Very friendly welcome. You do indeed need a token for all water usage, which is a bit inconvenient. However, the sanitary building is spacious and clean. The pitches are scattered a bit throughout the wooded grounds. For 3 euros per night, you can stay downstairs with a lake view. Many seasonal pitches look a bit poorly maintained, but the atmosphere is pleasant. Good to know: You can only pay in cash and you have to bring your own toilet paper.

Nice campsite with spacious pitches for this area. And affordable too. Good Wi-Fi, great swimming pool. Cycling to the coast is easy. Friendly welcome, with people who really want to do their best for you. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Our camper broke down right at the reception. Extremely friendly owners. Helped us out nicely. Sanitary facilities spotless, nice pool. Highly recommended.

We have a grass pitch with electricity for a camper and 2 people for 36 pounds per night. Very normal price for this area. Spacious field with play elements for children in the middle. Sanitary facilities simple, a bit cramped here and there, but clean. Excellent base for Brighton, 5 minutes by bike to Hassocks and from there you are in the center of Brighton in 20 minutes.

June 25, 1 night, camper 2 persons and electricity for 45 euros. Sanitary dated but clean. 2 showers and 3 toilets at the ladies. Showers cost 1 pound, pay with a coin. But we look out over the sea. The coastal path runs along here and the takeaway food was delicious. So still 4 stars.

Excellent free ample parking, but the access road is narrow and steep.

Great place within cycling distance of Heidelberg, via a good cycle path. Bus to Heidelberg stops in front of the site. Places without electricity are generally more spacious and you can choose them yourself. Sanitary facilities are kept clean, but shower cubicles are small (plastic bag is handy to keep your things dry).

Well organized motorhome. Friendly help with registration. It was busy so stood on the road side. We are quite used to it, but we slept very badly because of the heavy traffic that drove past all night. Our neighbors had been there for 3 nights. Maybe they had earplugs with them?

As indicated below: great place to visit the city. Clean, on a busy road but not bothered by that at night. On asphalt and no shade, but doable at 25 degrees
