After a day of surfing on the Lauwersmeer, we were looking for a camper spot for one night. What we found was an oasis of calm. The place is beautifully situated and we liked it so much that we ended up staying the whole weekend. From the camper site, you can easily take a lovely walk along the dike to Oostmahorn, which is ideal if you have a large dog with you like we did.

Lovely to unwind here for a while. A nice campsite where you feel welcome immediately. The pitches are spacious and, thanks to a pleasant breeze, it is perfectly bearable even at 28 degrees. You can hear some traffic in the background, but that is certainly not disturbing. The facilities are excellent and everything is brand new.

Wingfoiling on Lake Grevelingen during the day and staying here overnight is perfectly doable. The spots are reasonably spacious and the sanitary facilities are neat and clean.

Yesterday towards sundown the dog an I walked the “natte neuzen route”. Dog can walk free without a leash and we even spotted a dear. Great place. (-I’ll be back)

A wonderful spot. We took beautiful walks and found it wonderfully relaxing. I'll definitely come back.

A bit tricky checking in; the software isn't fully functional yet. But what a gem! A beautiful, peaceful place, everything new and modern, with just the right atmosphere. Still under construction, and already a place to return to.

Lovely relaxed camper place with nice people less than 100 meters from the lake. Supermarket, four houses further on the right "Stubai market" has a large assortment and makes delicious snack platters with local snacks.
