what a nice campsite. Really beautiful view. Very special. Friendly reception, English speaking. clean sanitary facilities. For a stopover definitely a big recommendation.

Lovely campsite. Friendly people. After the permanent part there is a large lawn where you can choose a spot. Nice view of the water. Swimming pool, bread and clean sanitary facilities. We went for one night, it became two.

Well maintained campsite. Nice for one night. Friendly staff.

A somewhat gloomy outdated campsite. Very friendly staff at the reception and also in the mini camp shop and bar. English speaking. But very small places. The sanitary facilities are outdated but functional and clean! Many surfers, there is no greeting between visitors. Reserved from Tuesday to Tuesday but left on Saturday. No refund/credit. There will certainly be people who enjoy coming but it was not our campsite.

Lovely quiet campsite. Friendly staff. Bread available. Showers are mediocre, toilet without paper but we clean. Nice at a lake. Nice for one or a few days. You can choose a spot yourself. Plenty of space.

what a nice campsite for 1 or 2 nights. at the river. simple but clean sanitary facilities. friendly reception. June 25 we paid โฌ14.50 for a camper with two adults including electricity and a dog. very jovial. with in the village, which can be reached within 3 minutes, even a vending machine at the bakery for fresh baguettes. we liked.

nice campsite. great view but that's what the name suggested. small spots and very very oblique. fine for 1 or 2 nights. sanitary is fine. reception friendly. we liked.

what a terrible campsite. typical Dutch setup facing each other on a field. all look at each other. coins for showering and you are not allowed to arrive or leave on Sundays. really not of this time anymore. to make matters worse, someone else is going to play his guitar and sing extensively, which we all need to hear. we didn't even finish our night and left the same evening. better at home.

maybe a nice campground. but today at 13:30 already 'complete' for campers. unfortunately.

neat campsite on the water. a narrow steep road to it. we had a huge hailstorm there with hailstones the size of plums. when it was over, the campsite owner visited everyone to inquire whether everything was okay and whether electricity was still working. so very nice. stayed one night because of the weather. Bread service available. clean and fresh sanitary facilities with music from a French radio station.

very sympathetic owners. apparently a quiet campsite. we were unlucky that a huge camper came next to us who were friends with chalet tenants. a lot of noise. they also had a sheepdog and tied it to the wheel at the back (with us) at night. Result: dog sniffed our laundry. when we responded, it started barking madly. It was also 41 degrees. In short: no match. was not at the campsite.

Very neat and clean campsite. Well maintained and very quiet. Nice owners, you are still driven by bike to possibilities in terms of places with electricity. Spacious pitches. Excellent sanitary facilities. Bread service at the reception. Very close to beach. We came for one night, turned into two. Nice and relaxed. Barfleur himself was very disappointing. Not much to do there except for a few restaurants. Little atmosphere. Also few cycling routes.

Nice quiet campsite. Beautiful places with lots of privacy if you want it. Certainly not expensive. Unfortunately no bread service, but the village is a 5-minute walk away and there is a bakery. Everything there breathes D-Day. Not surprising when you know that Sainte-Mรจre-รglise was the first village in Europe to be liberated by the Allies. With a legendary history due to the American paratrooper who got stuck on the church tower and survived the war.

Lovely quiet campsite. A terraced campsite with great views. Friendly reception. A lot of climbing so you have to be reasonably good at walking. Excellent electricity supply. Sanitary looks a bit outdated but is functionally fine. Lovely hot shower with nice shower spray. We have added an extra night to it because we like it here and because it is possible. Recommended.

What a gem! Wonderful campsite. Very child-friendly with even some kids and chickens. Very friendly (Dutch speaking) reception. Nice swimming pool with sun loungers. Supermarket literally next door. Beautiful surroundings with the many Loire castles. Montrichard can be walked. The river Cher too. Clean sanitary facilities, washing machine, dryer. Nice climate. Just a great campsite. I recommend this to everyone.

What a disappointment, this campsite. No swimming pool, the Loire virtually dried out. There is really nothing here. We were alone on the campsite with 1 other camper in the distance. We like a little more people around us. Shower, toilet clean. We paid โฌ 14 per night for two persons including electricity. Very friendly reception staff. Came by to ask if the electricity was working properly.

Great campsite, right by the sea. Nice showers. Clean sanitary facilities. We were fine, we were only unlucky that there were noisy Germans around us with small children who kept on screaming, crying and whining. Really all day. Even more Germans who wanted to assert themselves. The campsite cannot help that. was just bad luck for us, you are also dependent on the guests. We left the next day.

Quiet full small campsite. friendly at reception. Bread service. Small indoor pool and an outdoor slide. Clean bathrooms, nice view of the bay to Brest. Very pleasant. on September 10, 2020 we paid โฌ 21.70 for 2 persons with electricity without ACSI discount.

Delightful location. 7 to 8 beautiful camper pitches by the sea. Super view of big difference between low and high tide. Old plumbing is really in need of maintenance. Clean not so attractive but manageable. Not all electricity poles work. Just puzzle which one works. Good atmosphere, relaxed. Find a place yourself and come to the reception at 18:00 to register further. Really ideal for dogs.
