location. 2 people with a motorhome without electricity €22.50 per night.

Overnight stays are tolerated if you buy a ticket for the train to the Montserrat monastery. The complex is monitored by a security service at night. The employee is very friendly and points out the rules. Parking on the side of the wall is mandatory. The area is under video surveillance and an alarm system is activated at night around the old locomotive on display.

Check-in extremely cumbersome: you have to wait in the parking lot until you can register, then someone comes and shows you the assigned parking space. It took us about 45 minutes. Minimum stay 2 nights. The whole place is neglected and the sanitary buildings are creepy. Provide pitches with sharp-edged curbs. Power connections are from the 1960s. The worst place we had in Portugal.

Large, undivided pitches on a park-like site. Great place to switch off. Very quiet in the off-season (end of June), the hoopoe family thought so too. Very family atmosphere and the two Dutch owners are super friendly. Small pool to cool off. Bread service. Absolute recommendation. We will definitely be back on our next vacation in Portugal
