A star for the pond, a star for the cycle path to Dieppe. Very disappointed, many beautiful places unoccupied, we were placed at the back under a gloomy tree. Unfriendly reaction, eventually we got a slightly better place. Sanitary building is worn out, and also not cleanable anymore. It is not dirty, but dirty. No toilet seat, we live in 2024! Loose switches.

We didn't go there, because the owner warned us about the expected extremely heavy rain. That came true (on May 23, 2023), and we're glad we weren't there at the time. That warning, the concern for the guest, deserves a high rating.

You should not expect luxury here. What you do get is a safe place close to the center of Groningen. We hit it, a spot right next to the water, the sun was shining. Not a beautiful, but a unique place between the crane and a boat. But you gotta love that. Of the positive points, we remember the friendly, helpful reception, of the negative points we found the sound of the N7 more disturbing than expected.

Beautiful campsite, laid out and maintained with care. Smoke-free for us a plus. Spacious, well-defined and level pitches. Beautiful and super clean sanitary facilities. Some showers with the indication 'less warm', which are indispensable during heat waves. Excellent Wifi connection. No superfluous signs with directions and prohibitions on the campsite. Just under 10, because the discharge of gray water is only possible at your own camping spot, and then you need a long drainage hose. And actually I prefer to regulate the temperature of the shower water myself.

On Sunday informed if there was a place. Yes of course! According to the receptionist, there was no room on arrival on Monday. "My boss says something." Ultimately, therefore, space, but we ended up at the back of the campsite, on the part with the many permanent pitches. In that part it was completely closed along the water with caravans and party tents, you could no longer see the river. And outside the weekend largely without guests. From there it is also a long walk to the only toilet 'building'. At the front, at the reception, are the tourist places, it looks a bit more atmospheric, but the places seem smaller. We were there for one night, in transit, then we can get through. Take 50 cent coins for the shower, and if you want to leave before ten o'clock you must agree with the receptionist that you can disconnect your power cable yourself. Fortunately, we found out by accident.

Nice campsite right on the river. Many spots along the water. Warm welcome with good information. Helpful people. Bread service, supermarket at 100 meters. Clean sanitary facilities, with doors and sufficient changing space. Heidelberg at 4.5 kilometers, cycling is good, largely on a bicycle path, small piece on narrow sidewalk. There is also a bus. We received 6 hours WiFi access per person, more than enough. Clumsy: cash only, no cards.

When you arrive, report to the site manager. He will send you to the cashier (in the beach kiosk) and if you have paid then the grounds manager will connect the power. (You pay what you have used on departure). You get the impression that this has been the case for decades, and that is what the campsite looks like. The tourist field is separate from the site with the permanent pitches. Sanitary is good and clean. Beach is nice. Furthermore, there is little to do in the immediate vicinity. In the morning, the local bakery comes with a bus full of sandwiches. In short, not special, but also nothing wrong with it.

Nice location, in a recreational area around the river. You don't experience being with a big city. Cycling to the center of Munich via the Isar Radweg is fun and easy. Large campsite, there is always room. So much for the positive points. The reception is a bit snappy. A passport as a surety is also food for discussion. There is a kind of layout of the site, but nobody is bothered by it. Unsupervised, unclear activities on the back of the campsite. The camper spots along the river are quite small. The (middle) sanitary building was reasonable, but cleaning once a day is really far too little. In short: nice location, unfriendly reception, reasonable / moderate sanitary facilities, messy terrain. And that is not worth € 36, or rather € 40-45 (shower coin € 1.90, washing water € 0.50, Wifi € 4.00.

Good location, city camping in a piece of forest. Looks friendly, only occasionally hear some city sounds. Located in the area of the former Reichspartigelande, bizarre remains can be visited by bicycle. Cycling to the center of Nuremberg is also easy via the well-marked cycling routes. Sanitary was cleaned well. Business reception, cool and curt. Reception is closed from 1 pm to 3 pm. Barrier should be too, luckily it was open. That makes little difference, you always look for a place yourself. There is no layout, the cheeky take two nice places. The campsite is also a transit campsite, later in the evening it becomes a mess because latecomers cannot find the free places in the dark and cram somewhere in between. We paid € 44 excluding € 4 for Wifi. Of course you pay for the location. But at such a price you can expect more quality.

