A well-equipped campsite located by the sea, primarily geared towards holiday rentals. The pitches are quite spacious and beautifully situated, some on dune tops with ocean views. There's a nice swimming pool and well-equipped and well-maintained sanitary facilities. A small shop with bread service, a restaurant, and a bar are also available. A pleasant cycle path runs past the campsite, leading to the harbor and center of Sables, among other places. We paid €31.40/night in September, which included one Wi-Fi connection.

Large CP with 36 spacious pitches with power connection, some in leafy park surroundings. Infrastructure is part of a bungalow park with holiday homes (and shop, bar, information point...) on the voie verte along the Couesnon river to Mont Saint Michel. On CP site two service points and a container in which a toilet and shower were improvised in June 2025. At the barrier we paid 17.8€ (2p. incl. electricity, service).

The campsite is situated in a very beautiful area, close to the interesting Pustertal cycle path and with a free bus stop in front of the door. For these assets, Olympia charges €51 (2p.) per night in September for a not so large standard pitch. That is exaggerated. The central sanitary block is neat, well maintained but downright outdated. There is a restaurant and a shop with bread and a limited range of groceries.

Beautifully situated on the Neckar bank. Within cycling distance (7km) of Altstadt. Sanitary facilities are in need of renovation, but are just maintained. Quick reception, after previous reservation attempts via email had remained unanswered. It turned out not to be necessary because the terrain is quite large. We paid 28€/night in September (incl. electricity). Shower costs 1€.

Campsite located on a lovely bay. Friendly welcome, beautiful pitches equipped with electricity and individual water supply and drainage. Sanitary facilities well maintained (one of the buildings needs updating). Shop (including bread) and nice restaurant nearby. In June we paid €20 (acsi) for medium-pitch. Good WiFi, unfortunately still to be paid separately. Center at 2 km. Recommended.

Small-scale municipal, idyllically situated on a beautiful pond. Very neat sanitary building. An attendant comes by twice a day to pay. Center (bakery and such) nearby. June 2024: (2p. incl. electricity) €18.8. Kudos to the municipality.

Camper place without any facilities. Beautifully situated above the Sarthe. Path along the river to the abbey and village centre.

Well located city campsite. We paid 32 € / night all in Easter weekend (accommodation, electricity, sanitary, camper service, wifi). Bread service. Sanitary facilities are neat, but rather cramped at full occupancy. One place for the dishes is not enough. And right next to the sink, the chemical toilet discharge point, is actually not possible. Very friendly / extremely helpful new owners. Earn credit.

Prime location in the agricultural outskirts of Tielt. With a view that stretches from the forests of Beernem to the horizon of the Flemish Ardennes. Thirteen spacious well maintained gravel and grass pitches, each with an individual electricity connection. Bread service, regional products, lots of regional information and, above all, very helpful owners. Congratulations!

Well-kept camper place near football stadium. lined by trees (difficult saOn Sunday evening noisy when the local team has to celebrate the victory after a move. Difficult to reach through the village for campers wider than 1.9m. Long detour is signposted.

A fine, well-equipped campsite with a swimming pool, spread over three areas. One is for holiday homes, two for campers. Good Wi-Fi. Near ocean and beach. Very friendly welcome. Bread service, small shop, simple restaurant with a small menu and a cozy bar. To lively center of SJdL via undulating coastal path (or by bus).

Quiet, well-kept motorhome near the former station. Ideal as a stopover. Was quickly full in September '22. Latecomers flee to the parking lot in front of the station building. Nice village with food shop and inn. Money is collected in the evening.

Beautifully located CP, ideal (bus connection in front of the door) to visit Bilbao within a (too short) time frame of 48 hours. Best to book by email. Fully booked daily, even deep in September. Helpful but over-questioned staff. Bread service. Wifi works near reception. There is a large free car park next to CP, which is also used as a fall-back place by campers. (Until the police come to verbalize, they warned.)

Lovely well equipped site in the Creuze valley. With swimming pool, restaurant (in season), games and large lawn. Many bungalows/glaming tents and 40 camping pitches. Voie verte runs past the campsite.

