Spent a quiet night here in January2020. Seems to be the car park for the football ground so may get busy at match times. We were the only van here but were not disturbed. Occasional dog walker. No traffic noise. Would certainly use again as a handy stop a few km from the motorway. Did use any services so can not comment on that.

Free car park allows overnight max 12 hours. No motorhome waste services. Road to car park may be difficult for larger Motorhomes can be difficult at busy times. We had a quiet night and the town is nice to visit. Thank you for the council to allow this parking.

All good. Very busy here but then it is Bastille day at a weekend so to be expected. Still found space and others arrived after us. Shops, fuel, eating all close by. Nice walks. Thank you to the town for providing it.

Nice CP, some shaded pitches and some full sun (summer/winter parking?). Warm’ish showers, toilets and washing sinks all in one communal room. Flying insects in summer were abundant. Nice owner keeps an eye on the place. The ticket machine touch screen needs a good long push to get it started and then choose language and all easy from there. Little town is a nice walk with a few bars and ships.

Nice town with lots of interest. The camper parking area on the hill was closed this weekend for the fete with some Motorhomes staying in general parking. We moved to the bottom CP. it’s ok, has services and a little shade. Good access to the market.

Part of the car park of the village social building. We were alone all night which was surprising as nice flat level car park and free water and waste dump. Not much shade. Short walk to the bread shop etc. Enjoyed our one night.

Visited again and all still good. The payment method has changed slightly, now the machine needs to to switched on with the power button at bottom of screen. Choose your language. Choose 24 hours if staying overnight, enter your vehicle registration number and press confirm. Finished. No printed ticket. You can choose a transaction receipt at the end of the process but no need to display it .

Great for a stopover, it has all the facilities needed at the best price. Not too much to do in the area (supermarket, swimming pool complex) but a useful place to have when travelling through Luxembourg. Thank you to the community for providing it.

Motorhome parking at side of main road but quiet enough, especially at night. Next to children’s play area so can be busy during the day. Nice village and very kind of them to provide this aire. Waste and water are just across the road and all very convenient. Nice.

Handy motorhome/mixed marking just off the motorway with the bonus of services for water and waste. Lovely view and a stunning sunset across the mountains.

Lovely spot and a very nice host who introduced himself and his aire. In the evening he shared wine around the Motorhomes. All good. Toilet, waste and fresh water available. Electricity too, if required. Road can be a little tight if coming from the village so check your route for the last kilometre. Basic cost is €6 per night.

Probably great for facilities but found the area a bit depressing and industrial. We moved down to the beach parking slightly south of here.

Useful motorhome parking and services. We mainly have a little explore of the town and just spend one night. Not far to the beach front. Appears to be a new parking area with drive over and water being made next to existing area - more parking or maybe replace current area?

Doesn’t look too promising on the approach but this is a nice little campsite with great staff. Short walk across to the beach and long promenade. Many people sending the whole winter but that’s not uncommon - we came for a week and stayed two as Calpe has lots to do.

Drilling rig was here taking core samples so I think building work will start soon and then no more motorhome parking. Might soon be time to look elsewhere for overnight parking in Javea.

Didn’t stay overnight but had fuel, water, emptied, pressure washed van. Nice attendant. Great service.

On reflection, perhaps staying in the town central carpark on a Saturday night wasn’t my best idea. Good market on during the day with two roast chicken vendors. It’s a carpark so doors slamming and shouting up to about midnight. Then a quiet night. No trouble. The town is ok, castle which is closed and Troglodyte village on outskirts. Services for fresh water and waste. Boot sale on Sunday.

Mixed parking area next to dam. Cafe and kayak rental across road (closed at this date - end of season?). No services except for helicopter landing pad. Hilly / mountain views. Handy night stop off the motorway. We were alone.

Disappointed that there is no free Wi-Fi or free bread delivery! Joking! Big thank you to the town for what must be the aire with the best facilities for free in Europe? Man comes regularly to check facilities and how long you have stayed (72h max). Nice little town a walk up the hill. But there is always one motorhome who abuses the generosity. The parking gets a 10 the location gets 8

Allocated motorhome parking at side of football stadium. Pay at machine or go to reception for ticket, also to get token for fresh water. Parking also on waste ground at the side but payment still required/collected. This area was being closed for two weeks mid-November as the circus moves onto the waste ground. The toilets/shower facility was closed. Handy spot for a couple of days town visit.

Arrived at lunchtime and the weather was lovely, slight breeze. At midnight we were chased off by the wind and rain. So as mentioned below, great for a good view during the day/sunset/sunrise but maybe not so great for a good nights sleep. Short drive to the parking at Sagres with no windy problems.

