Quiet, safe and cycling distance from Bordeaux city center

Very good CP. Remarkably fast and good Wi-Fi, direct access to the beach, and clear language when purchasing the ticket (in Dutch). Plan ahead for the water; you have a certain number of minutes available on your code once every 24 hours. That's why it's 4 stars instead of 5.

Well organized, paid €5.50 for 24 hours. Cycled to the city festival via bike paths!

indeed safe, nice and quiet and free, no facilities but a great place to sleep

It's a fine place to dump and refuel, but I didn't find it much more than that. It's located on a busy highway, with lots of activity day and night.

Quiet, tidy, free, and within walking distance of the small village center, as indicated. Perfect!

It's now a camping car park, with a pass. This was what we were looking for after a long trip. Everything works as expected AND there are clean public restrooms at the town hall next to the campground. Beware: it's a small campground with designated pitches that aren't all easy to maneuver.

Messy and crowded. The chemical toilet dump is a hole in the ground near the old toilet building. We were quite disappointed with the campsite after reading the reviews. A nearby western beach is nice, while another beach to the east has a drainpipe near the swimming area. The campsite is nearby AND closer to the beautiful beach AND free. So we won't be using this campsite again. In short:

this is TOP. location, facilities, price. the combination makes this without a doubt 5 stars. this CP is maintained with attention and care, you notice that. come back soon!

great place to park for a while (free) to visit Pals for example. holes and narrow entrance but doable.

agree with the descriptions - also stayed 1 night at the campsite next door and not much better, sanitary facilities dated and downright dirty.

at the campsite rear part sanitary downright dirty, no garbage bin, reception is mediocre. but okay, only paid 12.50 for a tent so no high expectations, but once and never again, not even with the camper. the camping car park that is against it looked sad to be honest. no offense.

for a free spot right by the sea: 4 stars! However, small capacity, narrow entrance/exit, think max 6M camper. beach and activities not special if you have just come from the more southern beaches.

went today, CP closed (temporarily?) due to construction reconstruction of old building.

downright bad place - dusty, no shade, poorly working vending machine / barrier and pricey. camping next to it, an oasis of quality and tranquility and we were so happy that there was room there. The campsite has its own entrance to the sea, is very clean and has plenty of sanitary facilities.

nice and quiet near some sports fields. no facilities but above all peace and cleanliness. few places, 5.

stood with camper in the parking lot IN FRONT of the campsite during lunch; shade, free, swimming, lunch. In short, a great place to stop and freshen up.

If you are looking for a large family campsite with a place for your tent or caravan that is also fun for small children, then highly recommended. If you are looking for a camper spot, the price/quality ratio is slightly out of balance. I think so in Zeeland anyway. 100 euros for two nights with 1 person is quite hefty. back to France soon!

Much has already been said, but in addition: electricity in the first part, second part extends a long way, you can also just stand there, but without electricity. beautiful area: walking route maps available at Parking.

series of marked spots with electricity. further along the campsite there is a huge undeveloped gravel area where you can also be very solitary. It must be strange if this area is to be full. very nice to have the different options.

been tonight. camper place was deserted.. tried to buy a ticket but the system refused to deliver tickets. barrier remained closed. no explanation or anything. just buying a year is not an option. Shame

There are basic facilities here such as gray water and toilet discharge, water tapping (buy tokens elsewhere) but... the location appealed to us when we were there. sea, coast, some restaurants and that's it. not further developed but authentic. would love to come back here. By the way, it was free to enter.

what has already been said with the addition. water points hygienically separate from the toilet flushing areas. that appealed to me. two discharge points of gray water.

fine vp. quiet and nice, a good distance from the town. You can exit and enter again with your ticket. We will definitely come back here again.

quiet rural but still close to main route. We are here with two campers in total. Much has already been said, but the public toilet near the road received too little attention. very neat and nice that the French do that anyway!

Great place, but nothing special. for Kassel by bike just a bit too far for our taste. safe and quiet.

nice place on the boulevard. quiet only 8 places. not on the street as in introduction but in a side street on the street, see my photo. we thought it was a find. no cp facilities on site but nearby. here restaurants, bakeries and many catering establishments are geared to families.

address indeed incorrect, cp is a few hundred meters earlier on the right. great place for beach, cycling to st malo and village about 5 km.

both camping and parking next to it genius locations; directly on beautiful coast, sandy beach and first some pebbles. The campsite is a bit messy in design, but that's why we like it. the parking lot next door- north - great. nose to the beach, garbage cans nearby.

great place for overnight stays or shopping. we went here today to shelter from bad weather and were happy with it. nice base for beach vauville and / or caps.

camper place directly on the harbor before and also today, but now height bar placed 2.10 m. So no more camper place. there is still a large parking lot with a discharge area nearby, but the romance at the harbor is gone.

great place to stand. within walking distance of the sea, in the middle of a square with nice restaurants and shops, friendly place. no camper facilities so stand alone.

it doesn't get any better than this. everything is correct

been here for 4th or 5th time; swimming cycling walking public toilet (50 ct if it works) and snacks at seppi's eck. what else do you want? a bakery or fresh rolls, we have yet to discover that here.

calm nice location safe. church bells indeed from 0700 to 2300 but not an issue for us. bakery NEXT to the camper place.

although address incorrect the location mentioned put us in a street where parking is free on one side ( av pierre frandaie ) and on walking distance from the center (850 meters)

it doesn't get any better for us: peace nature / forest and sea and space. everything else described below.

fine for stop if you are tired. there is nothing nearby, so pure toilet and gray water discharge. otherwise open plain with a lot of wind and pitch dark after sunset.

peace, space, water for free. bakery nearby. everything we want so 5 stars. beware, just think of space for a maximum of 5 campers

nice quiet place to spend the night. toilet emptying and gray water. watch out, empty toilet at column. had accidentally emptied at gray water.

free water (lots of pressure) and toilet emptying. nice area for a walk in the woods and a nice little town with several bakeries and intermarche nearby - with a washing box that fits a camper.

been today. prohibited for motorhomes, and/or staying overnight at all. even parking is no longer allowed.

small intimate beautiful camper spots. bit of a youth hostel feeling at the sanitary facilities, but good and clean. even a living room with a microwave. bit hippie feeling, but everything is right.

were here this week. great place to stop, didn't stay overnight. beach phenomenal and atmosphere of intimate small town. really place to go back. on grass, the height is limited to 5 m, on asphalt only limited space is allowed.

beautiful place 100 m from cap du roc. nice view from cap on coastline and islands. pays 10 peak and can stay 24 hours. from CP to the beach via exit bastion on the north side (good search) and nice town.

everything you are looking for in a motorhome pitch is here. spacious, free, beautiful view on the harbor and an excellent base for a walk to the city center or pier.

right on beach. fair price, spacious place, excellent sanitary facilities, coins for shower a1 euro for 8 minutes. lovely campsite, hear the sea roar.

great place in picturesque town next to ditto fire station. is part of parking lot. number of bakeries within walking distance and restaurants. no facilities such as water or electricity.

been weekend. quiet well cared for and prime location at see. for 20 ct coins you can fill up with water, for 1 euro per kWh and emptying/flushing the toilet for free. few catering tents within walking distance.
