Great camper site. We stayed here for 5 nights in August. First time here, but definitely not the last. Everything is perfect: beautiful paved pitches with grass next to them, excellent sanitary facilities, a large, attractive communal area with coffee and drinks that you can help yourself to/pay for with cash or QR. There's a terminal for self-check-in and check-out and monitoring of electricity consumption. Payment is possible by card or cash at the machine. Beautiful cycling area and friendly owners.

Went there for the fifth time and it remains a great place. Some minor improvements could be made regarding charging e-bikes in the bike shed. It's currently a bit awkward, and I miss the option to secure the bike with a chain lock.

Large campsite with enough space for every spot. Separate fields for campers, caravans, tents and Loire cyclists. Sanitary and services top. Brasserie where you can also order sandwiches. Castle at 15' walk. And nice cycling routes.

A campsite where everything is right. Highly recommended.

Nice small-scale campsite in a beautiful valley with good sanitary facilities, friendly staff and very reasonable prices. Swimming pool available as well as a small shop. I would have given 5 stars if WIFI was good, but unfortunately it was slow. Mobile reception via mifi is fortunately super fast (100 Mbps) so the slow wifi was not a problem in my case. Historic Center of Avalon can be reached on foot via a beautiful route but not flat. Recommended campsite.

Small-scale camper place in a beautiful area. Facilities are top; very clean sanitary facilities (all-in) and good showers. Even a disabled toilet/shower. Very friendly owners. Beautiful cycling and walking routes in the immediate vicinity. Electricity is paid and I think that is fair because now everyone pays according to their own consumption. WIFI available throughout the site (approximately 7 Mbit/s), sufficient for browsing, emailing and whatsapp.

Small-scale camper site with 8 spacious places located in a rural area. Places for the camper are indicated with white ramps. Cycle routes start almost at the camper site. Many possibilities for walking and cycling. Supermarkets (Aldi, Jumbo, COOP) within 5 to 6 km. Swimming lake at 700 m. Swimming pool at 5 km. Sanitary facilities (toilets, showers, washing up) complete and clean. WIFI available on the entire field. Grey and black discharge.

Quiet campsite (stayed for 3 nights in June) with excellent service and good sanitary facilities, recent sanitary facilities with warm, well-flowing showers and clean toilets where everything is available. Pitches are spacious and separated by hedges. Water points nearby. WIFI at reception is very fast (35 Mbs) but very poor in the places themselves. The campsite is not that big, so you are always close to the reception and sanitary facilities.

Emailed if I could make a reservation. Received a response that they will be closed for the whole of 2024 for maintenance. I really haven't come across that anywhere. If so, at least update the apps and website with a notification.

Excellent campsite near a nice town. Sanitary facilities and service facilities are in good order. Water tap on site. Good WIFI. A lot of space. And Dutch and English speaking. Definitely worth repeating for me.

Small (30 places) charming campsite. Nice and helpful owner. All amenities available. Good showers and toilets and everything very clean. Very good internet (30-50 Mbs). Cycle path in front of the campsite. Krimmler waterfall at 5 Km. 5 stars because it's worth it

very nice new place with everything you need (except washing up possibility). Spacious modern sanitary facilities, large places, good WiFi, register at the column on the spot and you can see what occupancy is on the website.

Small-scale friendly campsite with a friendly owner, bread service, very good sanitary facilities and wifi that also meets the requirements. Cycle path in front of the door and Bodensee 7 km away, which is easy to do with an e-bike. Paved places that are not all level. Railway runs along the campsite and also some traffic from the road, but you don't really suffer from it at all. Recommendation.

Very nice campsite in a beautiful location. Brand new sanitary building with the largest showers I have seen so far. Bread roll service, common room with TV, supermarket 5 minutes by bike. The only downside was the weak wifi on the field where I stood (the rest of the campsite is good) but there is already an assignment to adjust. And very friendly owners.