Campsite with good facilities. Spacious and clean toilet block. All camper facilities work well. The campsite is located between sports fields and an industrial area. Because of the high hedges around you do not see that, but that also gives a somewhat confined feeling. There is a large railway complex between the campsite and the town. There is little to do in the town. Cycling from the campsite along the canal and along the Yonne.

Nice location. From the campsite you can walk or cycle around the fortress walls. Beautiful, well-maintained sanitary facilities. Wifi only around the reception. Friendly man, who speaks many languages a little. He will be there from 5.30 pm, then you will receive the code of the plumbing. Gray and clean water not searched, not found or seen. It is a pity that Langres looks exhausted and expired. There are some restaurants and terraces, but perhaps also due to the corona times and the Monday closing it looked deserted.

Indeed, a simple, well-maintained campsite. Friendly reception, caretaker is open to hands-and-feet French. Sanitary facilities are kept clean. The adjacent municipal swimming pool also reopened on 4 July. This is free for camping guests, and despite the broken wifi, the campsite is worth 12 euros.

It is farmland. The cows stroll along the field all day, on their way to the milking robot (and back again, of course). A quiet campsite with space. No facilities for children. Nice location by the river, behind a nice pub. Open field, no marked out places, few facilities. Convince yourself beforehand whether there is room: at festivals or weddings the site is not available. The site is easily accessible via a narrow bridge, provided you use the street opposite the bridge to drive straight on.

Open field behind the pub. Spacious, delimited pitches with and without electricity. Especially English guests, tents, caravans and campers. New (September 2019), simple sanitary building, looks somewhat amateurish. Pub offers everything a pub needs, including good food at a reasonable price. There is not much to do in the area, but a great place for a single night.

Open terrain with nice views over the fields, the Lechlade tower in the distance. You can walk to the bridge through one of those fields and you will be in Lechlade; this way you avoid walking along the road. Nice village with a few restaurants and some shops. Sanitary at the campsite not great, but clean, friendly reception. A friendly campsite with a mixed audience.

Excellent facilities, neat places, clean sanitary facilities, walking distance to the center of Sneek, friendly welcome. There is not much more to say about it and that is not necessary. Price matches the quality you get.

For a city visit a great location: just next to the motorway exit, and a few minutes' walk to the center. Supermarket around the corner. Well secured. Such a center location often also needs a hefty price and some environmental noise. In the late evening the busy traffic could be heard well, in the night it was not too bad, we slept well. Very nice, well-functioning and clean sanitary facilities, two somewhat tight toilets, two spacious showers. Washing machine. Good wifi, good dish reception. Price / quality ratio therefore perfectly fine.

Very quiet campsite in a very quiet Frisian village. Modest, clean sanitary. All facilities available, reasonably good WiFi, washing machine, good dish reception. In good weather a great location to rent a boat and go sailing. Friendly, helpful owner.

A bare plain, some puddles here and there, a lot of wind, messy. And yet this campsite has atmosphere, a casual atmosphere. Friendly, helpful reception, no long stories, but the most important things quickly designated or explained. Plumbing, quite limited, but it looks great, it works well and it is very clean. Other facilities also fine. Too bad that the restaurant was closed on Tuesday, but the town is within walking distance and there are also great tents.

Spacious, marked out areas on a large field. Friendly reception. The pub is closed on Sunday evening and Monday, a pity for us. With the barrier code you can leave whenever you want, 20 minutes to the port. Sanitary is clean, but also very 'basic', chemical toilet discharge point is in order, clean / dirty water takes a little more effort. Given the quality of the bathroom, the price is on the high side.

Nice campsite. Lots of space, open field with views over the hills. All facilities are fine. Friendly and helpful managers. Walking through the fields to Shortlanesend, then to Truro. Cycling is also possible, but at Truro you will find spicy slopes and first part on a busy road. We had a place with all facilities (clean / dirty water, electricity) and that has a good price.

Functional. A big plus is the 24/7 accessibility, coming and going whenever you want, very important because of the departure and arrival times of the ferries. Harbor a few minutes' drive away. No atmosphere, but a safe feeling. Amusing that everyone kneels respectfully when checking in; the height of the machine is a joke, the system works well if you read the texts on the screen well. Also in Dutch!

