Beautiful, small, green campsite. We received a friendly welcome from the owners. We had a wonderful swim in the lake and rented SUPs at the campsite. We returned the following week (on our way home). The only area for improvement is the bathroom facilities. Although they are cleaned before 7 a.m., I still like to keep my flip-flops on in the shower, just to be safe. The shower head isn't strong enough to rinse my hair either.

Unhelpful reception staff. The "find a tree yourself to stand under" mentality. The campsite is uninviting and the beach is overcrowded. We drove on.

It is a nice place to stay. We paid 13.5 euros for one night plus the purchase of a camping car card.

We were here on our way to Bordeaux. Beautiful spot. We visited the castle in the dark the evening of our arrival and the next day in the light, a bike ride of 6km. Next to the camper place is a lawn with picnic tables. The village with a bakery is within walking distance.

We paid 20€ to stay overnight and got croissants in the morning. Toilet is available. There is wifi in the building. We called an hour before arrival to ask if there was still room and the owner waited for us until we arrived at 21:00 to show us around. He looked with us where we could park.
