Good campervan site for an overnight stay while passing through, quiet location, spacious pitches, no sanitary facilities, but cassette emptying, grey water disposal, and water filling are available. Intermachee supermarket approx. 5 minutes away by car with washing facilities for the campervan.

Very good campsite, via CC Park Pass d'Etappe, good service and clean sanitary facilities, hot shower. You must see this city and definitely visit the castle. Nice restaurants with delicious tapas. After a walk in the city, you won't need to go to the gym. The drive there is also a pleasant experience. In short, highly recommended and we will be back!

What a lovely place, Paul and Florence are excellent hosts. Excellent wine tasting with a tasty charcuterie board. Complete wellness facilities available with a spa, sauna, swimming pool, and many sporting opportunities such as bike rental, excursions, and more. This is still being expanded. Please note: grey water and emptying cassettes are not yet possible. Excellent place for a longer stay, even Gite and Chambre d'Hotel rentals available. We will definitely be back!

We've been here a few times now, and the welcome is friendly and very helpful. It's a very practical campsite, with very clean sanitary facilities, hot showers, and BBQ grills on hardstanding. Several supermarkets and the town center, with its market and various restaurants, are within walking distance. Everything is within easy reach. Cycling and hiking opportunities are available. The V&E facilities are very clean, and campervan washing facilities are available. In short, highly recommended and definitely worth the 5 stars.

A very friendly welcome from owner Carla, who accompanied us to the site. There's a choice of 6/10 amp electricity, paved surfaces, clean bathrooms, well-maintained kitchens and appliances, WM/WD available, a bread service, a 20-minute walk to the beach, a 5-minute walk to the local supermarket, and ample walking and cycling opportunities right outside the door. We stayed at this campsite for one night while traveling through. We received a very friendly welcome and were placed in a spot at the front, facing the road (no noise disturbance). This spot was perfect for our 7.5-meter-long campervan, but further down the pitches become too cramped for a larger campervan. The restrooms next to reception are clean and have hot showers. Hiking and cycling opportunities are available, and there's a beautiful view of the city.

We stayed at this campsite again while traveling through. It's a spacious pitch, you can choose your own, beautiful views, a friendly welcome, and another delicious meal in the restaurant. The showers and toilets were clean and warm. It's just a shame that less attention is paid to outdoor cleaning at this time of year (late November), which gives it a neglected impression, which is a shame.

At this CP, parking is free, electricity is available, the restrooms are very clean, there are WM and WD, and hot showers are available. You pay for what you use. There's also a campervan wash facility. As indicated, it's about a 10-minute walk to the town center, and there's a nice dog park in the park a 5-minute walk away. In short, a great place to stay, whether you're traveling through or not. Don't forget to fill up your tank and do some shopping across the street.

What a wonderful mini-campsite! Peace and quiet, spacious pitches, lots of greenery, good/clean sanitary facilities, a flower and picking garden, about a 10-minute walk to the beach (dogs allowed), a supermarket, a forest where dogs can run free, and a view of Krabbekreek. Friendly and helpful owners. You can't get any closer to nature than this. You can also buy beautiful plants from the nursery; manager Karel is happy to help. We planned to stay for two days, but ended up staying for five. We'll definitely be back!

When approaching, pay close attention to which exit at the roundabout you should take, sharply to the right. We were in the 1st row, right on the beach, dogs allowed on the beach, beautiful view over the lagoon, casual atmosphere. Nice restaurants/cafes right on the boulevard. For a good hot shower, collect the key from the manager, costs 1 Euro. Well-maintained rest area, easy to drive to. Toilets 1 star, only disabled toilet open at night. Make use of your own facilities. We will come back for the location.

