The campsite is situated at a higher elevation after a winding road uphill. We took a detour via Sint-Nabor; the road from Barr was interrupted. We were allowed to park along the first section of the access road due to our satellite dish. What I saw did not make me happy. A unkempt-looking house-pavilion and a dirty caravan. The pitch was uneven and there was zero mobile reception; even making calls was impossible. It might have been nicer higher up, because I don't understand the 4.24 rating. We drove on.

We ended up here last minute and third time's the charm! No space in Obernai, we didn't find it pleasant high up on a mountain in Barr, but here is just about the most pleasant place we've ever had in France, actually a bit like the Netherlands. Nice spacious level pitches and very clean sanitary facilities, even though they are a bit outdated. Good hot showers, friendly welcome and not expensive. We will come back here when we are in the area 👍

This campsite is highly recommended! The most beautiful campsite on our 10-day tour of Brittany: very friendly owner, beautiful, well-maintained, and clean facilities and garden. Unfortunately, our stay was too short to fully enjoy it.

Tip with a bullet ... very nice camper place and surroundings less than 1.5 hours drive from the Waasland and you are in the beautiful green Dutch Brabant. Close to nice villages and cities such as Oirschot, Oisterwijk, Tilburg, Moergestel etc. Abbey where La Trappe is brewed is worth a (tasting) visit! Lots of information available for nice bike rides

we were looking for the best camper place near Berlin and we found this, rightly so! this is a beautiful green and very clean campsite..not cheap though because we took a comfort place with a camper of 7.4m.. We have been here 2 times 1 week in 1 month to visit Berlin. You can take the bus here close to the station and in 1/2 hour you are with the S-bahn in Berlin. take a bike: because the bus does not wait for the train

Surprised to find a nice camper spot/campsite in nearby Vimoutiers after visiting Camembert! Beautifully maintained and landscaped campsite, spacious pitches, clean toilets. Quiet too! The only thing that could be improved is the washing up area. It looked like it hadn't been used for a while. Otherwise this would have gotten an extra star. We did not use showers, so no opinion about that.

We are there according to the GPS... doubts... because does this road lead to the campsite where we need to be? And indeed, we are in the right place because a large open area unfolds before us. And the hostess is already walking towards us with the daughter. The beginning of a warm welcome and a wow feeling. Because Laura and Stephan both appear to be a very warm hostess and host. This is one of the most beautiful camper places we have already visited in Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Spain. All facilities are present and very neat (showers, toilets, washing machines, dryers, etc.), plus a nice terrace. Very friendly Dutch-speaking receptionist. Worth a big 5 stars. Really great 👍

To start with, it is located in one of the nicest towns on the island and it is within walking distance of the harbor. You choose where you want to stand and a big plus is that the sanitary facilities are maintained almost all day long. We stayed 6 nights for a very reasonable price and discovered the entire island by bike. Conclusion we have made the best choice 👍
