Great place with neat and sufficient sanitary facilities (toilets and showers), including WiFi and drinking water. Large lawn where you can choose a spot yourself. Environment is very beautiful. Unfortunately no electricity possible, but we didn't need a battery.

At the end of the afternoon on Sunday we had a delicious 'Sunday roast' with sticky toffee pudding for dessert. It was delicious. The shop with food and gifts is also nice. We stayed here overnight with another camper and did not have to pay anything for staying overnight. You can also have breakfast in the morning.

Quiet and neat campsite. Behind the mobile homes is a spacious field with approximately 15 places for campers. So the previous review is incorrect. I added 2 photos. We paid £30 including electricity per night. In the village within walking distance we had a delicious meal at the gastro pizza pub Out Out. The charming town of Peebles is about 15 minutes away with many nice shops.

Great camper spot with excellent facilities. You pay 10 pounds for the place and according to the pick and mix principle you pay for the facilities such as use of the bathroom/toilet, electricity, washing machine, dirty and clean water, etc. So you only pay for what you use. We were received very warmly in Dutch by Mieke. They understand what campers need. Highly recommended!

Once you have found a good, fairly straight spot, it is nice to stand there. There is a huge seal population that gives a howling concert in the evening. Nice sea view. Watch where you drive because of the pebbles.

Neat, beautiful new campsite. Because we had not made a reservation, we stood at the newly constructed 'overflow' camper place on the gravel. That's about 10 places, some of which have access to electricity. Sanitary facilities very neat and nice. We paid £26 for a camper with 2 people excluding electricity.

Neat campsite with excellent sanitary facilities. Very friendly reception. Nice spacious place. Within walking distance of the beach, nice for an evening walk. We paid £35 for 2 people with a camper.

You can stand in front of the campsite barrier for free. There is even a toilet building with drinking water point and you can dispose of your gray water. The New England Bay campsite is very expensive, especially if you are not a member, but the friendly gentleman at reception came up with the alternative of standing on the field in front of the barrier for free. We saw a very large group of dolphins on the beach. Beautiful place!

great free camper spot. Wonderfully quiet next to a beautiful flowing stream. Several walks possible from this place. Free walking maps available at the visitors centre.

Great free overnight stay. Far enough from the highway not to be bothered by it. You can also take a nice evening walk through the nature reserve along the sea. There is a toilet and drinking water.

Great place for a free overnight stay with no amenities. Next to a hydroelectric power station with beautiful views over the lake. You can also walk there.

A very nice quiet camper place on a lake. You can't swim in it, but you can walk around it. There are 8 power points. Pay by putting 130SK or $15 cash in an envelope and throwing it through a slot in a door. We love it. No water so make sure you've filled it up.

Great stopover on the way to Scandinavia. Nice hot free shower and hot water with the dishes. We're just standing here on grass. Nice people and a nice cafe where you can also order sandwiches for breakfast. There are over 30 places. The price for a pitch without electricity is €22 per night. Electricity goes through a vending machine. Sometimes a plane comes over, but better than standing right next to a highway.
