This is a very good site although many pitches are slightly sloping and levelling blocks may be required. The facilities are clean but the main attraction of this site is the location. The opportunities for eating, drinking and walking directly from the site are excellent. The Tower Inn serves excellent food although it is not cheap. The Start Bay Inn in Torcross is famous for Fish and Chip although it is almost a 45 minute walk from the site.

We stayed one night but you could happily stay longer. Very quiet and next to the towpath and the Nantes-Brest Canal. No services or waste bins. There are no dedicated spaces for motorhomes and cars are parked here by dog walkers and fishermen.

Amazing free aire just behind the beach. Although free you are encouraged to leave a donation to the SNSM in the box at the entrance. Surface is grass but on sand which drains well in wet weather. Can get busy, especially at weekends.

We are here over a weekend in September and there's nothing wrong with the place. Cost was €22 a night with ACSI. Shower block clean and good opportunities for walking and cycling directly from the campsite on paths. Washing machine €5 and dryer €3 but only takes coins.
