If you are visiting Cognac and want to spend one or more quiet nights in a quiet place, Salignac sur Charente is a nice alternative. If the weather is rainy you can stay behind the Town Hall on a solid ground, if the weather is nice the Port du Lys is ideal, calm and bucolic place. In summer you will find a small tavern in a tent with a picnic table. Thank you to the municipality of Salignac for the welcome reserved for motorhomes.
