no facilities, other than a small waste bin over the road, but it is a lovely place to stop. Next to a playground so great for someone with kids. Fairly busy road and a railway run by it but still very quiet Not too far to the shops. No sign to limit the number just a limit of 24 hours

lovely parking spot, next to a great little park, which is ideal for walking the dogs. Also very close to the old town centre, plus a couple of supermarkets very close by. Someone mentioned a problem with the electric coin slots but it must have been fixed as you can put coins in whenever you like now.

good site for families, there were lots of children during my visit, yet it was still very peaceful. Beautiful scenery, great for hiking and bike riding. Staff are good, my german is not brilliant but they had enough english to help out. not far to a couple of supermarkets and the town centre. Electricity worked out at 20c/hour but I only ran the fridge plus a little for hot water. One adult, 2 dogs, 66 euros for 3 nights

chose this site because someone posted that it was too quiet. This is true, unless there is shooting in progress (the only reason for my 4 stars). One of my dogs was petrified by whatever makes a loud "woosh" noise? so I had to find a parking place somewhere else until the shooting hall closed. Other than that it is a pleasant site. Electricity 2 euros for 8 hours and drinking water 2 euros for 8 minutes (don't know how many litres?)

all you need for a stopover. Very near to a busy road but still very quiet. There is nothing here, except 14 parking places, but for 5 euros it is okay. Pay in the shop "Lieblingstuck" at the far end of the hall, on the right, when you walk in from the parking places. There are also a couple of supermarkets, a petrol station and lots of shops very close by.

several people saying the approach road was bad, they have either fixed it or I went in a different way (through the town and over a very narrow bridge) Lovely spot, close to the river and not far from the castle. Very clean and quiet, slept well. If you have dogs watch out for the electric fence round the practice pitches. Definitely going back.

nice quiet spot, very good night's sleep, and only 30 minutes to the ferries or the "chunnel". Will definitely stay again.

this is a wonderful place to stay, up to 72 hours. Nowhere to empty anything but here is free fresh water and electricity - you do need a European adapter. It is next to a lovely park, which is great for walking with the dogs, and has an enclosed area where you can let the dogs run free. It is only a short walk into the centre for shopping. I, and my dogs thoroughly enjoyed this stop over.