Big area of parking by the fort. Short walk into town. Quiet overnight. Toilets were closed. Services at the Intermarche supermarket. Flat and cobbled. Nice for a nights stop.

Great service provided by The supermarket. Shame users don’t know how to use them properly. A token is needed from the petrol attendant or the shop for fresh water and the borne does indeed state you get a free token with a 30€ spend at the shop - see photo.

As it’s off season we took our chance on the beachside parking and didn’t get moved on or robbed. About 20 Motorhomes here when we woke up. Did get a few whiffs from the refineries near-by but it was tolerable. Would come again. Smashing view and the sunsets would be nice (if it wasn’t raining).

Nice beach stop. No motorhome service. Come here with full water and empty toilet. Nice. Will be back.

Reasonable location for visit the city and with water/dump free. Not great views but if you need a motorhome park near a city, it’s fine.

Convenient spot for visiting the town and water/dump services. Usual crowd turning up after the man has been to collect the fee. Interesting place if you look behind the tourist tat shops into the history. Had a quiet night. The rain turned the carpark a bit muddy but that’s life. Will return.

Probably not dedicated motorhome parking place but plenty here in mixed parking. Only one water tap for cassette flush and drinking (containers next to tap to use for flush but not everyone used so tap got contaminated) we will fill at next stop. Cassette dump is basic but does the job. Walk over bridge to the lovely town. Nice green park and lots of students doing their thing.

Big sandy carpark behind dunes. Might be a little cafe open at times but not when we were there. Very quiet night although went to bed as the only motorhome here and woke up with six others parked around the huge car park. No facilities except trash bins. Lovely white beach, empty except for occasional fishermen and surfboarders.

Part of mixed parking behind some high rise apartment blocks and under high tension electric cables. Next to tram stop so very handy for visiting Porto old town. Purpose built motorhome waste point and fresh water. Thank you to the town for providing this.

Nice location looking across river (if you can get front row on carpark). Busy during day and mostly quiet at night but fishermen can wake you early. Plenty of fish restaurants. No motorhome services but there is a toilet at the market. Foot ferry takes bicycles. Big market on carpark Saturday so you have to leave Friday night.

Just a sandy parking area behind the beach dunes where overnight parking seems to be tolerated. Lovely evening spent here watching the sunset and the fishermen off the beach. No facilities. Quiet night.

Self serve car wash with a motorhome bay with platform for washing the roof! Lovely. €2 in the machine lifts the lid of the toilet dump and gives you four minutes before it closes and turns off the fresh water so get prepared before you insert the money. Normal hose connection on tap. All very nice and new looking.

Nice, clean, level, services all here, nice staff and an Aladdin’s cave of a shop to browse. What’s not to like. And, a bread shop and supermarket just up the road. Surprised at the vans which pull in a hour after the shop closes, spend the night, dump the toilet and leave an hour before the shop opens just to save €5 when this is a family business.

Far end of a mixed parking carpark with dedicated motorhome bays that the locals seem to respect. Dump point and water in the corner. Very kind of the community to provide this all. The town has a good feel, plenty of bars and eating places. The museums were closed which is a shame. Will be back to explore more.

Just a small viewing area overlooking the reservoir about 100m on from the campsite. No facilities. 4G Vodafone signal at night but nothing in the morning which was odd. Lovely view and great sunrise over the hills and water. Nice little town. Quiet night by ourselves. Probably not suitable for big Motorhomes unless you stand alone.

Nice grass area for parking either in open area or under trees. Just a short walk from the village. Most of the village is centred around the chestnut in regards to tourist attraction. The heavens opened when we were due to leave the parking and water was running like a river under the van but we had no trouble pulling off, which was a relief. Great walking area.

At side of fire station and mixed parking area. Waste water and toilet empty is good but there was no fresh water working (only the cassette wash water) and the coin payment was taped up as not working.

Only a few of the marked motorhome bays are level(ish) and most on a slope (front to back and left to right) but we were ok for our one night stop. Traffic during the day and evening but all seems to stop around 22:00. The dump point is probably ok in an emergency and I wouldn’t trust the water tap hadn’t been tainted. We didn’t bother using it as the motorways have good motorhome dumps.

Very handy for Venice visiting. Return trip on the ferry just two minutes walk away and €12 each if you pick up a discount coupon from the parking office. The camper parking is good, quiet at night, next to a leisure park and marina. The staff in the office are excellent very friendly and helpful. Venice, of course, was great.

Very handy night stop. No facilities really but handy for shopping and nice looking Spa across the road. Two supermarkets in walking distance and several restaurants. Locals use the motorhome parking for their cars so but they come and go often so hang about and you’ll probably get a spot. Only 6m bay but grass to overhang if you have a longer vehicle.