Camping in a park-like environment with sanitary facilities as a wellness. Nice pool. Friendly, attentive welcome.

June 10, 2022: camping appears not to be open this season

Unique conversion of a 19th century fortress. Beautifully located small campsite by the sea, 8 (cycling) kilometers from Copenhagen. Very neat sanitary facilities in the former casemates. Restaurant with a unique view of the Sound. In April we paid 40€ (2pp)/day. Shower use (7DK/3min) and electricity (7DK/kwh) are billed separately. Shops within walking distance. Check in online, or at the machine at the entrance.

Very nice motorhome for a (multi-day) stop. Quiet, spacious pitches, well maintained. Simple, yet functional sani installation. Close to highway and bicycle route in the border area. Nice community center with a few catering businesses. 8€ including water (+3€ electricity). For 3 nights 21€ (+electricity).

Perfect base for a multi-day visit to Vienna or a bike ride along the Danube. Well equipped and maintained sanitary facilities. Pitches are not so spacious, but big enough for this kind of stay. Shop with bread service. Only a 5 minute walk from the station for a 20' ride to the first metro connection in Vienna (one week ticket -25€- gives access to all public transport). Acsi rate in Sept. '21 was 20€ for top stay.

Well-equipped campsite (with covered swimming pool) right on the lake with holiday homes especially geared to the summer season. The camping pitches provided are spacious. Very hospitable reception. Restaurant with a small menu, but good service. Ladies sanitary is ok. The men's section needs to be renovated. The rate includes a free token for the service station.

Spacious infrastructure for 50 motorhomes, with extension zone (but without power facility) on adjacent public car park. Register via QR code, pay (10€) in ice hockey hall. The bread service is also handled there. Friendly staff. Strange raised metal construction for emptying toilet cassette and drinking water tap. May have to do with warning that this may be Danube flood plain.

The beautiful former Cistercian abbey and brewery dominate this village. A part is now municipal infrastructure with close to this free CP with all the trimmings. Definitely worth a stop and visit. Restaurant, bakery and department store nearby.

Came here at the end of August. The manageress asks, even when using a resto, €15 for a pitch in a (swampy) meadow. No amenities.

For those who love peace in a green environment, this is a top location. Located in the beautiful rural area of Poelbergmolen and the young Meikensbos, direct connection to bicycle network. Spacious pitches on grass. Electricity and use of discharge place included in price. Very friendly welcome. About 5 km from the center of Tielt.

Large, well-attended CP, without further facilities. Located on the edge of the municipality, near the estuary of the Dives. When we got there some of the places had been taken by the wagons of a traveling puppet theater group.

Nicely located municipal near the spectacular tidal coast. Some pitches have a view of the sea. Neat sanitary facilities, very friendly welcome (also on Sundays). There is a fascinating coastal walk to the center. With bike in 10 minutes. The historic Beaufort Abbey is located next to the campsite. Fine opportunities for walking. We paid € 18.3 in June. Part of camping is CP. There you stand for 10 € / night.

Large parking lot at a multipurpose hall of the municipality, whose toilet is available to parking users. Otherwise no facilities. Busy on Wednesday (market day), fairly quiet at night. Ideal for a visit to the harbor town or Ile de Batz.

A little out of the way outside Plougastel and about ten kilometers from Brest, this small-scale, peaceful campsite is located on the banks of the Elorn estuary. Well-maintained sanitary facilities, small indoor pool and very friendly owners. Near the campsite is a beautiful site with the chapel of the same name from the 16th century, named Saint-Jean. We paid (2p) the June rate of 16.8 €.

A good base for visiting a city that lost a lot of heritage in WWII. Near CP is bus 3 stop that takes you to the center for 1.6 €. Parking is located at port de plaisance and beautiful promenade and is also used by other vehicles during the day. Near CP there are restaurants and the delicious bakery Paul.

Beautiful campsite on a green hill in the outskirts of Tréboul, part of Douarnenez. Steep drive to spacious plots with beautiful views, but not always flat. Well-maintained sanitary facilities. Indoor swimming pool. Good walk to nice port de plaisance, another kilometer to the center and the port of Douarnenez. Rate in June 2020: 19 €, acsi 15 €.