Always open, always place, reservation is not even possible. Although? PLEASE NOTE, in a weekend during the high season (23-25 / 8/2019) the motorhome was closed for good reason. The terrain was used as a parking space for the European Hockey Championship. They found it exceptional themselves, we found it unreliable. There are no alternatives within cycling distance of the center if you drive with an older diesel. First check the website of the motorhome.

Nice campsite, unfortunately there is not much to see from the Moselle (too many bushes and bushes). Plenty of room, even in mid-August. Excellent service station. Sanitary building is not central, is dated and very clean. Wifi at the reception. Bread service. Friendly managers and also a friendly price. Too bad there is not much to do in Charmes.

On Friday evening we also had a party evening. Everything is a bit cuddly here, with the space around you and the friendliness offered it is a great place to stay.

A campsite near the big city, travel by bus and metro to the center is easy, bus stop close to the campsite, transfer to the bus terminus. Day ticket 6 euros, for sale at the reception. Friendly and helpful staff. Places between tall trees, gravel and sand, grass hardly grows yet. Wifi only at reception. Nice swimming pool, no lawn or chairs. You will only see cleaning and maintenance personnel at the cottages on the campsite. Of the two sanitary buildings, only one is still in use. The maintenance condition is poor (loose ceiling coverings, broken lamp fittings with open wiring (and that above a sink with all the risks), broken shower heads. The hygiene is even worse, in such a busy toilet block you expect a cleaning team regularly. We don't have any and that is noticeable, dirty to very dirty.

All facilities are in good order, small and clean toilet block, nice swimming pool, spacious places, easy discharge station (water on site). Friendly welcome, bread service. Wifi on the spot not always stable. With the bus to Geneva, including the necessary transfer takes about an hour. Stop at the mall, 800 meters. For Swiss standards it is a bargain here, but 45 euros for a night in France is on the high side.

City camping along the river. Spacious places. A few places on the city side are less fun because they lie along a wall. Unfortunately, friendly reception, checking in and out, take up an unnecessary amount of time. Great location to visit Metz, you can easily walk to the center. Sanitary good, pretty clean. Warm water at the end of the evening tepid. Bread service, restaurant does not mean much.

Great campsite, with mostly seniors who spend a little longer here with the caravan. Nice welcome by the owner, who is a sandy place for the camper unasked covered with cloth. Spacious places, often with a view over the fields. Also spacious toilets and showers, perfectly clean. Wifi is doing fine. Nice location, cycling routes is abundance. But then. No place for (gray) waste water, "you have to find a well somewhere else along the road". The owner is rigid and unfriendly, with the low point being the reprimand that you literally get if you leave the shower 3 minutes late (they can only be used until 10.30 pm (!!) and then lock). Fortunately there are many alternative accommodation options in the immediate area. They no longer see me here either.

Camping was a classic campsite, later many permanent residents came with houses, and the site is now being converted into a cottage park. The campsite has remained stuck in that conversion phase. Empty spaces, storage of all kinds of materials, foundations for new houses and half-finished hulls. Looks very messy, feels safe. Friendly reception. You can cycle to the center in 10 minutes. In the background you hear a slight noise from the motorways around the campsite. On the nicest field, at a water feature, it is full of shit from the emphatically present geese. Good WiFi. Sanitary limited, and clean. Special, but handy to visit Utrecht.

Quiet campsite, nicely located in the area of the Linge. You get good information about the area. At the edge of the campsite a few places with a view over the fields. Campsite is being refurbished by new owner. Not everything is ready yet, so the WiFi on the edge of the campsite is not yet in order. Owner communicates frequently during the day about the ups and downs of the campsite.

Great camping, especially if you have a place on the edge and can enjoy the view. Everything neatly arranged. Friendly owners. Bus to excavation goes a few times a day, walking back goes down, but the heat and the somewhat messy path make it not that easy. By the way, we were lucky, there were no groups!

Great place for white, gray and black water. At the exit to the gas station always keep to the right, then you automatically get in the loop with the facilities. For longer motorhomes it remains to be careful, the arches are not too spacious and the curbs very high.

Easy camping, not far from the highway, Intermarche at 2 km. All amenities, reception smooth, bread service. Swimming pool still covered in June, was a bit hot. The toilet block that we used was certainly not dated, water was warm. Wifi, 1 hour per person included in the price, you have to pay more. Unfortunately, even in the 'free' time it was difficult to get a good connection.

