Well laid out aire not shared with car parking. All services available including 2 electric hook ups which were useful for charging our ebikes. The aire is next to the Via Verde and can be accessed by nearby steps (difficult) or by a road further away - see Google Maps for best route.
Sitecode: 10732
We stayed here as we wanted to be close to the Via Verde and to have electricity to charge our electric bikes. Instructions for entry via WhatsApp arrived about 15 minutes after we contacted the manager. All services available but because of a water leak we were told to switch main water tap on and off before using local tap or rinsing the WC - a bit of a nuisance. We were kindly allowed to stay a few extra hours in order to enjoy the cycle track

Very good aire but it can be difficult to find electric hook up points that work. We tried several before finding one. A local told us that many vans overload the supply with air con units and ‘trip’ the connection. We watched several people use pliers and screwdrivers to poke inside the fittings to reconnect the electricity - not to be advised! Otherwise a good aire very close to an interesting fortified town.

We stayed here in 2024 but in September 2025 the whole car park is being redeveloped and the motorhome service area sign covered up. Hopefully the aire will still be available when the work is finished as it is a pleasant town on the side of a lake with a Roman bath to visit.

We stayed here for two nights in September with two other vans. The electric hook ups work without tokens although the sign doesn’t say this. A friendly Spanish man told us this and so we had power for the fridge and to charge our ebikes. The Via Verde de Cidacos can be accessed on the riverside path indicated the corner of the main car park. This track takes you on to Arnedo and Arnedillo. Thanks to the community for this place.

Ignore this place. The correct aire is further up the main road indicated by a sign for coach parking. Follow this small road and you will see the motorhome parking sign which brings you to the correct place.

As last review said, the water stand with 2 taps has been knocked over either by accident or vandalism. Water supply has been turned off. Hopefully it may be repaired as this is such a beautiful medieval town to visit.
Sitecode: 19260
As a previous review stated there is a market here every Saturday from 6.30am until 5pm, so be warned! Great place to park for a beautiful city and stunning aqueduct. Parking further up the road outside the bullring appears to be tolerated when official area full.

Stayed here in June. Lovely aire with choice of sun or shade. Unfortunately the service borne is still taped up and out of action, so make sure you’re self-sufficient and don’t need services. Toilet near shops still open plus good bakery and shop next door.
Sitecode: 4893
Lovely shaded aire on banks of Canal du Garonne. Good cycling on paths in both directions. Signs mention payment to Mairie around corner but this was closed from Friday lunchtime until Monday lunchtime so our stay was free. A toilet and 2 washbasins are open 24hrs behind the cafe next door. The borne was broken and covered with tape so no toilet emptying possible but good services at nearby Tonnein.

Good spacious aire with all services. We have stopped here over the past 8 years travelling on the A84 and seen how it’s developed. As well as a new borne on the toilets they have built a new 4 electric hook up (Qipeo) and appear to be installing more hook ups around the aire. It’s not clear if these will be €2 for 15 minutes electricity - if so we’ll be sticking to gas! Otherwise it’s a comfortable and convenient place.

As in previous review this is a clean spacious aire with all services , 2 WCs and 2 cold showers. The barrier has been replaced by a solid sliding gate. unfortunately the camera does not recognise all number plates and we had to call manager who arrived very quickly to let us in and out. This happened to many vans. The pay machine would not accept cards, only cash.
Sitecode: 81051
As in previous reviews, a very good spacious aire and all services including electricity for €7. Unfortunately the entry system was faulty when we arrived, the machine took 7€ but gave no card and the aire was completely empty. After parking outside for lunch a lady arrived and seemed to be in charge. She gave us a card to let us in. She spent rest of day with an engineer who eventually fixed the box. Automated entry systems can cause trouble.

Great stay here overnight with 3 other vans. Grateful for hardstanding as there was torrential rain for 18 hours. As well as lovely tower and Roman Bridge, don’t miss the amazing Roman thermal baths in the centre which were only discovered in 2016 after excavations for an underground car park and are now open to public for free with good presentation of information. Highly recommended.

The last review in 2022 seems very negative and nearly put us off visiting. We stayed here on a Friday night which is often very noisy in Spain - there was football on the nearby pitch and some young people in the park until 11pm but after that it was very quiet. All services working well including two WCs. The area is clean with pleasant walks along lake front and friendly bar opposite entrance to Roman Baths. Recommended.
Sitecode: 15138
Entered the main car park where at the entrance a notice now says (in Spanish) ‘no motorhomes or caravans allowed except in the enclosed pay area’. There was also a burger and beer festival which took up half the parking and had incredibly loud music. We moved to the alternative parking area at the recreation park 5 minutes drive away where there were several vans in a shady setting and peace and quiet!

