What a lovely place. The entrance to the spot is narrow, but Willem skillfully guides you onto the grounds. You have a beautiful view of the garden and fields with horses. And you can take lovely walks here. The proceeds support a wonderful project in Namibia.

Beautiful location with spacious pitches and all amenities. The nearby pub is very cozy. However, the place is very noisy during the day due to the adjacent road and train.

A lovely place with lots of peace and quiet and a view over the fields. Emiel, the manager, is incredibly hospitable. We will definitely come back again.

For a camper pitch right in the center, this is a top-notch spot. You can walk straight into the charming center, and there is electricity. Furthermore, there is a facility to empty your toilet. And yes, there are city noises. But that is to be expected in a city. More than fine for a few days in Papenburg.

In itself, it is a fine base for visiting the charming city. In the evening, the adjacent grounds are used as a race and skid track, which is accompanied by a lot of noise. We have left and had a fine overnight stay at the Kreishaus.

5 stars for the view. But the place itself is filthy with lots of dog poop. Otherwise, this would have been a great place.

What a wonderful place this is. Just 15 minutes from beautiful Silkeborg, you'll find peace and quiet, along with all amenities. There's basically no electricity unless you have a very long cable. And the owners of the property are incredibly sweet.

Very nice campsite within walking distance of the pleasant town.

Nice campsite in a beautiful area. The places at the front have a beautiful view over the valley. Friendly owners and a nice toilet building where nice music plays. At the farmer you can buy delicious cheese and fresh eggs. Vijlen advertises itself as the only mountain village in the Netherlands but there is not much to do or see.
