Unkempt, noisy campsite with small, uninviting pitches. We were placed in a gravel corner that we had to share with another camper, so we couldn't sit outside. Half of the sanitary facilities were under renovation and the other half were so dirty and outdated that we didn't use them. The campsite was full of very noisy permanent guests who had marked off their pitches with fences and lights. The staff were friendly, though, and it was close to Cochem.

Nice campsite, but noisy. Unfortunately, we were pitched directly opposite the stinking trash cans. We were also right under dense vegetation, so unfortunately we didn't benefit from the view of the river.

Beautiful camper pitch with super clean sanitary facilities. Excellent base for cycling and hiking along the volcanic lakes.

Nice, clean campsite. We stayed 2 nights at the Camperplaats XL and enjoyed the peace and quiet, the clean sanitary facilities, and the friendly people. As a bonus, we were visited by a walking emu. Definitely worth repeating.

We stayed at a beautiful spot by the lake, a truly idyllic location. The camping fields were busier and noisier, but where we were, we only heard the fish in the lake. The sanitary facilities were rather basic but clean, and the staff were friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for a few days.

Desolate spot in June, with dated (dirty) sanitary facilities for a price of 740 CKR including electricity. This does not match the price on Campercontact, and is also much too expensive as far as we are concerned. Disappointing.

Camping is fine, but little shade. Sanitary also fine. An addition to the description: the municipal swimming pool is located next to the campsite and is therefore not included in the price (website is correct, but camper contact description is not). All in all too expensive, at 30 euros per night.

Beautiful, neat campsite by the sea, within cycling distance of Ostend. It is a pity that showering is done with coins / card (so pay extra) and wifi is not free either. For us this campsite is much too busy and crammed, we prefer to choose more spacious campsites from now on.

Beautifully situated on the water, spacious pitches and very quiet. Great place within cycling distance of Orleans. We would like to come back again.
