Desolate place; we came for the washing machine. Didn't find it. You can communicate via chat, but it took 12 hours to get a response asking if I wanted to leave a review. No response to my question. No hot water in the grubby sanitary building. Litter on the verges. The tea room is actually quite nice, though rather pricey. The surroundings are nothing special either. The worst stop on our otherwise super successful journey through the UK.

What a beautiful and lovely place! Super nice owners, stunning view, very nice surroundings. Small, simple campsite, but with everything you need. And affordable. We will definitely come back again and stay a few nights instead of the one night we just passed through this time.

Very beautifully situated, spacious pitches, warm welcome. The sanitary facilities are clean, but really insufficient for such a large campsite. A total of 3 washing-up areas and 8 showers, some of which have virtually no water pressure. I was literally shaking drops out of the shower head. If this were better, I would have easily added an extra star.

What a lovely place! Very welcoming owners who have been building their little paradise here with a lot of love over the past few months. Sanitary facilities super clean. Had a delicious meal, an extensive menu, and to top it all off, our favorite beer was recommended to us off the menu! The spots at the back of the grounds on the hill in the woods are certainly beautiful! The campsite is easily accessible, but is close to the highway, so you can hear it. Highly recommended!

The location is fine, close to the sea, with a supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. But if you have to pay 41 euros per night in the low season, you would expect the pitches to be mowed, toilet paper to be refilled on time, facilities to be clean, and showers to be hot. Things we can live with just fine, but this is too expensive for what you get.

Very beautiful and peacefully situated. However, the gate to the restaurant and camper pitches was closed. So we just spent the night on the verge in front of the gate, together with another camper. Everything looked well-maintained, so it doesn't seem to be permanently closed.

A fine spot for a stopover; upon arrival, we were initially startled by the busy traffic in front of and above the site. However, we had a great night, with lots of bird sounds. You can walk right into the charming town, and walking along the river in the other direction is pleasant. We spent €2.20 on parking fees. It is a bit cramped with three campers side by side.

Great location, quiet in a small village. Beautiful walking area. No amenities, but that's not what we're looking for.

Lovely place, beautiful hiking opportunities all around, and a charming village with all the necessary amenities. We were here for the second time, as we discovered when we returned ;-) But that makes sense, because it's an excellent place for an overnight stay.

Great place for an overnight stay, a lovely town, and a very complete, free campervan site. Very popular, though. So arrive early. We were the fourth campervan to arrive around 3:00, but we ended up spending the night with 12 other campervans. We simply couldn't fit any more ;-)
