Parking in an olive grove with just a few other campers and plenty space was amazing. Very beautiful setting on high ground with spectacular views. We had an amazing meal prepared by Angelo that gave us a taste of the region. Very good wine and olive oil that was produced on the farm. The family atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended. We will return.

There's no denying that this is a good location but it appears there is local resistance to motorhomes using this place. The first indication is the formal notice on the bins that suggest that we use one of the many campsites on offer. A couple of cars did slowly drive past us whilst we were sitting reading in the van. Then at around 10.15, when our blinds were shut, a vehicle pulled up alongside us and the side of the van was given a hard thump
