It's free, what more do you want? Plus it is quiet and safe enough. There are no services, but water bottling across the road for free where you can fill up with quality drinking water. There is also a little Coop on the corner. Have stayed many times and good for one nighters or for touring the region and returning at night.

Have stayed here quite a few times over the years. A safe place with regular passage by the municipal police for peace of mind. However, for what you get it is way over priced in my opinion. There are several smaller villages close by that would really like to have your business and where the parking is free overnight. Many campers we saw here this Easter, came, paid an hourly rate and then left. We stayed one night.

Visit here often. Live only 80km or so away but well well worth visiting. Think it is only open to campers from sept through may but a beautiful region. Very basic services but it is free!!

Visited beginning March 2021. Live in the area so visited Minerve many times....first time with the camper. Seems work was under way here but stopped with Covid. Beautiful spot for camping.....and it was free! Minerve is truly worth the journey as the Michelin guides would say. Cathar history and so so beautiful.

A great place to stop over for a couple of days. Great history and very scenic center. In San Gimignano .... Without the tourists.