An 8 for the location, a 0 for the rest (there is also nothing). And of course a great price / quality ratio. Mid June it was fresh, not really cold anymore. Unfortunately a lot of rain, storm and thunderstorm, but of course that is also spectacular again. For our fridge, the location at 2100 meters was too high, he did not want to catch on with gas due to the less oxygen-rich air.

Cozy is the right word. All dated, sufficiently maintained. Friendly, 'no problem' is the standard answer. The place is great, right on the beach. Restaurant not open yet in early June, tavern next to the campsite with a modest menu. Fish and greengrocers are passing by. Just work to get there, but then you also have something! That is, if you like small campsites like this.

We had not made a reservation and were given one of the last places (several groups) directly along the road. Lots of traffic noise, but we were aware of this beforehand. And at the price, and we knew that too. Friendly, cordial reception, place is designated, but with a respectful approach, consultation is possible. Sanitary fine. By taxi from and to the center, around 8 euros.

The pool is beautiful, the facilities are good. Sanitary by Greek standards fairly new, spacious and clean. Unfortunately, this site was also dominated by group travelers (three groups!) At the beginning of June, for which (more than) the nicest places are reserved. There is still enough space left, but that is second rank. Wifi, not unusual, only at reception / restaurant.

True, space is allocated, in our case a spacious space on the sea side. Facilities in order, sanitary clean. Even satellite reception under cloths. Beautiful beach next to the campsite. Village within walking distance, many restaurants. We took the route from the south, with 7 meters and little traffic just to do. The route from the west is much wider and easier.

Based on the reviews our expectations were too high: plumbing is clean, but really not great and needs a thorough makeover. Seawater unfortunately not too clean. Showering late in the evening is a problem, no light in the shower block. Substantial noise from a wedding party outside the campsite on Saturday night. End of May: no more oranges. Plus: warm welcome, location by the sea.

Small-scale, very relaxed campsite by the sea. What is there, that works, is whole and is clean. For Greek standards, therefore, an exceptionally well-kept campsite. Quite busy at the end of May, but the campsite exudes tranquility. No groups and group trips, no Phoenix campers with outdoor kitchens, motorbikes and surfboards. Village within walking distance fits in with the atmosphere, nice harbor with enough restaurants.

Popular campsite. Also with groups. A large part of the campsite is permanently reserved for groups. In the end there are few nice places available, partly because the places are not defined and the brutal languages of this world take one and a half to two places. Situation at the end of May. Advice: first find a place before you check in. Nice swimming pool, dark brown healthy people.

Nice campsite, spacious toilets and showers, a bit dated. Nice hot water in the showers (sometimes be patient), good satellite reception despite trees, wifi varies from strong to weak during the day and varies per device. Camping is nice at a beach and close to Stoupa. Cycling route is recommended, very beautiful, unfortunately too short.

No high-flyer this campsite. Sanitary reasonable, but indeed, the shower in the camper is more spacious. Handy a shower wall for the clothes hooks. Difficult to maneuver, shrubs and low-hanging branches for campers> 7 meters. On the other hand, that gives the campsite a green and shaded caratker. Other pluses: the swimming pool and the nice lawn around it, and the short distance to Koroni.

Campsite directly on the beach and overlooking the town. Within walking distance of Methoni. Those are the plus points of the campsite. The plumbing is very poor and needs to be renovated thoroughly.

Typical for the campsite is the way mother and daughter run the campsite and the restaurant. Resolute, direct, clearly audible and clearly communicating in multiple languages. You must also be able to deal with this flexibly, but they are also empathetic and caring. The doctor that we needed was quickly called, the medicines and doctor's bill were later collected in the village.

Great place, quiet and clean. And there is nothing else. Besides a beautiful view, a waterline at 5 meters from your camper. The lights of Patras in the evening. What more do you want?

The swimming pool opens "the day after tomorrow". The restaurant on June 1. Not that something happened already on May 20, so what is true of those promises, everyone can decide for themselves. The charm of the campsite comes precisely from the swimming pool and the atmospheric restaurant. Without that, there is little else to do, beach is not great, view is zero. Plumbing for Greek standards good, cycling to Preveza easy.