Excellent motorhome with very friendly and helpful caretaker Steffie. Excellent sanitary facilities, good WiFi, easy discharge point and chemical toilet disposal with the water filling point at a sufficient distance. The paved pitches are very large, well maintained and fully grassed. Lots of space to sit comfortably. Cycling and walking routes can be started almost from the motorhome and you can obtain directions at the reception

Stayed here for two nights in June 2022. Very atmospheric quiet motorhome with beautiful places and all amenities available except gray water discharge. There is a free service point at Hojer gas station 6 km to the south. Covered terrace but also an indoor area with sofa and table. Friendly owners. Supermarket at 5 Km.
Sitecode: 58887
Quiet campsite with spacious pitches with electricity, water, drainage and cable TV connection. Plumbing is top notch and the environment is great with beautiful cycling routes along the Elbe. Many fields with fixed places, but you don't notice it at all because they are all in the back on separate fields. Sandwich service and small shop available. But two supermarkets at 1 KM (5 min. by bike).

In June 2022 stood here for 3 nights. Is right on a lake. Separate camper pitches for the campsite, but they are quickly full. Reservation is the advice. But often you can still stand on the campsite. Sanitary facilities are top notch, bread service and a very basic shop for, for example, (soft) drinks. Pay for everything. Goes with a credit card that is settled at the end. Friendly staff. Small restaurant. Not good wifi.

Stayed here one night in transit at the end of June 2022. Friendly manager and almost new sanitary facilities. At the holiday places a water tap available. Probably also nice for a slightly longer period of time, but can't judge that. Super good showers 7 min. for €0.50. Only downside was the poor wifi at the back of the site. Otherwise it would have been five stars. Hard ground .

Stood here for two days. Cozy motorhome with only 6 places with all amenities available there or within 600 meters in the village (bakery, supermarket, etc.). Very nice area for cycling or walking. Made a bike ride of 50 Km myself). For each motorhome there is an information folder (100 pages) which contains all information about the motorhome itself and the environment. WIFI is good enough for streaming. I

Stayed here on June 18, 2022. Descriptions below are still correct. I do see at least 6 power connections.

Super nice camper location on a very small-scale farmyard (two donkeys are walking on a separate meadow). Friendly owners. The sanitary facilities are in good order and very clean. All amenities are available. Toilets and showers are built into an older barn which is very nicely done. Monument (former concentration camp) Bergen-Belsen is easy to do by bike 15 KM). The city of Bergen is not interesting. No WIFI.

Stood four nights in April. Very nice well-maintained motorhome pitches with excellent WiFi (200 Mbits). Very friendly owners and staff. Campers are in a very quiet location behind the golf course. Toilets and showers can be used during tasting hours. I would give 5 stars if there was also a sanitary / washing up unit at the back of the motorhome pitches. But I'll definitely be back.
Sitecode: 98988
Beautiful motorhome location within cycling distance of "De Veluwe" where you can drive nice routes. When I was there, the motorhome was not yet finished. There were no sanitary facilities yet (coming in autumn). An outdoor shower, drinking water, discharge area and chemical toilet discharge are available. The paths are not yet paved which makes it sandy. When that is finished , this will be a prime location . Internet is fast (50-60 Mbit). on the whole field. Four stars for now
Sitecode: 57568
An almost perfect motorhome. Nice location in the beautiful countryside with plenty of cycling and walking opportunities, extensive cycling network. Well-maintained site with spacious pitches, good sanitary facilities, the supermarket (COOP) 2.5 km away. WIFI is excellent, there is a WiFi access point on every row of 6 campers. Download speeds sufficient to watch TV via NLZIET or NPO. Friendly management
Sitecode: 18299
Very nice quiet location with wide views of the Frisian countryside. Plumbing looks neat, I can't call it dated, I've experienced much worse. Showers are spacious. Current 16A. Windmill you hear the first hour and after that you are used to it. No more nuisance than when you are standing by the sea and you constantly hear the rustling of it. COOP in Winsum at 4 Km, and Franeker also at 4 Km. And a cycling route of 55 KM
Sitecode: 63799
Friendly and helpful owner. Is a small field behind the farm overlooking the meadows. The sanitary building is on the other side of the stable, but the camper locations have a separate toilet, urinal, chemical toilet and drinking water tap. There is now a partition between chemical toilet and drinking water. Beautiful cycling routes to the coast at Noordwijk (among others) I had a great time here.

