We had reserved the pitch via Booking Directly through Campercontact and paid immediately. We had used the navigation tool in the Campercontact app to find our way. Upon first arrival, we doubted whether we were in the right place; after searching a bit further, we kept ending up back at the same spot. There were 3 campers there, and they were staying for free; it now turns out that the camper pitch is free. How do I get the money paid back (€27.70)?