Terraced campsite. Directly on the sea, but also slightly higher behind / above the restaurant with a surprising number of places with a sea view. Atmospheric, with lots of flowers and a nice succession of separate sanitary buildings. Sanitary is clean, but here and there requires renewal. Sufficient in low season, with a full occupation of the campsite it can be too busy. Easy discharge facilities.

Small, friendly campsite right on the beach. Easily accessible, some bumps in the last few hundred meters. Good reception. All facilities available, gray water a bit hidden. Sanitary clean. Restaurant. Mini market a little further, in May still little assortment. And as often in Albania, make sure you have enough cash. No credit card, no cash machines in this village on the beach.

Little to add. The site is not large, there are regular groups and the site is (over) full. To reserve? Our Garmin tried to lead us through the east side, then you come to creepy steep gravel paths. Do not. The route is signposted via the west side (past shopping mall City Park). The last kilometer is also a little exciting in the rain, but ultimately no problem.

Very well maintained campsite. Beautiful sanitary. Friendly reception. Wifi would only be at the reception, that was more spacious. A pity about the bumpy road and a pity that the campsite is a little further away from the city. We were there in May 2019 with very bad weather, the campsite was soggy, but due to good interventions by the manager, entering and leaving was no problem. A driving runner was even rolled out!

Modest campsite. Friendly. Clean bathrooms, but not much. A six as a warning. The boat does not sail in very bad weather. The buses are packed on those days, they don't stop at the stop. And then you are dependent on (affordable) taxis for Dubrovnik. This means that part of the charm of this campsite will be lost.

Admittedly, a colored assessment. In May 2019, bad weather, lots of rain. Camping was a big mud pool, planks were used to protect campers from sinking. It didn't help. Because the places are so small, it is also not possible to stand on dry parts. Terrain looked unkempt, grass was not cut, swimming pool was not yet filled. After two attempts, drove on.

Great campsite. Friendly reception. Search for a place in May. Nice places, good electricity and water supply. Wifi works well. Older part with trees, new part without large trees. Nice restaurant with terrace by the river. Sanitary nice and clean. So: well-kept campsite, price-quality is good.

Little to add. Nice location with a view of the Danube, within walking distance of the village. Nice, clean sanitary. Sanitary is limited. No WiFi. Spot feels safe. Many cycling possibilities. If you want to keep it German, go eat at Wirthaus zur Wurz'n, you can't get much German. Walking distance.

Small-scale camping at a farm. Rural location in the urban South Holland. Friendly welcome, clear places. Sanitary clean and in order. A little bit of noise from a road, and sometimes a cow shit.

November. A large leafy sea, parking spaces barely to be found. Two parked, older campers. A rickety caravan, with sailcloth, in which was lived. Four gloomy supporters. And especially: pitch darkness, moderate lighting along roadway was not visible in parking places. For us just a bit too 'unheimlich' to spend a long winter night, alone. We drove on.

What you call calm. Very calm. Very quiet. In November we were also the only museum visitors. If you are on the motorhome parking (€ 4) you get € 0.50 discount per person. It can not be done. Museum with a lot of information, sometimes very professional, sometimes somewhat amateurish. You stand between a tank and a patrol car, safe right? Power pole, water dispenser worked well.

We were there on the weekend. Very quiet, no noise from anything. Nice toilets during opening hours of the 'Kneipe'.Daarbuiten what less beautiful. In terms of view you can choose between an industrial area or a meadow. Friendly people.Warstein brewery by bike or on foot easy to berieken.

No idea how the campsite was. Closed for renovation in November 2018. Was not announced on the current website. Only a note on the fence. Also no place for campers made. All in all disappointing ..

Excellent camping. If you report it, arriving after closing time is no problem, documents are ready in a safe. Friendly and helpful reception. Well heated (November) and clean toilet block. Sports complex looks very nice. Ten years ago it was also very beautiful, but it is poorly maintained and partly broken. Doors do not close, shower head is stolen, that kind of thing. Fortunately, "bullying" materials were used, there is still some. Pool is big and good. Reception very friendly, Wifi moderate. Quiet night, despite the few large, stray dogs on the grounds.