What a beautiful place this is. On the edge of the reservoir, very quiet, beautiful views and a beautiful starry sky. No judgment about shower and toilets, we did not use them, own facilities. We were here during New Year's Eve, no fireworks at all, perfect for the dog! Highly recommended for New Year's Eve! CP is conveniently located, wonderfully quiet, well cared for. The pitches are paved, the grass in between is not. This turned out to be the case when we got stuck, called the telephone number and the emergency troops arrived. After a few minutes we were back on paved ground. Thank you to Mayor who helped us together with his friend!

What a nice place this is, on the chateau, in the middle of the vines on a chateau of 33 hectares. We were welcomed again on 08.02.23 by Jean-Luc and Christelle. Stayed here for 2 days 16/17.01.23, campsite has a "find yourself a spot" policy, which gives a messy impression. Spacious pitches, sanitary facilities are dated, but clean, good hot showers, good WiFi reception, camping shop with a wide range, nice town, SPAR and fish market within walking distance, beach at approx. 800 meters, several nice restaurants. In short, highly recommended. But beware: WoMo longer than 6 mtr, extra costs!

Visited on 15.01.23 while passing through.. Too bad that the places at the front with a view of the ocean have not been used for 2 years. That was an extra charm of this campsite. Totally agree with the previous reviews. The sympathetic Xavier and Fatima make sure that you lack nothing - even if you are the only guest like us on 12.01.23. It is an ideal place for peace, space and rural! We only stayed 1 night in transit, but that will certainly change next time. Where can you find a herd of sheep that come to have a look at your camper in the evening? In short, definitely recommended!

What a TOP place this is! All facilities well cared for and available. As already mentioned, you only pay for what you use. Very nice extra for your dog, a park with an agility track is a 4-minute walk away and dogs are allowed to run loose in that park! So thought of everything. Overall, highly recommended and we will definitely come back. Oh yes, just fill up on the other side, then parking is free here.

Visited in transit on 09.01, not overnight. When we arrived no one was there, called and within 10 minutes the daughter came. But the dumpsters were overflowing - didn't smell completely fresh either. We were here on 05.01. - a beautiful and popular CP, wonderfully quiet, spacious pitches, paved part for the camper, good facilities largely incl. Shower, WM and WD for a fee, WIFI is also included but with a data limit - but limit is unknown. Register at the barrier, keep your ticket and pay on departure. Maneuvering a camper of 7+ meters is a challenge, given the damage to the sanitary building, we will definitely be back.

The location of this CP on the river Leie and adjacent to a park invites you for a nice walk with or without a dog. Logging in at the barrier works well, reservation via specified telephone number only during office hours. That's how a CP should be, kudos to Wervik! The center is about a 10-minute walk away with a nice pizzeria and a good snack bar, St. Medard the fries with homemade stew and tartar sauce, definitely worth it.

The CP is indeed there on the P1, is neat, also for campers of 7.5 mtr., complete V&E. Very quiet at night. Good Thai restaurant and Italian within a 10 minute walk. The suspension bridge is about 2.5 km walk, direction is clearly indicated. The proceeds from the CP and other parking spaces are used by the municipality for maintenance of the Suspension Bridge, so that no entrance fee has to be charged. The bridge is definitely worth it

Campsite is located directly on the lake, hospitable reception, you are taken to place, we were on the water, dogs are welcome out of season, but with restrictions (e.g. no nuisance, no peeing on the campsite), showers and other sanitary facilities are fine. During your stay you will receive a free public transport card for use of the train and bus to, for example, Konstanz. Stations are about a 10 minute walk from the campsite. We would like to come back again.

We were here for 2 days, warmly received, beautiful spacious paved pitches on water. Enjoy a nice meal in restaurant De Thuishaven in a living room atmosphere with Brabant geniality. Sanitary well maintained, a pity that the showers are not completely warm before 08.00. But definitely a CP to come back!

On 12.01.2020 stood for the 2nd time this trip on this CP. All facilities available and that for the price of € 6.00, including electricity if you are lucky, because there are only 2 steam connections. Friendly manager comes by in the evening to pick up stageld. Wonderfully quiet CP. Nice walks through the village and along the old railway. Good CP for transit.

