The sanitary facilities are clean, and the shower tokens are fine. Please provide proper clothes hooks in the women's shower cubicle, and some kind of shelf or storage space there! There is no refrigerator! There are no cooking facilities, not even for hot water. I felt the staff's friendliness could be improved, especially when asking questions or making requests. Coffee is brewed in the morning and then waits in a thermos throughout the day. Delicious.
