Not very well-known, but the island of Runde is truly lovely! As is this campsite (the only one on the island). The hardworking owner ensures that everyone gets a spot and provides lots of information about the island and the birds; he truly cares about 'his' island. The facilities are a bit outdated and everything is a little unstructured, but this is also part of the campsite's charm. As far as we are concerned, the island and the campsite are a hidden gem!

As far as we are concerned, this was the nicest campsite we visited during our road trip in Norway. Tidy, everything you need is there, without excessive luxury... The owners are very friendly. We arrived a day early, after the reception had closed, and were simply allowed to choose a spot. We walked from the campsite to Andelsnes (3km), where there is plenty to do. There we took the Golden Train (highly recommended!) and walked the Rampestreken.

Nice campsite as a base for a visit to Trondheim. The bus stop is located in front of the campsite, and in about 20 minutes you are in this surprisingly nice city. The lady at reception was very helpful. The campsite is a bit pricey, but that applies to most campsites in Norway.

A very nice and tidy campsite. The sanitary facilities are very clean, partly because they ask you to take off your shoes. Lovely quiet surroundings with a beautiful view. We were located at the 'bottom' and there is a deck by the camper, which we found very pleasant.

3 nights mid-May We arrived only after the reception closed. You can send a message and then you get all the details you need. The campsite was still very quiet at that time. You could tell that they are really still getting started.

Great campervan site... You're on the winery's property, and everything is gated. So you're literally right on the edge of the vineyards. Don't forget to do the tasting and bring some nice wines home... they're truly delicious!

The accessibility of beautiful Lisbon is the only positive aspect of this campsite. The sanitary facilities are simply old and poor, and the campsite is noisy. This is our worst camping experience ever! And all for €51.00 per night.

We stayed here for four days and it was fantastic! Besides the warm welcome and the super clean bathrooms, we were especially impressed with the hospitable owners. The owners invited us to celebrate the Sao Joao festival, what a wonderful experience! The campsite isn't cheap, but it's run with passion, and that's worth a lot. Furthermore, it's easily accessible from Port by bus or Uber.

Really a very nice campsite that is located in a beautiful area. Owners are very friendly and helpful. They even offered to take us to a wine tasting 5km away. The campsite has an idyllic feel because of the fen with the lights around it.