Well situated campsite and a flat even walk into town which is buzzing at most times with lots going on. Touristy town but reasonable prices at this time. The campsite is nice (use your ACSI discount card for €18/pn) and staff very friendly. Enjoyed very much.

This new stop is next to the gun club and requires going under the motorway through a narrow (traffic light controlled) underpass which should be ok for all but the tallest vans. Next to a river walk with a grass area. Water and electric at parking, dump point is around the other side of the gun club. Traffic noise is constant from motorway but we had a quiet night. Thank you to the community.

Five dedicated bays at one end of the sports car park. Grey water and toilet emptying free. Water and electric paid for with CHFrancs. Pleasant outlook and the bays are quite wide enough. Nice fountain in the town but an average town, we thought. Very handy parking for motorhome and the town should be thanked for providing it!

Just a normal carpark. Mostly bays not level. Glass bottle recycling can be noisy. Bus station next to parking can be noisy. Church next to parking has bells marking the hour and every 15 minutes. Parking bays ok for up to 6m motorhome unless you like upsetting the locals and parking across multiple bays. Quiet at night 22:00 - 05:00. Ok for a stop overnight. Nice village.

Maximum stay 4 hours 50c/hour. Standard size parking bays. Couldn’t see any specific motorhome parking in this area. Not sure you can park overnight. The setting is nice, next to the lake and the rowing clubs and public transport.

Dedicated motorhome parking in parkland next to sports field. Direct walks into town about 800m to visit the source/spring of the Danube. Max stay 48hours. Electric and rubbish bins available. Water and waste a short drive away. Quite tranquil.

Part of the Messe parking (sports) and next to an army area. Has a bourne type service area. Toilet dump working but water needs paying for. We didn’t stay, just emptied. Thank you to the town for providing it.

Very handy for a visit to Triberg on a hot day. Under cover parking and dustbins. Easy walk into town. There are four parking spaces here but also some motorhome parking at other car parks in the town.

Nice spot on edge of town. Toilet dump requires token from a bistro in town.

Marked motorhome parking bays in a carpark next to the tennis club. Road noise during the day but we slept peaceful at night. Restaurant across the road and the town close by. No services. Good for a quick overnight stop.

Very convenient stop with good facilities (water is €1 for 80L). Payment machine takes cards but was very slow so used coins (€6). Three supermarkets next door. Several fast food and restaurants close. Tram stop near. Castle. New cycle path being prepared. The church bells sound the quarter peel until 22:00 and start at 06:15.

Nice open area next to the “Mosel” river with a few trees for shade if required. €8 per night plus €2 for electric if required (plug yourself in) lady collects cash in the evening. Don’t worry, she will find you if you’re not in. Quiet night and very pleasant daytime watching river and people. Friendly village with wine tastings. Free Wi-Fi - seems to time out but just log on again.

Lovely place to park for few days. Next to river, near to small village and with some toilets and showers too. Wi-Fi included but could only connect near the barrier (temporary problem I think). Supermarket and bars in the village. Plenty of cycling opportunities. Popular.

Nice little motorhome parking with water, waste and chemical toilet emptying facility. If you need full Camping Facility then this can be found next door. Quiet country location a short walk from the village with shops bars restaurants and huge sandy beach. Nice owner too.

Pleasant site and although there is road noise in the day from the flyover and bridge we were not disturbed at night. Only one toilet block at one side of the campsite so can be quite a hike to the showers/toilet/etc if you’re the wrong end. Management are nice and the whole site quite busy. We like it and spent a few days.

Fine for a night. Nice walk along the sea wall and several cafes.

Coal mine museum with motorhome parking at the end of the carpark. Popular at this time of year so some Motorhomes on main carpark seems acceptable overnight. Max stay 24 hours. Water and waste facilities all in good order. Museum has various ticket rates but around €10 per person for main tour - check times for English tour. Nice cafe too. We had a nice quiet night.

Dedicated motorhome parking places overlooking the water with lots of boat traffic to look at. Ferry crosses here too, from 6.00 until 24.00hrs. Had a surprisingly quiet nights sleep. No services but a useful and free rest area. Extra wide parking slots too, which was nice.

Very handy spot just a short walk from the old town centre. Cheese market on Thursday and produce market on Saturday. For the parking ticket machine - put your card in, wait a few moments, press the €1 button until 8 euros is shown and then press the green button with the tick. No pin needed. Remove card, get ticket. Sunday daytime seems to be free so a ticket on Saturday lasts til Monday.

