Place is located directly in a park close to the city center (10 minutes walk). Also in 10 minutes one is at the S-Bahn station Essen-South from where you directly to the Baldeneysee comes. Square is on a day more a bit more busy street, in the evening is hardly traffic. Parking is especially possible after 5 pm and at the weekend (professional school and hospital staff are available during the day)!

Very quiet location. Meadow solidified with shredded wood. Despite heavy rain no problems. Very nice view and as a stop to the south.
