A great spot for visiting Copenhagen. Showers and toilets are kept immaculately and access to chem waste and water good too. It was quiet and we weren’t disturbed. Access to Copenhagen was convenient and there is a train station just around the corner.

We enjoyed a couple of nights here for easy access to Stockholm- the buses were easy to navigate once we worked it out! The only downside side was thst there did not seem enough toilets and showers for the amount of guests. Also, in order to empty grey waste you would have to drive into the Stallplats as this wasn’t available at the main campsite (drinking water and chem waste were available at both parks. The lake was wonderful!

We enjoyed a 3 night stop here. It is a lovely, lakeside location with some fun activities for kids including play park, beach and flumes. There were lots of cycle paths and a few walks. The facilities were mixed gender and kept very clean. First time we had come across having to book a 4 hour laundry time slot which seemed a really long time - the driers weren’t very effective. We enjoyed some pizzas and drinks at the cafe - reasonably priced!

No problem with this park up. Simple and provided somewhere safe to stay. The museum is definitely worth visit, especially if you have some aviation fans in your family. Also worth noting that they do close the barrier overnight, as it says on their gate and they will look you in the field. We moved out of the field onto the asphalt but not every one did!

An easy stop in our journey. The parking is fine. As you enter, you arrive in the lorry part of the parking and to the left is a separate part for camper and, cars and motor homes- as it was busy we noticed that some vans parked with the lorries. There are two toilet blocks, free to use, clean and had toilet paper but no soap- I took toilet paper with due to past experiences! The slight downside was the traffic noise from the road.

This was a stunning location to spend the night in. There was no toilet or other facilities but it was clean and had options to sit and eat at the lakeside. The only downside were the midges- not loads but enough to keep doors shut to keep them out.

A brief stop for lunch, but would happily have stayed here over night. Beautiful scenery.

We enjoyed our two nights. The facilities were clean, but at times felt there wasn’t enough at busy times. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was 30-40 min walk into the main city over the bridge.

We used this just for sorting out our sanitation bits. There was a notice with instructions about how to pay. However, a local came with a card machine and we were able to pay the 50 NOKs. You will need your own hose for filling drinking water.

WOW! Such a beautiful location. Views out to the ocean and close to some hiking trails. The fishing village is quaint with some cafes and restaurants to eat at and some art galleries to visit too. Wish we had more time to spend here to explore the paths. There are toilets available in the carpark closer to the village. Just be mindful that if you use the ‘navigate to’ function you will need to look out for signs pointing to it.

Great place for stopping over night. Beautiful views and quiet. Lots of pot holes to navigate round when parking was a down side.

Happy to pay to use the facilities here. Really nicely maintained and easy to use. I even had some lovely chats with fellow travellers!

A bit confusing at this one. Grey waste straightforward. Drinking water on the building opposite to the grey waste but no hose. It said sanitary waste in the ground. I think this meant in the same hole as the grey waste but uncertain. So we emptied grey waste but didn’t empty the chem waste or refill with drinking as we didn’t have a hose.

Nothing there- we drove round in search of somewhere to empty and refill but there was nothing obvious!

A basic overnight stop, though we stayed two nights for rest and exploration of the hiking paths. A spacious carpark with plenty of room. We enjoyed a meal in the Restaurent and brought some memorabilia from the shop and made plenty of use of the toilet! It could do with having more facilities for motorhomes including rubbish disposal.

I am happy to park in car parks and essentially this was what we needed to enjoy a brief stopover in Trondheim. However, the facilities were somewhat subpar. The toilet waster was overflowing and there was raw sewage all over the floor. We didn’t fancy filling up with the drinking water since the hose was in close proximity to the sewage. I am pleased we were not parked close this. I have emailed both the carpark email and Campcation to complain.

We were able to empty grey waste but toilet waste. There was free drinking water available.

A beautiful campsite, in a beautiful location. it was really easy to relax here and enjoy the surroundings. We enjoyed the walk to the waterfall- which was a hard trek but worth it for the view. We enjoyed the free use of kayaks and paddle boards. We did attempt to swim but the water was so cold. Facilities were clean and well maintained. There was clothes airers if required as well as outdoor games for use. The goats were lovely to watch.

Beautiful spot for the night! Stunning views and gentle lapping of the water!

Brilliant place to carry the necessities of emptying and refilling! We were at 15:30 and it definitely wasn’t closed! We learned that opening the door to the little house provided everything we needed- fresh water supply, toilet waste emptying and handwashing facilities! A tool for opening the drain was hanging on the side of the shed for emptying the grey waste! Hope this helps someone!

Great service for vans. It is well sign posted. Sadly we were unable to top up with drinking water as we didn’t have a hose long enough! Thank youv Rjukan for a super facility!

This is brilliantly located and would have suited us well but sadly no spaces for us- however there were certainly at least double the amount advertised on here!