Very quiet CP with Pass'Etapes (on arrival immediately become a member otherwise no access) directly on the river Noly. Nice walking and cycling opportunities. Small CP with 6 places and all facilities incl. Internet and electricity. Supermarket at approx. 1 km walk - so do your shopping before arrival! Peacefully quiet

At the chateau Domaine de la Rousille, a beautiful camper place. Friendly welcome by Anne, who speaks English very well. Very spacious places with electricity and water. Places really in the middle of the vineyards. Nice view. Very quiet. Good walking possibilities. Naturally at this chateau a wine tasting, Anne gives a detailed explanation of the different wines, production process, the chateau etc. Very beautiful wines tasted and (of course) purchased. For a wine lover really recommended.

Nice route to get here. On arrival the gate was closed, just called and within 5 minutes the owner came to open the gate. Very friendly welcome and clear explanation of where and what, all facilities are present and good stable WIFI. Nice spacious place, wonderfully quiet, beautiful among the vineyards. Plumbing in separate small outbuilding, clean and well maintained. We are now the only camper. Good explanation at the tasting, wines tasted and of course purchased! Absolute must.

This is a beautiful site, location is great (literally and figuratively), with a great view of the sea and Zarautz, if you stand in front. Friendly welcome and you will be taken to a designated place by "scooter escort". Sanitary clean and well cared for, the sanitary block is even heated and showers nice and warm. Restaurant good value for money. Spacious places. Only in high season it will be very busy here, you have to love. Challenging walks to the beach via a staircase - around 450 steps - definitely worth it. For the enthusiast, 9 hole golf course next to the beach.

CP is located a little higher in Elorrio, so a beautiful view over the city. All electricity, water and toilet cassette facilities are free. Just pick up the jeton at the police station - 400 meters away - nice and quiet. Beautiful playground for dogs for the CP, good walking possibilities, nice town. Challenging roads from south GI3361 and GI632 also with camper> 7 m. to get there with beautiful views. Worth the effort

What can be added to all other reviews. This CP is very good, despite the fact that there is currently no power at 06.01 (is being worked on). The sanitary building is very beautiful, well maintained and clean. Unfortunately the showers are not really very hot, too bad. Good stable WIFI. Near a park with a dog playground - great walking possibilities. Definitely worth coming back to or from Portugal. Just refuel at Suances and enjoy this CP. Recommended !!

The CP is behind the large Events Hall, with all facilities available and indeed free, thanks to the Municipality. Toilets in Event.hal are closed. It is very quiet, the center of town is around 800 meters away and you can walk in the immediate vicinity. When we were there on 14.12.19 we were standing with 2 campers - no unsafe feeling. Definitely recommended as a starting point for a trip along the Douro

This campsite was closed when we arrived this afternoon! despite the mention on Campercontact that they were open. So turn around and never return, drove on to Area autocaravanas Suances in Palencia - site code 62523

Great CP for transit from or to Portugal. Friendly manager of the bazaar t..o. the CP, flat places. Where can you stand for € 5.00 and electricity € 3.00. All other facilities are also present. Intermarchee at 400 meters. Not to mention: the bakery for fresh sandwiches, which sits next to the CP in the yellow building. Near highway to Spain, no inconvenience.

Reception very friendly. The road here from the south over R370 is narrow - hope for no oncoming traffic. Camping has various levels to stand. We were on level L, at a reservoir, great view, special sunset and sunrise. Plumbing looks good, not used. The hot shower was cold. May also be due to the time we were here. For the view a big 10 !!

Excellent campsite, beautiful location, spacious places - choose your own place in this time, excellent clean / sanitary facilities, great restaurant, culinary delights are what you would not expect. Hot showers (if you wait longer) Beach at 500 meters. Near the swimming pool stable WIFI with amplifier. Too bad costs for a dog € 6.00 - minus point.

