Nice campsite for 1 or more nights. Spacious pitches on grass. Lots of shade. Modern toilet block with clean sanitary facilities. Supermarket and village nearby. With the dog along the river. Small restaurant with terrace on the campsite. We will be back.

For 1 night I had to pay 2 people, dog and camper E 40. I then said that I had an ACSI card. Then the lady with the short hair, and I say it nicely, became a bit unfriendly. I should have said it earlier. Anyway, the digital ACSI card was not accepted. Explanation that NKC members only have a digital card. was not accepted. Now in Cuisery with digital ACSI for E 19. And very nice.

Have been here several times. Always good. But today, May 28, 2025, it was not good. Almost empty campsite but you were not allowed to stand anywhere because the grass had to grow. Unfriendly lady (new owner?) showed us a place where you could stand but because of the wet grass from the rain, you would never get away again. Get out. Due to low-hanging branches from the rain, the satellite dish was also damaged. We will not go there again.

Failed to get there with a camper of 7.40. First through a wadi with the back on the ground, nothing broken. At the last sharp bend to the left it stops. Deep gullies. Even with my 4x4 Pajero I would hesitate to go further. Went to the weighbridge in the village.

Place at restaurant and beer garden. But also right on a busy road. We were awake at 6 o'clock. And that for E 12 (coins, also that). Pay for water and electricity (does not state how much). Around the entire lake is a fence of 2 meters. But you can walk around with the dog in 30 minutes. Direction town 1st roundabout left and 2nd roundabout go straight: fine baker at 1 km. There also Mc Donalds.

Also stood here a few years ago. Great place, But now, the 14th of June the entrance was closed with a ribbon. No information or the place was closed due to fairground or the like. No info about a possible other entrance. Simply: Thanks for the effort and you save, what does it matter to us.

Motorhome on sand / gravel. In itself a great place with facilities. Some places have their own lawn. Fine. But the place is noisy. Along a busy road on one side and a factory that continues all night on the other side. The town does not have much atmosphere, but is close. On the path behind the factory you can walk well with the dog.

Were here in early June. Impressive environment. Total freedom. You can stand in several places. At the indicated spot (Fonte Vetica) you stand on asphalt. 2 km in front there are 2 wooden restaurants where you can stand on grass. At the restaurants you can buy meat and bread on weekends and grilling on the barbecues. That gives a pleasant crowd during the day. At night we were alone.

We followed the official signposts. After 2 km we have turned around. This road can not be driven with a camper. Pits and holes. Real pits through which you rub the road over the road. And a lot of low hanging branches. With all the scratches of that.

The beautiful places are confiscated by regular guests. Where there is still room you really do not get the feeling that you are in Greece. That is why we went to the beach in the free places under the trees. Because the ferries were stopped and could not leave, we were able to enjoy them undisturbed for 3 days.

Nice place at restaurant / beach bar. Large places under the trees. Because the branches are low, you can not stand anywhere. View of the sea. At the weekend it is crowded with visitors to the restaurant who park their car there. You can walk along the beach to Mytikas 2 km away. There is a bakery and a minimarket.

I find it more than a go camping. The views you can really enjoy a few days, not to mention the lovely town. Back a challenge though. Areas in sun and shade. No bread, which is 15 minutes downhill for sale. For some hot water shower you have to ask the key to the administrator.

We agree with all the positive posts on this site. In nature, clean, nice people. But we do not keep on the type of camping: classified (big) pitches, trees and walls everywhere, lacking the sense of space. You can look nowhere to go. The site has more or less two parts: The first section above under the trees (tv is difficult) and the second part down on the grass on the Loire. When we were there (mid-September) were also campers on the second section are along the river. The town was disappointing, the view of it from the river promises more than the city offers in reality.
