The campsite is listed as closed in this app, however it is open in winter and you can empty the toilet and get water for free.

Neat and heated facilities, we were only here to empty the toilet of the camper and that was possible here (without extra costs). If we would stay overnight in this area I would do that here.

At the entrance you have a sign directly to the left for emptying chemical toilet, behind the fence where the sign is hanging you can use it without paying. Also in winter! That is not possible in many places outside the summer.