Campers and caravans are no longer allowed at this location - the camper / caravan is a free zone - is indicated by signs - very unfortunate is a beautiful location!

Arrived on 30.12.19 and stay for New Year, this is great camper place. Reception by friendly manager, spacious places, showers, washing machines, dryer. Supermarket and shopping center at 300 meters, nature reserve and beach at 2 km walk. Everything is kept perfectly. A fireworks free zone for your dog, WIFI is not very strong. Too bad no toilet. But we are coming back.

We arrived here on December 27, 19 for 1 night, stayed 3 nights. Nice places (find out yourself). Excellent sanitary pity no toilet seats - cozy and nice bar, snack bar good food, good mini supermarket - Wifi does not reach in all places, not even with a WiFi amplifier. Very quiet, many (NL) winterers, friendly atmosphere.

We arrived on 12/24/19. Friendly welcome at reception, spacious places in forest area, also suitable for camper 7.3 mtr, choose your own place, power box No. pass on reception, then you will receive key. Sanitary is renovated and clean. Restaurant good value for money, nice view, close to Cabo de São Vincenti, within walking distance of supermarket. We will definitely be back.

We have not found anything of all positive reviews. We arrived on December 26, 19. Access road and high tunnel reasonable challenge with camper 7.3 m, site moderate, plumbing really outdated, no use, we have not seen the manager. Very quiet indeed. OK beautiful sunset! As quickly as possible away here and now not, then not and never come back.

We arrived on Sunday, December 15, 19 in the pouring rain, but still a warm welcome. Next day I had a very instructive explanation about the production of wine, port and olive oil by José (Gen. Mngr.) The love for the profession and the Quinta radiates from José during the tasting! What a great company this is. We have of course also purchased these products. Highly recommended !!

Arrived yesterday 20.12.19 for 1 night in transit. But what a beautiful place this is !! Friendly welcome, bar, shop, sanitary facilities (completely renovated in October) Wifi, washing / drying facility completely TOP- fat 10 Currently fairly quiet, you can choose your own place. City and beach about 15 minutes walk, beautiful rugged coast. We stay longer !!

Arrived here on 19.12.19. Large campsite with little appearance. Wifi is reasonable (if you have an amplifier with you) Plumbing is dated, but functional and clean. At the rear a nice view of the lake, too bad you cannot walk directly to that laguna. As a stopover OK, but for a longer stay .......... ??

We were here on 12/18/19. The price of € 9.00 is outdated, we have € 15.00 including € 2.00 for our dog, when inquiring it appeared that the new management has increased the prices there on 01.12.19. Price / quality is OK. The view if you are at the front on the sea and rugged coast is more than worth it! You can take beautiful walks there. Plumbing is well and well maintained!

Were here on 16.12.19, nice spacious campsite, many amenities, close to the beach - about 500 meters walk, nice restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Sanitary good and clean. Restaurant, supermarket (you) closed during this time. Recommended

On 13.12.19 it was (naturally) quiet. Friendly welcome, spacious places, beautiful view of Miranda. Due to the time that we were there, we could use plumbing in one of the holiday homes, very good, good WIFI connection. The whole looks well maintained.

We were here on 10.12.19, good wines purchased, nice walk through vineyards, to the satisfaction of our dog. This is highly recommended, will definitely be back.

This Martin Christiaan is a living legend, if you have been producing wine yourself since 1949, now for 70 years, you can carry this title. The wine is of good quality, can still be imposed for a few years. Nice experience to visit his "cave" and definitely worth to come back. Do not expect super luxury CP, but that is not necessary either, after all you are self-supporting!

A good CP, especially if your dog is traveling, very good walking possibilities, dog is happy with it, cafeteria near CP is good for coffee and cake, in town is a good chip shop, furthermore relatively quiet, recommended for a stay at transit, and return again on the return journey