Interesting small city camping site, with pitches on grass and asphalt. Very quiet. Within walking distance (25 min.) From the center. Friendly welcome, but the office is closed on Wednesday and Sunday afternoon. Then it is time to make do and arrange afterwards. Sanitary is outdated and not so neat.

Very nice four-star campsite on the outskirts of Concarneau. Spacious pitches on grass (not always level), only with a sea view. Sanitary super neat. Nice swimming pool, restaurant and terrace with great sea view. To the center via a marked path or along the 'corniche' (25 minutes each). With acsi we paid € 17 in June for a place with a sea view.

Model CP. Free, 12 well-maintained, flat, gravel pitches separated by small hedges. Near a recreation zone, but from 11 pm. only accessible to motorhome travelers and quiet. Sani column with tokens (2 €) available from local traders and tourist office. Pretty nice center with beautiful half-timbered houses.

Beautifully situated CP on the edge of the impressive play, walk and nature park Parc de la Glissoire. Six demarcated pitches actually accommodate ten campers. Well-functioning Sani column. At the beginning of July 2020, two things marred this excellent project by the municipality: uncollected and bulging household waste attracted rats in the evening. Two places were occupied by Polish vans for the night, which cannot be the intention of a CP.

3.5 hectare campsite (195 p.). Park-like setting on the Indre breathes tranquility. Very spacious places. Open from April to the beginning of November. Prices (motorhome, 2 persons electricity) vary from € 21.10 to € 23.20. With Acsi you pay € 17 in low season. Village (bakery, market on Wednesday and Saturday) and castle at 600m.

Former municipal CP near castle. Is now, just like the large car parking next to it, operated by Interparking that plans to be responsible for updating the accommodation. Now limited to fifteen places with electricity and a discharge point for gray water and toilets. Flushing water tap also serves drinking water. Tree-lined location on the Indre. Only a few places suitable for satellite.

Neat municipal campsite, with friendly operation. Bread service and free wifi. After closing time there is a night service for late applicants. Pretty spacious places, plumbing is pretty ok. Campsite gives direct access to the beach of the Arcachon basin. Wonderful cycling and walking opportunities in the area. Great eateries around the corner, Spar shop within walking / cycling distance.

The manager's family does everything to make you feel at home immediately. Spacious places partly in the shade. Small resto, bread service, playground, swimming pool, court ... Sanitary (toilets with glasses and paper) is complete and extremely well maintained. To sanctuary via footpath (and private access) or 4x per day via navette bus. Acsi rate out of season. Simply (except for paying wifi) top!

Free CP with picturesque location at the canal next to the Garonne. On the edge of a dying village with only a bread machine. Between the trees, so difficult satellite connection. Free toilet. Sani station with tokens.

Nice place to spend the night, because of the unique location, right at the back entrance of the castle. During the day this is a mix-parking with free access to the park environment. At 7 p.m. close the gate and this will be a quiet CP. Nice as a stopover.

Ideal campsite for those who love peace. Tree-filled park environment of 5.5 hectares. Very spacious places, often to choose from. Friendly welcome, sandwich service. Sanitary is clean, works ok, but is fairly rudimentary. Loire is close by. Cosne Cours has little to offer, but with a lively market on Wednesday and Sunday morning. The Loire à vélo path (Sancerre, Pouilly, ...) is nearby. We paid (camper 2prs.) In June 14.7 € / day.

Spacious CP next to the Municipal. June 2019 we paid € 11.5 per day (service and electricity included). Rather sloping places. One water tap for a total of 70 depots is not enough. Many users stay here as a Kurist for a longer period of time. Navette commutes to the spa center. Mont Dore, nice center in breathtaking decor.

Small-scale three-star campsite with direct access to a beautiful sandy beach. Bread service. Dutch-speaking welcome, helpful staff. Bar / resto with limited but nice menu. Sanitary infrastructure becomes tight at full capacity. Difficult access to drinking water / discharge facility. Surrounding streets of the coastal village gave away all their southern French charm to hideous tourist shops.

