Our experience largely aligns with other reviews and is moderately positive. One clear complaint that I haven't read yet: Our camper is parked against the row of trees, to have some shade against the bright sun. We, as well as owners of other campers, often see rats and mice coming out of the adjacent ditch. Parents with small children move their campers upon seeing the rats.
