We were staying at a nearby motorhome park and went to eat at the campsite's restaurant. It was Sunday evening, quite busy. We had to wait well over an hour for our food (we were informed of this beforehand, which was fine). It was tasty. When settling the bill, there was no compensation whatsoever, just a 10% tip as a sort of gratuity. My objection was not accepted.

We were here at the end of April 2023. Not a single point of criticism. Beautiful campsite, clean toilet block, nice showers, nice and large pitches, hot water for washing up, very fast wifi, friendly reception. Ajaccio running well.

We have in Sept. stayed at this campsite for a few days. All the positive things in these reviews are true. On top of that, when we got home we discovered that the holding tank handle had been left in the grass near the RV drain. Campsite called. Half an hour later, 3 people were searching, and found! It was sent well packaged! So 6 stars for De Hooiberg!

Nice cp behind pub. We were here on 24 and 25 Aug. 2019. Very friendly welcome. Actual cp was full (due to bank holiday that weekend) but we could stand in parking behind pub. Delicious eaten in the pub. Very nice area in Lake District. Recommended.

We were here in April 2018. Big, super nice campsite. Very nice and large swimming paradise. Friendly and helpful staff. Near the bus stop, and then you are in 20 minutes (and for 1.50 euros) in the center of Tarragona. So really recommended.
