On a site with many permanent pitches, there is a section set up for transient guests. That morning, the transient guests had left, and we had the entire area to ourselves. Beautiful toilet facilities and wonderful showers. Close to a restaurant where we had a delicious meal. In short, a great overnight stay; if we are in the area, we will definitely come back.

We stayed behind the sports fields for 2 nights. It is wonderfully quiet here and close to the old town, which is worth visiting.

We stayed at parking lot 2 for 2 nights. We found this to be the most beautiful of the 3. We hiked the Route de Cairns from there and the next day went to the Pic and the viewpoints of the lakes. We didn't see anyone at the Cairns. At the Pic and the views of the lakes, it was very busy. It was a clear day, so we could see Mont Blanc clearly.