Motorhome parking full when we arrived midweek at 15:00 so parked in the carpark next to it. Ok for <6m van. Busy area during day but very quiet night. Handy for trains and bus. All day ticket still €4. Good place thank you to the community.

This area is being renovated and landscaped at the moment but this does not affect the motorhome parking. We stayed one night very quiet. The walk along the lake is nice. Token needed for water but waste dump is available. Nice stop.

Basically a bit of the town car park has been reserved for Motorhomes. A very handy stop close to shops restaurants and banks etc. Good service facility for dump and water. Quiet at night.

Basically a parking area for the shopping mall. Not the quietest place to overnight but we slept surprisingly well. Always do our first and last Spanish shopping here as the booze is about as cheap as it gets. Fuel not bad either.

Drive past the shop and behind the buildings to find the motorhome parking. Services are located around the front of the buildings in the corner. One of the guys will come and invite you for a tour of the cava making facility around 18:00 and it’s worth the visit. Especially the tasting at the end :-) Lovely views from the parking across to Monserrat across the vine fields. Very quiet area.

Handy little stop which is just a fenced carpark but the owner is adding a service point. Waste is ready at this date, fresh water installed soon. Great hill walks from here, handy for supermarket and bars. €3/night but expected to rise to €5 after water installed.

Mainly just a waste and water service point behind the industrial buildings, there is some parking but very narrow. The water tap has an unusual internal thread for the adaptor which none of my hose fittings worked with so make sure you have a watering can/bottle to transfer the water to your van. It isa lovely town and worth a visit.

Situated in a nice valley off the plains of Murcia this a good site for a few days stay. One of the local motorhome clubs were having a rally the weekend we visited so there were plenty of vans and still room for more. Drive over grey waste, water and cassette emptying. Parking is around a small sports centre. Rabbit warren of a village but interesting. Plenty of hill walks. Will be back again.

We popped back for a few days to finish off our visit of the city. The tram service is great and only €1.40 each way. However the motorhome parking now has new signs with maps and rules the main one being a maximum 72 hours stay - which might upset some of the motorhomes which are still here from our first visit a few weeks ago. Three days is more than enough for most people. Still a great place.

As already stated, plenty of motorhome bays and two grey water dump bays (but share a fresh water tap and toilet dump) so well done Murcia shopping centre. Came to visit the city but spent the day going around the various shops :-) Will visit the city tomorrow as tram and bus stops at top of car park.

Fuel station with dive over facilities behind the garage office. Little cafe too. Diesel filling is a bit complicated - pay at wall machine, fill, then go back to machine to confirm and get your ticket.

Nice stopover parking. Flat walking next to river.

We are here end Nov/Dec and it’s snowing. Just two vans on the aire which has free water and emptying still working. Great setting just behind the chateau and with views across the river. Nice compact town about ten mins walk away. Very quiet and nice marked out parking. The entrance is a bit tight through a curved fenced chicane(?) so take it easy. No shade so hot sunny weather might be a problem

Worth every penny/cent. Lovely view of the river, all sanitation facilities, nice warden from the Council. The barrier needs a card but is in several languages. Make sure you pull your motorhome almost up to the barrier. The grass pitches against the river slope. The other pitches mostly level. Love stopping here but it is popular so don’t arrive too late :-)

Overnighted here and was very pleasant and a peaceful night. Water and waste available. Parking area is near tennis courts and a country walkway with a brook containing fish. There is a sort of brick built bus shelter which opens facing the brook but other than a youth trap I don’t know what it’s for. No youths in it when we visited so quiet night. Local exercise walkers all very friendly.

No motorhome services just parking, for which this is good. Choice of morning or afternoon shade. Easy access to all the touristy stuff. Great place to explore have been several times.

Parking next to the bridge (of the main road) along side a river cutting (which was dry as they are working on a building) the main river is a bit further over. Water and waste are over the other side of the bride (still this side of the river) behind the basketball building. Quiet night despite close to road. There is a water tap in corner of parking area locals use so ok to drink.

Nice cp area at the bottom of the hill from the town. Not a long walk up if you can use the steps through the little park. Water and waste available. Barriers still not in use so no charge. Gets busy towards the evening but quiet at night. Popular with motorhomers.

Basically a motorhome parking area. No views but near the centre of town in a good area and with all sanitation facilities. Great! €3.30pn but the machine can be confusing so follow the instructions precisely. Takes cards or coins. Get here early if you want a space, we got the last bay at 17:00.

Nicely maintained cp with sanitation post which requires tokens for water or electric. Dumping is free. There is also a push button water tap on the footpath which is free to use. There isn’t much van shade but a few picnic benches near which have shade. The company has a nice view even if it is in the middle of a housing estate. After school the kids were noisy in the play park.