The camp did not jump out, but everything is well organized. Spacious places, covered with hedges. You are assigned a place, they do not differ much. Plumbing sufficient and clean, in September. Doubt whether that is the case in high season. Wifi 10 minutes free, outside very expensive. Nice pool overlooking the castle. In Petit Andelys a few restaurants, easily accessible.

Friendly reception. Everything well organized. In September free choice of place. Clean and spacious sanitary. Good pool. Cycle routes along the river to Angers, 5 km, flat, alternating pebbles / asphalt, not illuminated! Good pool. Too bad the restaurant was closed in September, shabby impression by the fitted sheets in front of the windows. Parts of the campsite poorly lit.

Everything is well arranged here. With a clear map you can find a spot in September (not the expensive ones), places well indicated. Nice spots on the river. In September, the swimming pool was dominated by job-seizing seniors. Good sanitary. Safe bike path to town. There nice terraces. And that for an ACSI rate, good price / quality.

Bonus points for location, nostalgia and price. What a cozy, old-fashioned camping municipal within the city walls. The facilities are less, not all electricity connections are functioning. Sanitary is cleaned once a day, so you depend on the behavior of your fellow guests. But when you hear a choir a capella singing in the church in the evening, beautiful.

We apparently did not see it. On Friday evening in September many houses were occupied, and everyone will close inside with the curtains. A deadly mood. The spacious camping spots were barely occupied, the spacious toilet block oversized. Clean. Beautiful swimming pool. Cafeteria and reception closed around nine o'clock. We could not find a good, safe cycle route to St. Jean Pied.

Even busy in September. Indeed, friendly reception, flowery, clean, nice view. Good pool. Walk to town quite spicy due to height differences. Cycling without assistance not to do. Restaurant disappointed us, poor quality. Shop fell with us again, not extensive, but something more fresh than expected.

What a nice place. Many places with sea and town views. Campsite looks very full, with neat rental caravans. Tourist spots are more spacious. Two sanitary buildings, one more beautiful than the other. Both clean. Friendly reception. Cycling is also possible via beautiful path along the road and coast to Candas. No real residential campsite, for that it is just a bit too remote. But quite nice!

We were disappointed. Pretty business reception, little friendly, certainly not cheerful. We were allowed to choose from 2 places. Many other places were empty, also nice coastal spots. Why they should not be used, we did not find out. Sanitary clean, outdated. Paths to coast down below, for years. The campsite is a gem, needs fresh, hospitable management with investment le.

Friendly, helpful reception. According to the receptionist, it was a 2.7 km walk to the cathedral. That was right. Sanitary on order, clean. Places are generally tight. Good swimming pool, good for the calf muscles from the upper terrace. The access road is steep, and also reasonably wide and well-organized. So that does not pose a real problem.

Weekend in September still busy, we had a spot in front of the pool with a view over the sea. Unique. Place was not spacious, along camping road. Not annoyingly busy, very relaxed. All facilities in good order, for example the washing machines. Restaurant not used, private barbecue with sardines and sea views, with setting sun. That was unaffordable for us ....

The plus points of this campsite: shady, nice location in relation to town, spacious and clean pool. The restaurant by the pool serves a few delicious and affordable dishes. Sanitary is on the edge, pretty dated, limited in number. Clean in September, the campsite was not very busy. Good communication was possible at the reception, your camper can be in many places.

Good campsite. Friendly receptionist, tells everything you want to know. Cycling to the center to do well. Pool not too big. Nice bathroom, clean. And top restaurant, lively Spanish bustle. Sporadically some noise from adjacent road and railroad track.

In early or late season a great campsite, very busy in high season. There are a few places with beautiful views, for the rest it is a standard place. Pool and terrace of the refined snack bar also offer that spectacular view. Provisions are in good order. Tariff in high season (42 euros, 🚐 👬 🔌) is fixed based on market forces, not on price-quality.

Excellent campsite, everything very well cared for. Friendly welcome, clean and new plumbing, good wifi. Pool is not too big, fits well. Village within walking distance with several restaurants. If all campsites were so ......

It may not be called nature camping, but it is of course. Really an estate, with mysterious roads and spots. And a fish pond. A paradise for the campfire sticks. Comfortable atmosphere. Spacious places, without internet. Unloading dirty water is difficult to reach.

