Beautiful location, right next to the Loch. the 12 mile pathway around the Loch is perfect for walking, running or cycling. the car park is quiet - we were the only ones there overnight. Kinross is only a mile away with co-op, cash point etc.

Still as perfect as it was 2 years ago - thoroughly recommend! The main change is that now you can only stay for ONE night & they ask that if there are already 5 campers in the car park, you go elsewhere.

An absolutely beauty! Breathtaking views from your van, friendly pub with greet food with many varied walks right on the doorstep. Free without hook up or Β£5 a night with electric & you can stay for up to two nights. We stayed for two & ate at the pub both nights, walking to the Cat Bells one day & Keswick the next. Pub is also dog friendly which is a bonus!

Great as a stopover to break a long journey & plenty of space next to the river. You can fill up with water & dispose of waster water & rubbish easily. The pub is a bit shabby & old fashioned but with a cheap & varied menu.

Fantastic pity in the Forest, right next to the RSPB Osprey Centre & Loch Garten. Free to stay for 2 nights. Very peaceful with beautiful walks all around & a Loch shallow enough to swim in - & not too cold either! Saw & heard the osprey flying about whilst we were there & many other birds too. Perfect!

Beautiful setting in the forest with walks right on the doorstep. Very close to visitors centre, Cairngorm Reindeer etc. Very peaceful. Β£2 parking fee & machine accepts cards too.

An amazing spot set on the edge of scenic woodland. Totally secluded & peaceful- just a few minutes from the beautiful Loch Katrine & a few steps from many walking opportunities. Large bin nearby!

Great views right on the side of Loch Lomond. Spent two nights here & took a boat trip to the other side of the Loch followed by a beautiful 7.5 mile coastal walk & then the boat back. Luckily we had great weather & the scenery was breathtaking. Quiet at night only slight noise from main road.

Lots of room & low noise levels. Water available from Loch tours. Beautiful walks on the doorstep around Balloch Castle. Shops nearby.

Beautiful spot beside the river - which you can paddle but itβs freezing cold! Site expensive at this time of year β¬22 euros per night plus an extortionate β¬3 per dog per night. We stayed 2 nights so it totalled β¬56! Lots of flies so be sure you have a good swatter! You can order bread & croissants from reception. Water only available from tap not hose so had to fill up via container. Poor Wifi.

Absolutely loved this spot! Stunning views over the Vosges, beautiful walks & cycle rides. Restaurant/Bar opposite & life ride! Plenty of room. Peaceful & refreshing.

Convenient site for anyone wanting to explore Colmar -which is very beautiful & well worth a visit. Busy site with vans fairly close together. Good value at 15 euros a night including electricity, water and waste disposal. Ok if you donβt mind an urban setting but one night was enough for us.

Fantastic picturesque site -we stayed two nights. Water available on site in amongst the vines. Peaceful site though church bells do chime around the clock! Beautiful countryside on the doorstep & wine tasting was friendly with no pressure.
