Very busy at the beginning of July, there were 50 campers here. A good transit place. But also interesting if you have children and want to stay for a while. Penalty that you can stand here for free.

In July also much too busy during the week. Apparently a super popular place, rightly so. But the whole parking lot was filled with cars for 2 days in a row. We have made a beautiful walk here and have made way for others. Have driven to a quieter place. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant and were served there with an enormous sincere kindness. Recommended!

Nice quiet place. The first night we were almost alone here, the second night it was full. Not so many walking options. You cannot walk completely around the lake.

We spent a good night here. No free water available to flush your toilet and leave the place tidy. Taking water for 3 € with the card went smoothly.

Everything was well filled, everyone was a level lower on the grass against the water. There are very sloping places. Police came by, yet not sent away. Cozy village. Very quiet walking, although there are more beautiful walks in the region.

They were like sardines on top of each other. They also parked on the grass, but they were later dismissed by the police. Still a very narrow access road.

Was not that much space, partly closed by blocks. Not sure if you can really stand here, close to the houses. Nice picnic place. There are some walking options in the area, also not so far from the railway bikes.

It is not because you know the price in advance that you cannot find it pricey. 62 € for 2 nights on CP without wifi, without electr, without shower, ... is simply pricey. Muddy place assigned, just not stuck. The location is super, quiet and staff were friendly. Valkenberg is very popular. Hence the price. Good for experiencing, nevertheless calling.

Thank you Witte Burg for being allowed to stand here! This is almost the only place on the Belgian coast where you can stand in the winter. The campsites are closed. Therefore an extra point. When the party room is in use, it can be less quiet. But it didn't bother us. Was already glad that we were not sent away. Have a very nice varied walk through the hiking nodes. The public toilet was neat and very warm.

A topper if you like it. The whole picture is correct. The cozy interior from the time, the stove, the genuinely friendly hospitality, the music (mainly in Dutch), the delicious stew (only in December), you will not lack anything ... It was completely full, but still have we can sleep peacefully there. And quite nicely situated along the IJzer. We have enjoyed this immensely and would like to relive it again.

June 18 stood alone here, so could move with the shadow and have therefore tried several places. You do hear cars driving, but it is really a good transit place. At night with the storm a large branch of the trees broken off next to us. Fortunately no one has stayed the night. Not satellite reception at every location. 2 € for 100l of water, the drain was clogged.

Many just keep on driving, but we think this is a great place. Nice walk, nice view, great food although the kitchen is open to a limited extent (12-15 pm), menu available in several languages, friendly staff, very quiet, ... Only the parking is very sloping. The top on the other side of the track is a must to walk.

Very many day trippers until late at night. A lot of noise at night, we were just in a disco. Thousands of nails were scattered across part of the parking lot. Didn't feel so safe there. In the evening the police stopped by. In the distance, many barking dogs non stop both during the day and at night. Flying planes were not disturbing. In the evening the sun sinks into the sea. While it was full on Saturday in the canyon on the other side of the nature park, it was wonderfully quiet here. The griffon vultures also fly around here. No shade. There was a very small market on Saturday. Just a few stalls.

Beautiful paradise full of life! Vultures, bats, frogs, deer, dragonflies, butterflies, flowers, lilies, ... Idyllic! Pure enjoyment. Wonderfully quiet in low season. The people flock to the weekend and then you pay to park. On Saturday morning from 9 a.m. you now pay 6 € and then you may also spend the night. Our Garmin sent us above the gap ... taking the hairpin turns down ...

Even in the week it was pretty full here, but by the afternoon everyone was gone again. However, I do not find it an interesting place to spend the night if you are not interested in the walk. Because then there are better places. The walk itself is worth a 10. I am surprised that you can stand here for free.

The only paying place where we have been and unfortunately the least suitable for a camper. Branches hanging too low causing damage to your roof. It is best to remain in one of the first places and certainly not continue to the rear. Cannot discharge toilet. But in some places a nice view. 14 € for a night, including dogs I think is a good price

Fresh water runs very slowly, but it is free. Staff is very friendly. Have refueled and eaten something. There are cheaper gas stations, but there are also more expensive ones. I really appreciate that you can discharge and fill for free. Unfortunately, there are even campsites that do not offer this. That is why we like to consume something ...

Normally I give a 10 for such a beautiful location. However, the road to it seemed like a place of pilgrimage in the evening at 7 p.m. On such a road that is no fun and not worth repeating. Upstairs there were many deep pits on the way to the parking lot. Waste bin not found. There is a cozy restaurant with a terrace. Many fishermen, climbers, hiking opportunities.

Is a very popular place, very busy. There was still a muddy place left, but didn't feel like being stuck together like sardines and drove on. In quieter circumstances we would have stayed overnight. The environment could not please me enough to withstand the crowds.

A wonderful place for walkers although dogs are not allowed in the NP Pyrenees. We had neither received on our cell phone. Were there all alone even on the weekend. Wonderfully quiet and the Cirque de Troumouse walk is really worth it. We were on our own there too. You should not expect a store or bakery there. To our surprise there was a restaurant.

We did not stay the night here because of course there are much more pleasant places and there was still time to drive further. Yet a 7 because you can stand fine here and still free. That is exceptional at such a tourist place. Thank you Lourdes!

Right next to the road ... we weren't expecting much. Were pleasantly surprised. Was quite a nice and quiet place. Ideal as a transit. We were all alone and I don't know if you can stand with 4. There is not much space.

For 1 night, as a transit, this is really worth a high score. An idyllic spot on the water with all the greenery and the frogs. Especially when you are completely alone. It is very quiet there. And the view over the vines is of course also very beautiful. If it is full, you will be close to each other.