The best part of the campsite is the place. In the middle of a nature / recreation area, and yet very close to the city of Utrecht. Jumbo and Aldi within two kilometers. It is a natural site, a bit messy with no more than the basic facilities. Two toilets, two showers, all a bit limited. If you take that for granted, a great location to discover Utrecht and the surrounding area by bike.

Place with an open character, close to the center of a nice town. Friendly reception. Looks all well cared for, even in the dry summer green. Clean sanitary. Places on a field with concrete / grass elements where necessary. And as a neighbor a great outdoor swimming pool, where you as a camping guest also get a discount. Wifi signal a bit weak.

Nice place in the big city. Cycling 10 km to the center, it is a pity that the bicycle path becomes bumpy due to the growth of tree roots. Camping has little grass, lots of sand. In a wet summer ... ?? Sanitary is kept clean. Friendly reception. Pay extra for Wi-Fi. Big disadvantage, the aircraft noise, is dependent on wind direction. When a new airport is ready, they get an 8.

Great place for one night. You have seen town, motorhome too. Close to highway. Mid-July, six campers. For free place, fine.

Expensive? Of course not for almost Amsterdam center. Plenty of room in a weekend in July, fairly spacious pitches, all necessary amenities. Fine for overnight, not to stay.

Friendly, small-scale campsite. Helpful owners, within their frameworks. Bar only from 5 to 7, restaurant only if you register in advance, checkout only cash, wifi only for extra payment. Not customer-oriented. Little plumbing. Small swimming pool. Entry is to do, convenient is different. All in all, this is not the case for us. That's okay?

Well-kept campsite. All not spectacular, except the special herd. Friendly welcome, but apparently we found the manager in a less talkative mood. You come here especially for your rest, in the immediate vicinity is not much to do.

A city site at the popular Bruges, it is not surprising that it is more expensive. But it is worth the price, the bathroom is excellent. Not far from the center of Bruges, a few large stores also close by. A vending machine to check in, but the manager came running to take it from us. What about a vending machine? We will never know.

It is a combination of two campsites, and therefore the layout is unclear. The campsite directly on the beach is almost completely occupied with permanent pitches. There was no place in September 2017. The other part also has many fixed places. You feel a bit lost, and the walking routes to the beach and town were also quite long. We have seen it here.

The site is in a great location, within walking distance of the Cape of the Gray Nose, and the beach. Camping has everything needed, spacious and clean bathrooms, a shop, a restaurant and friendly, helpful managers. Few places, that gives a friendly, lively look. To blow out a few days a good place.

Friendly reception. On a Sunday evening in September it was a bit dead. A few Englishmen passing through, and a lot of dark closed houses and closed seasonal caravans. Sanitary in a few small buildings, functioned and was clean. No high quality, but all can be done.

Bit messy, bit primitive. The bathroom you reach about the terrace of the cafe, it is clean but outdated. We had the bad luck to have bad weather, and then the campsite is not more happy. It can be done, but you can temper your expectations.

In September 2017 a few nights in a somewhat more expensive place right on the water of the Meuse. Fine! Plumbing well cared for. Friendly reception. Pontje, and then Roermond easily accessible.

In September 2017 our first motorhome with our own camper. Close to De Wit, to buy some stuff there (and that was a bit disappointing). Quiet place, nicely decorated in a circle. Sanitary fine, but very little if there are more campers. Friendly reception.

Good motorhome. Well-defined, wide places. View not great, unless you are in the back places. Wifi there moderately. Dish reception varies per place. The other reviews are correct, plumbing far away, town near again.

We went to Eindhoven for Guus with a soft 'g'. Camperplaats is perfectly suited for this, less than three kilometers from the stadium. There were about 15 campers at the P & R location that night, more than the available places. P & R is large, those extra campers do not pose a problem. Furthermore, everything is said, spacious places, a bargain for € 3. Traffic noise fairly continuous noise, not annoying.

What a nostalgia. Thirty years ago, in a tent with an old Volvo, on campsites with this sanitary. So obsolete. Well clean. Very friendly reception. Town was very sleepy on Monday evening, in May. Campsite actually also. As a transit camp? Please note, from 20 to 8 o'clock the reception and the barrier are closed.