Stayed here for two nights in June. Is a campsite in a beautiful environment that gives a feeling "in nature". The marina is nearby and there is great te cycling through the cycling nodes. Suitable for motorhomes with the note that no gray water discharge is yet possible. With the construction of this are they busy. Sanitary facilities are dated but permit application to modernize is underway.
Sitecode: 81418
A campsite in a beautiful setting on a river. Friendly owner. Small-scale and considerable height differences. but the pitches are easily accessible and flat. The disadvantages are no WIFI, and virtually no internet via 3G and 4G. And there is no point to discharge waste water, it is only suitable for loose waste tanks. In other words no unloading place where you can drive the camper.

Was here on August 6, 2019. Very neat and complete camper place. And near the center of the cozy Oirschot. Very clean (new in 2019) sanitary (two showers, two toilets and a disabled toilet). There is also a chalet as a common area. Possibility of discharging gray water in two places and emptying the chemical toilet. And a very fast internet connection. In addition, the price is very favorable for what you are offered. Hot showers cost a euro and warm dishwashing water costs 20 cents. I think that is very reasonable for what you get. Electricity costs two Euros per day. If you are traveling alone like me, the price is two Euro lower. I was very satisfied. To make it complete, the option of washing might have to be offered, but that is plus.

Was here on June 22. It is true that one of the previous reviewers stood in front of a closed door. Camping has recently been taken over and a lot is being renewed and refurbished. The campsite was reopened on 21 June and completely new sanitary facilities were installed. Everything was not finished yet. But plumbing could already be used. And that looked great. New washing machines were almost still in the box. The towel dispensers were still partly in the hallway to be assembled. And because the shower coin system was not yet operational, we were able to shower for free. Nice places too. Although I suspect that if it is really busy you will get close to each other. And because this was the closest campsite to the Color Line ferry port (5 Km), the price is of course extra high. I had to pay almost € 55 for one night.

Was here on June 21, 2019. I thought it was a worthless campsite. Everything is criss-crossed and with little space. If it is rainy weather you have a chance of getting stuck in the grass. It is in fact a fairly soft surface. I didn't have the problem myself, but I did see the furrows made by previous visitors in the grass. Camping is also full of large caravans from Norwegians, sometimes with a whole group at a time. I think they are almost permanent there. Sanitary does not look fresh and is quite dated, but luckily it did have hot water. I was sorry that I had not looked on Google Maps for other (better) campsites around Drammen. They are indeed there, but are not listed in motorhome contact.

Was here on June 19, 2019. Small campsite run by an older couple. Woman is very friendly. plumbing is a bit outdated but looks clean and all works properly. I was completely alone with the camper. Nice and quiet, I like that. The town of Dombas is 6 km away and you can easily cycle by bike. It is good to know that the current owners will stop in 2021 because of the aggravated environmental requirements. At their age they no longer feel like investing. It is not yet known whether the campsite will be continued by others. There is only wifi at the reception. This runs via a 4G connection with a bundle of a few GB. I don't know what happens when that bundle ends. I have not tested it further because I have my own 4G connection. During the day you hear the traffic on the E6 passing by but not annoying. That will be much less at night. In summary, I think this is a nice site if you like peace.

Was here on June 18, 2019. Medium-sized campsite with indeed good views and reasonable sanitary facilities. But I think it is a very expensive campsite with € 34 euros. The only advantage is that you are reasonably close to Trondheim if you want to visit. There is a good bus connection between the campsite and Trondheim.