It is a nice place and a beautiful environment. The koog can be reached on foot, although it is more practical by bicycle. Many hiking trails. The dunes are worth the effort.

With the acsi card we paid 30 € per day, 2 dogs included. In fact, only 1 dog is allowed. We thought it was on the expensive side. Without the acsi card no option for us. Yet the location is very good. We might consider it with a map. Texel in general is really pricey. There are also much cheaper farmer's campsites on texel that I would rather recommend.

With the ACSI card a very favorable price for a beautiful campsite. We were all alone on a field this time of the year and therefore had a lot of space. We did not use the pool, but I did not feel that I had paid for it.

We prefer not to be so close to each other, but the price and the environment have ensured that we enjoyed three full days here. During this period we were almost alone in the nature reserve. It is fantastic to explore it in peace and quiet on foot or by canoe. And a store nearby is also very practical.

Good, quiet place. Many Czech colleagues on the CP. We just had room. Police also came by occasionally. The Zaanse Schans is very busy with Asians. Unfortunately there were also some campers that had been parked there for a while.

Not cozy, but functional. € 15 for 2 people You have to pay tax per press. There are not many other options at this time of year. You stand dry and tidy here. You have very good wifi, electricity, water, city map, aldi is not too far, ... And the environment is definitely worth it. The old town, bird-watching points, a little further you have the flood museum, ... The shelter did not bother us.

Drove by on February 12th. However, the ducks were swimming on the bike path. So it was pretty under water. Still, it was possible to be there, albeit in the mud and we did not feel much to let our dogs walk through each time. Decided to drive further, but it looked a very nice place and would definitely come back with drier conditions.

Beautiful place. Especially interesting for cyclists, less for walkers. Thanks to the reviews here can find the electricity, otherwise they would not have found it so underground. Yet without electricity for a while. Also no water this time of the year and the coin for the residual waste did not work with us.

A wonderful place. Only I do not know if it will be tolerated for a long time. There were a lot of Frenchmen, many day trippers and even tents. The forest was unfortunately used as a toilet. It is of course nice that there is a possibility to park for free. We have been there for a while to explore the city, but have not stayed there overnight. We prefer more space, more nature and less crowds. Because this place is apparently very popular, you just do not stand there.

We were not warm from this motorhome. Everyone was neatly close to each other in a row. Apparently loved by many people, because it was completely full early in the afternoon. We like to have a bit more space. Moreover, it was the most expensive motorhome we encountered in Denmark.

There are 3 places reserved in the parking lot of a supermarket. They are very short places. Our camper of 6.69 m we found too long to park there. We have chosen to take 2 places elsewhere in the car park to go shopping. We are not staying overnight. But it is nice that there is the possibility that it is allowed ... and free.

We found it a nice and quiet place even though this place is not really equipped as a motorhome. It is more of a parking space for people who come to let their dog come out or swim. Have therefore slept completely alone.

During the day (during the weekend anyway) a lot of cars that drive on and off. Most of them are immediately arriving again, so there is always space available on the not very large parking lot. A beautiful and quiet place at the 'end of the world'. You have to drive a short distance to get there. Furthermore, we did not seem to do so much.

It is a normal large parking lot. We did not stay overnight because of other plans, but it is almost impossible that it should be quiet at night. At the end of May the barriers were open and we did not have to pay. In the season you pay 5 chf for 24 hours. It is mainly a low-lying ski area, but you can also walk to the top of La Berra.

During the day there was a lot of work noise - sawing, chopping, new construction, renovation, church tower, ... - still very quiet at night. If you prefer not to stay in the center, there are also possibilities for walking parking places a bit further towards the Swiss border. But dogs are often not welcome on the walks, even on a leash.

We love this kind of locations enormously. Even though this camper location was not cleared in mid-May and therefore not accessible. We are a bit further on a parking place to stand, but have explored this place on foot and will certainly come again if there is less snow. No lifts yet many skiers who go up on foot.

In mid-May there were not many campers, but we have not stayed. It was not clear to us how and where to pay. The weather was not too bad to find it all quietly. The village seemed nice to us. There was also wifi available. When it is full, you stand very close again.

We stayed 2 nights in the middle of May, alone. Have not had to pay. There was still a lot of snow, but the parking lot was completely cleared. We will definitely return if there is less snow and you can walk better although you do not have to go far for beautiful views. When the parking is full, you stand very close to each other. Otherwise this place would get a 9 from me.

Overnight in transit. Especially the Dutch baker has stayed with us. It is nice that you can see him at work while you buy your sandwich.

A nice place. Nice walking in the area ... now with a view of the works. But had little trouble from the works. In the evening there was an explosion, but we were warned in advance by the manager. A very nice place in a beautiful setting. We were there June 5. It was quiet and there was still snow there.

Nice place. From here you can walk to the parking lot of the lighthouse (2 kilometers) from where you can step in 40/50 minutes to the lighthouse. Some drive there with the motor going, but you should encounter no oncoming traffic, it is a narrow road. An extension cord may be useful in certain places if you want electricity.

Beautiful motorhome. And free! Shame we camp several insurers have seen dirty water discharge, while there are lots of points of discharge in Norway. A few kilometers away towards the Pulpit you have a nice point of discharge with all the trimmings! But even there we saw someone right next to reach the point of discharge dirty water. Hopefully we continue to welcome in Norway.

On June 7, the parking lot was still not sufficiently clear of snow to stand there. There are opportunities to stand down rather on the side of the road. It's a beautiful area. Unfortunately too much snow in order to be able to walk all beautiful.