We can’t understand the very negative review left by the last reviewer. True, there are no facilities, but there’s a lot of space and it overlooks the fabulous moorish castle of Coca which is a short walk across the road. The town is well worth seeing with an old Moorish tower and fortified gate. The small Repsol garage next door sells bread/snacks and there is a bar/restaurant next to that. Provided you have your own facilities it is a fine stop

This aire is peaceful and quiet with hard-standing throughout. There are no facilities other than a waste bin at the entrance. It has a card machine and barrier equipment that has been out of order for at least three years, so at the moment it is free. Great base for cycling the island. There is a SuperU supermarket in Barbâtre.
Sitecode: 22118
Good flat hardstanding with large marked spaces for 3 vans but could get 2/3 more in comfortably. Service borne works with bank cards but no information or details of cost. could empty chemical toilet and clean it with own water if necessary. Photo of toilets from a previous reviewer misleading as none nearby. Very quiet and safe.
Sitecode: 59728
in addition to previous reviews I just want to add how spacious the plots are and well defined by the trees (more space than a lot of paid campsites). Great voie verte to Sarlat nearby - approximately 1 hour gentle uphill and 45mins return! To get to voie verte turn right out of aire and take next right road signposted to campsite. Just before railway bridge turn right and follow signs. Great stop.

We turned up on a Friday night in September and the aire was half empty. Unfortunately all spaces had already been reserved and it was full. We had to leave and go elsewhere. We have visited this aire for many years but as they have improved the services so much you now have to book a space before you arrive.
Sitecode: 63823
great aire with excellent facilities. Some noise from local youths in cars who sit around the picnic tables at night but left around 11pm and it was quiet. Easy walk into lovely old town. No indication on notice boards about maximum stay allowed so don’t know who posted 17 hours on this app as this is clearly wrong.
Sitecode: 25212
Agree with last review - this place should be removed from Campercontact. it is a car park near supermarket and does not have any services - waste water drain blocked, water tap permanently turned off and toilet emptying covered in lump of stone/concrete. No signs at all suggesting site for motorhomes.
Sitecode: 1451
We stayed here on a Friday night and thought the aire would be busy (20 places) but only 4 vans here. Card machine not working so free night but no water to rinse toilet or fill van from borne. However there was a large clean public toilet block (open 24hrs) with 5 cubicles and 3 urinals. Clean water was available for bottles etc from 2 washbasins. Great place to cycle from on Vendee tracks.
Sitecode: 26547
This aire now has 6 official places marked by trees and hedges. Each plot has a picnic table behind it. If all 6 spaces are full there is plenty of space adjacent to these for more vans. The local police pass by regularly so it feels safe. The services are still attached to a building up from the plots and are adequate.
Sitecode: 13833
This aire now has a toilet facility since last year. Self flushing large cubicle with hand washing facilities and 2 urinals outside.
Sitecode: 100267
Read the instructions carefully as your ticket will include a number for toilet and shower and QR codes to swipe for electricity on plot, rinse water and drinking water if you have selected this at barrier. One QR code also lets you out through the barrier. It’s a secure but complicated system and many vans took a long time to work it out. There is a phone number for help. Nearby WW1 monument and tunnels at Vimy Ridge worth a visit (free)
Sitecode: 830
This aire now has 17 large marked spaces for Motorhomes - up from the original 8. All facilities good but would have got 5 stars if water free (but able to fill small bottles from sink!)
Sitecode: 63699
Lovely aire next to beautiful village with historic centre. Each of the six bays has electric points (1 token for €3 = 12 hours). Easy to get tokens in village as clearly listed in instructions on each box and on noticeboard which also has a useful map. All facilities in working order. Only 40 minutes from Bilbao port so useful stop for UK visitors.
Sitecode: 46484
At last, the services here have now been installed after years of just being a parking slot by the bullring. There is now a drinking water tap, WC emptying with own tap in box and grey water emptying place - plus a large waste bin! All services working well when we stayed. Thank you Trujillo!