Reception friendly and helpful, bureaucracy takes time. Great places, spacious, with its own water and waste water connection. Camping is laid out like a park, in a forest. Swimming pool mid May unfortunately not yet in use. Traffic noise is easily observable, but very continuously as a kind of noise. Little disturbing. Bus is experience, not very comfortable. Consider a taxi, from Belem it cost us € 4.

Spacious campsite, find a spot yourself, with tips from the friendly receptionist. Sanitary facilities, can all be more modern, but in any case clean. It is a pity that the beautiful swimming pool will not open until 1 June. By bike the town and the surroundings are easy to explore, there are also plenty of shops in the immediate vicinity. Wifi sometimes reached high speeds, was not always stable.

The plus point: the excellent camper service, located at this campsite. That is how we arrived here, in early May, in search of a gas pressure regulator. Little tired from the hassle we decided to stay a night. Relaxed camping. Little decline, different sanitary buildings. All clean, different quality. Swimming pool open early. Restaurant: relaxed. Town, beach and shops within walking distance.

A nine. Bonus points for the luxury bathroom, exceptional for a campsite. And clean. The site is professionally managed, you pay a bit more, but price-quality is fine. All facilities available, swimming pool opened early. Wifi works nicely. You can choose from available places. The larger, the more expensive, also transparent. Friendly staff, many languages ​​fluently speaks.

A campsite that has little to say about. In the preseason, early May. Plenty of space, find a place yourself. Pool is in use and clean. The spacious sanitary facilities are also clean. Albufeira within walking distance, a nice tipple. Friendly people at the reception. In short: do it.

Campsite does not look happy. Many houses, a bit gloomy. Here and there a free spot for an overnight camper. Sanitary is neat and clean (you must be able to, in our refused the access code after a downpour, without that problem they got an eight). Restaurant and bar, someone came who spoke some English, and very friendly, and all the time and effort to overcome language problems.

Great, warm welcome. Great place, nice view, indeed in a row. Plumbing fine, there are few other spots to match. And the back door with the key, direction cathedral, everything was right. Recommended.

You can see for yourself if there is another place that you like. If not, are you going any further? Sanitary, clean, functional and somewhat outdated. Here and there some older caravans at the campsite. All not so radiant. But by the sea, cycling to Porto is really easy, shops and restaurants in the neighborhood ..... An eight if the pool would have been open in mid-May.

No shocking campsite. Sanitary clean, may get some maintenance. Places with a nice view, but then you have to be on time. Bus to the center stops in front of the campsite. (Stop back in center is smooth search, you are soon wrong). Friendly welcome at the campsite. In mid-May the spacious and clean swimming pool was already open, that would be different in Portugal.

To El Rocio you come due to the special atmosphere with the dirt roads. And they also do those dirt roads at the campsite. Sand and sun gives dust, even though they spray these roads regularly. If it rains it will be mud. You know that. Campsite is well maintained, moderate Wifi, clean, sanitary what old. Great pool, already open in early May. Doubts about capacity of facilities in high season.

Everything is right. It is no more than a concrete slab, but with all basic facilities. Neatly cared for. Nice view. Village within walking distance, restaurants and shops. Enjoyed a daily menu (10 €, including) in a bar football Madrid-Bayern. Upon return, the motorhome was suddenly overcrowded, four campers blocked parking place and exit. No problem next day, but be on time. The beginning of May.

Unfortunately. Good location, within walking distance of the center (bus is also possible), quiet. The campsite is crying out for investments, now everything is kept a bit to work. Paying by credit card could not, Wifi did not work because of our Apple Ipad. Special. Sanitary outdated, reasonably clean. We are not so on the penny, but indeed, this is not really worth the price.

Good terrace camping with easily accessible places. Slightly sanitary, but clean. Pool in early May not yet in use, indeed very green. With the lake no direct connection found. Part of the terrain higher up is out of use, special atmosphere there.

Beautiful place, away to do well with 7m, on the narrow side but with two oncoming traffic no problem. Last piece is very bumpy, but you get something in return. Only downside, fellow countrymen who stand at an almost empty motorhome two meters away and block a part of your view.

Friendly reception. Neat campsite with good reception and wifi. Village within walking distance. Were here in transit in a wet and cold time, April, little to do in the area.

Great spot. Nice town, Plat du jour at Hotel du Commerce for 10 euros very tasty. Camper place looks neat. Sanizuil not used. Dish reception depends on place. A topper for a free night.