In addition to the free camper place of this small fishing village, is this small, well maintained and well run municipal park. Some places offer a sea view. Well equipped and perfectly maintained (small) sanitary block. Very friendly and helpful welcome. Recommended. We paid € 20.3 / day in April.

Great view of the cliffs, if there is room at the lighthouse. Other places have a sea view. Perfectly equipped CP for 6 €. Bread service at 9 a.m.

We stayed here in April 2019 and that was a very nice experience. Friendly welcome, spacious pitches, well maintained sanitary blocks. Campsite with a heated swimming pool, all for € 18 (acsi rate). Near the Voie Verte cycle route (to Caen, for example). Downsides are toilets without toilet seat and toilet paper and a wifi connection that costs € 8 per day. Unfortunately, that is no longer of this time.

Great base for visiting beautiful Doesburg and the surrounding area. Were here out of season: free. Unfortunately no sani-facility, not even a garbage can. Electricity via coin insert.

Close to the city center and fairly quiet at night. But 15 € is too much for a place on the edge of mix-parking, without any further provision. Not even a trace of a garbage bin (you).

Great location for overnight stay and visit to Papenburg and the impressive Meyer Werft. Paved places in the green area behind the hotel. Sanistation 1 € water, 1 € empty toilet cassette. Electricity 0.5 / kw. No grate for gray water. € 8 / night, but € 3 reimbursed via restaurant bill. Tasty card. Very friendly welcome and service.

Meanwhile 9 € for a day ticket at mix-parking P2, valid until 8 am the following morning. How much for a large bare plain, without any provision. Not even a suitable trash can.

Large, barely maintained grounds on the marina, of which only a dozen places offer views of Somme Bay and small town. 7 € via parking meter. Two service points with connection (2 €) for drinking water and electricity. Base for cycling trips, eg to bird sanctuary and around Somme bay.

5 € for a CP with a beautiful view of the sea, dune and fort, but without further facilities. Quiet location on the edge of nice, small seaside resort. Access from Rue Nationale is not very clearly indicated.

Well located small-scale campsite on the outskirts of Middelburg. Suitable base drill visit to Middelburg (2 km) and fine bike tours through Walcheren. Sanitary is basic but clean. Friendly host family.

Large (Acsi-) campsite in a wooded area 3 km from Marina di Ravenna. Well equipped with own shop, restaurant and swimming pool for children. Dated but well maintained sanitary blocks. Places vary from closely measured around the main building (limited Wi-Fi range), far behind. Beach (with expensive chair and parasol rental) on the other side of busy road. Fine cycling environment.

Free CP on the edge of Blieskastel. No facilities. Three compartments for motorhomes have been demarcated on large parking lots at the school and Freizeitzentrum. In the evening and at night quite quiet, during the day noisy and busy. Parking is also used as a resting place for truck drivers. There is a restaurant in the nearby leisure center. Gas station and department store nearby.

Professionally run CP, situated on the marina and within walking distance of the only beautiful city center. In addition to the 35 paved areas at the front, there are about 40 unpaved places, all with individual power connections. Empty waste water rather improvised just before the pitches. Friendly welcome. Friendly bakery. Sanitary was limited to 1 shower in November.

Prime location on the bank of the Moselle. 45 hardened pitches, some close to the Capitainerie and the marina, and some further along the Moselle shore. Cp are closed in the evening with a barrier. Free wifi in the Capitainerie. Bakery nearby. Around 9 am. also a baker comes on the spot. Town has nice market square.

Ideally located mini campsite (15 places) for visiting Zierikzee's historic center and port. By extension to captivating Schouwen-Duiveland. Quiet on the edge of town on former farm. Just maintained sanitary ware. Pitches partially hardened. In rainy weather it has sometimes been done with road signs. We paid in October 17 € (incl. Electricity). Shower costs 50 ct. Per turn.

Beautifully located, well-equipped campsite (17 € in low season). Whether on camp or on the CP, this is an ideal base for visiting Angoulème, cycling, hiking or relaxing. Biking to the city falls along the city border with the strip museum eg. Further to the center follows a difficult climb in busy traffic lanes. There is also a bus connection at 300m from the campsite.