We arrived in Antequera during a National holiday to find the aire in town full and many vans parked in side streets among cars. We used the services here but drove up towards Torcal Park and were happy to see several vans parked on this aire overlooking the castle and beautiful countryside. Despite lack of facilities there is much more space here and is quieter at night. It doesn’t take long to drive down to the other aire to empty and fill up.
Sitecode: 54414
We stayed here on the last day of a National Spanish holiday so the camper spaces were full. Many vans parked in the main car park which is tolerated. The city was worth seeing with its cathedral, Roman amphitheatre, troglodyte houses and a lovely square with several bars within walking distance of the CP. The only negative was the late night noise of cars and people from the car park but perhaps this should be expected on a special holiday night
Sitecode: 30234
We gave this aire a miss a few years ago as it was deserted but decided to pull in and give it a try. We were happy to see that there were several vans there and all services were working. True, it is still scruffy and needs litter clearing. It can get busy with cars if there’s a football match next door but this is only for the length of a game. Pleasant walk along river and the sound of water to go to sleep to!
Sitecode: 73799
Arrived early (about 2pm) at this aire but it was full as it was a weekend). We noticed that several vans were parked further along the perimeter road in marked parking places. Although not the official aire (police passed by several times and made no complaint), parking overnight is tolerated and vans have more space because of trees. By morning there were more vans here than in the official aire. The only downside was the queue for services.
Sitecode: 10755
We have been here before but there were no services on site. Now there are two drive over drains, toilet emptying and water available - all free. Toilets have also been installed but unfortunately due to Covid restrictions they were screwed shut the day after we arrived! Very close walking distance to castle (free), cathedral and shops.
Sitecode: 66591
We were the only van here on a night in August and were slightly concerned. However, there were regular patrols of the Guardia Civil and local police and they assured us it was safe to stay. It was quiet and next morning we toured the hermitage opposite, built into the cliffs - a fascinating place. There is water available from a nearby push button fountain but no other services. A good place to stay though to explore the historic town of Soria.
Sitecode: 25615
Good for visit to quiet medieval village with interesting history and stunning views. The roadside parking was remarkably quiet and safe. Small shops and cafes are just around the corner on the main route. There is a full free service area for motorhomes just along the road by the bus depot so this aire has everything you need. Approach from South a little rough as main road in village being reconstructed at time of visit (August)
Sitecode: 12252
Stayed here overnight on a Saturday. Spaces here are all large so no problem for 6,7m motorhome. Trees give plenty of shade and there is easy access to Bom Jesus. The cafe in the corner was open as were local restaurants but unfortunately Covid 19 had caused the toilets to be closed. As expected on Saturday night a group of men singing/shouting to Fado music and a birthday party - use earplugs!
Sitecode: 30131
This aire is €4 for up to 72 hours (coins only) BUT only allows one exit in van during stay. So if you want to make several trips to town (2 miles downhill to historic centre) or the monastery with its free wine tap, you are better off walking or cycling. A great addition is the newly covered and renovated pool next to aire now open all year, offering 20% discount for motorhomers - bargain!
Sitecode: 14612
No signage where to park for this aire within the sports area, including tennis courts which are mentioned in older reviews, despite signs at edge of town. No services available at all and no waste disposal area found. It seems information is out of date. We did see a red squirrel though!!
Sitecode: 62980
For years we have been saying that there should be a good aire in Ronda - and here it is! We pulled in on a Friday night in mid September and had no problems getting a space (electric hook up spaces usually taken first). Apart from the enthusiastic fitness class there is little noise in this residential area. €10 seems very reasonable for clean services and security close to unique town.
Sitecode: 26582
Came in late to this aire and were lucky to find a space. Lovely view of orchards and three Don Quixote windmills on hill. This aire has all services in working order and smooth hardstanding. Some slope so ramps useful. Very close to E5 motorway but far enough away in village for quiet, peaceful night.
Sitecode: 6668
This is lovely spacious aire with easy access from road and onto via verde de la subbetica for fantastic cycling. We have stayed here before and despite good fresh water supply, we couldn’t understand how the only waste and toilet emptying were in a drain on a cycle route into town! A lot of work is now going on with drive over drain, toilet emptying and even toilets on site so here’s hoping....
Sitecode: 60484
This aire looks good but after a long drive we found it empty and gates chained and padlocked. A sign asks you to contact local police but with our fluent (not!) Spanish, like other reviewers, we had to give it a miss and drive on! Can only think some terrible event must have happened there and there is close monitoring of visitors - unfortunately this means they miss out on our trade!
Sitecode: 46484
This is a convenient place to park to visit the beautiful conquistador town of Trujillo. MH spaces are clearly marked out. However, development of services is in the same state as it was over 4 years ago when we first stayed! There is waste emptying but toilet emptying is via a sewer cover and wire - no water laid on at all for cleaning toilet or drinking. Sign still says ‘work in progress’!
Sitecode: 40896
We stayed here in September. Thanks to previous reviewers we got our ticket validated by the attendant on arrival so we only paid the €3.80 (his office was only open 8am - 3pm). We parked to avoid club noise but the only music was from the practicing marching band who we watched and found very entertaining as they slow marched outside. Safe and good clean toilets at barrier. 10 mins walk to centre
Sitecode: 40763
Plenty of parking but emptying point and surrounding area covered in building materials. Nobody hooked up to electric points which seemed non existent. One water tap needed pliers to work so other tap used for loo and drinking water. We called in but after looking around headed for a better aire
Sitecode: 19334
Unlike the last reviewer we thought this site was one of the best! In August the heat is such that work begins early so we can’t understand the moaning about workmen starting at 7am. The aire has everything needed for a stay and is within easy walking distance of castle and arcaded streets.
