Nice campsite, very friendly multilingual owner, clean sanitary facilities but old and simple and a bit few in number. Very quiet with spacious pitches and not crammed full. Not on the beach (1km walk). Real camping, so to speak. Gothenburg is 25km away and beautiful Tjoloholm Castle (highly recommended!) is nearby and can be visited by camper. Definitely recommended!

Very nice, clean, and friendly hiker's campsite. Close to Mandal. Everything you need is there, and the people are very friendly and helpful. If you arrive having made a reservation… and the reception is closed, there is a nice wooden sign with your name on it at your spot. Nice, isn't it? Highly recommended for a night or a few; Mandal is a nice town, and there is plenty to see in the surrounding area.

Beautiful campsite (by Norwegian standards), very friendly and welcoming reception, clean and sufficient sanitary facilities, a small shop, and all other facilities. Very beautiful beach! and great cycling opportunities. Close to Larvik and also Stavern. Bookable online and choose your own spot in advance... great. We have a nice spacious spot by the beach and the owner came along to help out a bit etc. Many permanent pitches, but a beautiful spacious campsite. Top notch!