CP with everything on it and is nicely integrated into the green recreation area of ​​the city. Plains defined by walls are sometimes quite small. And the 16 places are soon occupied. Police will raise standings in the morning. But at an ideal base to visit the city center. On Monday, the city hall, the covered market, museums and virtually all shops are closed.

An example of how more and more French cities embrace campertourism. Secluded infrastructure for campers, near tourist office of surprisingly beautiful piece of Unesco World Heritage. About 30 places, but because not all are demarcated, some of the "awnings" turn wild with space.

Perfect place in autumn / winter watching the migration of the crane. Right on observation and splendid bike path around the lake. At night, quiet and starry sky. In December, the sani-pillar is closed and there is no more bread service. At 6 km is in Arrigny a through-and-through French village restaurant.

Renewed site with well maintained toilet facilities properly welcome, friendly staff. Good public transport connection to city center. We paid beginning in December 2016 € 34.6 / night (incl. Electricity, wifi). Slightly overpriced by half Sanitary concluded and many unpaved places that are difficult passable for a camper.

Pricey, but very nicely situated motorhome half kilometers of beach bars and entertainment district. Weekend nights (until 3 am.) A lot of volume nuisance of gazebos in the bay.

Excellent base to visit Ljubiljana. A guesthouse in the true sense of the word. Delicious meals prepared with heart and soul, helpful host, motorhome (free after meal / € 10) is equipped with all the trimmings. Bus stops at the door. Lovely.

Very fine motorhome, both in terms of location and facilities for a city visit. Beautiful initiative of the city of Tournai to camper tourism in this way to a place.

Convenient base for visiting Berlin. Dec '15: € 22 / day including current (3A) and plumbing. No credit card. Reception only open between 17 and 19h. Quiet place. Minutes walk to S-bahn and center Tegel.

Reserved parking in service (+ electricity) to twenty campers. 5 minutes walk from the port and the center of this nice town. Busy day, quiet at night. A little further there is a large depot for another twenty campers, but without sani column. Around 19h. is a parking attendant to fetch € 5.

Nice place to visit Cancale: footpath (illuminated at night) leads to port and restaurants. Not so well maintained. One of the two service points in September, still in use. Second service accepted no payment. Also terminal to access worked only partially (no payment, no benches from € 10, coins only).

Nicely located, quiet motorhome park at the foot of remarkable medieval castle site. Pleasant provincial town. Service accommodation is limited: water hose is not screwed on tap. Second motorhome park a little further is better equipped for service, but less than peaceful to stay.

Beautifully situated 'municipal' with its own sandy beach on the outskirts of Dinard. 175 spacious sites, some of them with magnificent sea view. Groomed (even end of season) plumbing. Center (and ferry to St Malo) is hiking (1 / 2h.) Or biking distance. At one kilometer greenway begins to Dinan. Friendly, helpful staff.

Small two-star camp with great location. Perfect to come a few days breathing. Owners are welcoming, enthusiastic young people. Via walkway to inschepingssteiger Ile de Bréhat.

Well equipped camp site with very spacious pitches at the edge of Chagny. Very helpful patrons who also handle a simple restaurant. Biking trails nearby. On Sunday, the entire center until late in the afternoon is taken up by an exciting market with the best local produce.

Were here in June 2015. Nicely situated campsite high above Trieste with some overlooking city, harbor and bay. Outdated and not too good sanitary facilities. Small cafeteria. Cooperative operates esters. Many places are occupied by fixed weekendverblijvers. Well connected with 150 m. From bus stops and tram historic Trieste-Opicina. All in all good base for city visit.

Small simple but well-equipped camp. Just plumbing, free wifi, free shuttle to Skradin. Pero, Sandra and family do literally anything to make the visitors to their liking. As a visitor you get a little speechless at this lesson in hospitality. Tip: delicious rosé wine from their own vineyard.

In late March, the water was still closed, but if necessary it was directly adapted sleeve. Rolls on request. Center with restaurants within walking distance.