Five spaces with sanitation etc. No cost. Clean and tidy. On the side of a road but quiet at night. Occasional train on other side of road. Up the hill from town so a decent walk back but manageable if you take it steady. Nice little town. Lots of hitchhikers and cyclists about. Seems laid back.

Nice, clean, flat site with water and waste in the corner. Ideal location for visiting the village and castle. Does feel a bit exposed as there are roads on three sides and a rail track. Not a noise problem and very quiet at night.

Nice spot overlooking small lake with a nice restaurant. Quiet night. Water turned off when we were there in March but waste available.

Easy access for most sized motorhomes. Water and waste service (buy token in bar or shop). The troglodyte dwellings are interesting and a National Park has some great offerings too. Site is fairly quiet mostly walkers. Some gym equipment along the promenade if you're feeling energetic :-)

Site has moved next to the old site on a terraced hard standing. Toilet, waste and water (2 euro) all available. Lovely little town with high walls to walk around. Small supermarket in centre opens Sundays. Plenty of shops, bars, you name it. Very nice.

As of 9 March 2017 this aire still free. Fairly level, recently laid carpark, water and dump. Backs on to child's playground and then a dog exercise field. Between are the steps up into town centre. Very busy with Motorhomes but a quiet night. Great site.

Part of the town car park next to bus station. The 4 motorhome spaces were occupied so we just parked further back on the car park out of the way. By night time around 20 vans had parked up. Police visit regular but no problem for us parking the night. The gravel overflow carpark (rear of bus station) is now a proper marked out car park. Choose either. Toilet dump and water available. Great town!

Slightly sloping site but beautiful setting with great views of the peaks. Electric available and toilet showers at far end of sports hall. Water and waste etc at this end of hall. Sign says to get a ticket from the town hall but no address. At weekends someone collects the money. Currently €10pn

Sparkly new motorhome parking with sanitation facilities just outside the city centre. The road leading to the parking is currently one way, so if you find yourself at the wrong end just cross the river and go down the other side and cross back again onto the correct road in ( from the football stadium end). Nice view over a park and surprisingly quiet. Get here early :-)

Still a great stop over, still free, but access to look into the elephant enclosure is no more :-( They are just about visible from some areas but the park has an impressive new chairlift system and a new entrance is being built. That's progress. Price to visit the safari park today (220917) was €30pp. Water and waste still available free.

General parking area within a wooded park. Toilets were open but cafe closed (22 Sept). Children's play area, picnic tables and BBQs dotted around. The nearby caves are closed but it's a nice walk anyway. They do guided tours at the weekend for €2 each when they let you in the cave (google for times and dates). Lovely spot to spend a night. Very quiet at night, families during the day.

€13.50 a night 20 Sept 2017 inc electric. Lady comes and takes the money in the evening and will take cards. Busy but not full. Good spot for a little break. Long expanse of beach. Tiki bar on top of dune. Very pleasant.

Easy walk into town and located next to a park. The aire is part of a carpark with service facilities in the corner next to a toilet. Stopped on a Saturday night and found it fairly noisy until midnight ( when social club must shut and every comes to their cars to slam all the doors and go home). But, a nice enough place for a stopover and would probably try it again.

The sanitation station is outside the municipal camping - toilet dump is free but water needs a €2 token (normally from the camping reception but this was closed and said renovation starts today 160917) so we couldn't get water. We moved on to the next aire to get water. When open it would look to be a nice site next to a sports ground.

Car park for Abbey gardens. Very quiet at night. Cost to see gardens and to see Abbey (€9/€8 2017) gardens are lovely. No services except a rubbish bin.

Very handy place to spend the night either coming or going from the UK. Just a car park so some small noise. There is a service point at the fuel station(water requires a token, toilet dump is free).

Nice riverside stop. Near bread shop and toilets. Service Bourne easy access water €2 for 10 minutes flow Free dump.

Couldn't locate service bourne lots of building work so may have been removed at this time. Possibly only available from Autoroute access not from village access.

Park on sandy verges of a dead end road. Signposted Motorhome parking so must be ok. Lovely view with walks across the dunes and beach.

Clean well marked for 8 campers max length around 7.5m. In addition to the bridge over the river (entrance parking lot immediately after the bridge). We stayed a couple of hours here but moved because of the exhaust fumes of the traffic on the bridge that is higher than the parking lot. Quite a lot of noise too. But it may be quieter in the evenings.

Nice little stop. 24 hour maximum stay and room for three campers to about 9m max. Discharge of water and waste. Hard surface. Clean.