Was here on June 17, 2019. Join the previous reviewer. All looks perfect, apart from the weather at the moment.

Was here on June 16, 2019. small-scale campsite with good facilities. Both plumbing and wifi were excellent. Friendly welcome at the reception. There is also a very small shop. The only downside is that the gray water must be lumped into the same dump as the bathroom. But that dump is at sink height. I cannot lift my camper to discharge gray water. But then discharge on the various gray water discharge points. but it remains strange that it is not possible at this campsite. Emptying the toilet and taking in clean water is no problem. There is an area where you can cook, showers and toilets look fairly new and are neat. And gas station and Coop (supermarket) 300 meters outside the campsite.

Was here on 13 and 14 June 2019. The location on the coast is beautiful. camping is actually nothing more than a very large lawn where you choose your place. When I was there the weather was sunny but fresh, about 8 degrees. I also think there is always a strong wind here. Plumbing is a mess but it all works. Indeed, few toilets and showers. The manager's mood is changeable.

Was / am here on 11 and 12 June 2019. Nice small-scale campsite with a friendly owner. Sanitary has been renewed. Showering still costs 10 crowns for 5 minutes but I think that is reasonable. And nice location with a sea view.
Sitecode: 45081
Was here on 10 June 2019. Large campsite with all kinds of facilities. All looks neat. Places are spacious and sanitary facilities maybe a little lacking, but it all looks neat. There is even a "Snackbar" and also a store.

Were here on 7 and 9 June 2019 as a starting point for a trip to the North Cape. So before and after the North Cape overnight here. Camping seems a bit messy but appearances are deceiving. Everything for us campers is present and more. Showers are super large and the toilets are completely new. Taking in drinking water, discharging gray water and cleaning the chemical toilet is possible. There is a kitchen room and a room with two washing machines and two dryers. It costs 90 Crowns to make use of it. There is also a small seating area and at the reception it is possible to get a cup of coffee from the machine for 10 crowns. You can pay at the reception itself. Campsite is on a flowing river. I was very satisfied with this campsite. Found it an excellent base for driving up and down to the North Cape.

I was here on 5 June 2019. Camping has all the service for campers and the pitches are asphalted and spacious. Sanitary facilities are quite dated and old-fashioned, but they are satisfactory. On arrival indicated that I wanted sandwiches the next morning. Could according to the owner if it was just not too early. Half past seven the next morning was possible. She had to pay the same as the pitch. The next morning from 7:30 am to 8:00 am waiting for my sandwiches but everything remained closed and no owner to be seen. I left without sandwiches. Were only € 1.50 but it is the principle. A bit bland this. Then indicate that half past seven was too early.

Terrain for about 10 campers at a camper dealer in a very small village, hamlet actually. Great for a night when you are in transit. Sanitary facilities (shower, toilet and dishes sink) were top. You can take water, but nothing can be discharged.
Sitecode: 71017
Was here on 4 June 2019 in transit to the North Cape. City camping in the outskirts of Uppsala. Shops etc. 10 minutes walk. Large site with little atmosphere. Facilities such as miniature golf, swimming pond, canoeing, and volleyball courts. Uppsala city is easy to visit from here. Sanitary facilities are included in the price, which I found on the high side. An ideal site for people with children who want to stay longer.
Sitecode: 10970
I stood here on 3 June 2019 after I had crossed the bridges from Denmark to Sweden on my way to the North Cape. Nice location with some traffic noise. McDonalds close by as well as a restaurant across the road. Toilet available during opening hours of the motorhome dealer. Clean water must be paid for, gray water and toilet can be emptied free of charge. About € 5 has to be paid for electricity. Nice flat places. Be present on time because it gets busy in the evening.
Sitecode: 11557
I was here on June 2, 2019 for one night in transit to Sweden. Very neat location (very quiet afterwards), friendly people. Space for 12 campers. The only downside I found was the cabin with shower and toilet (which by the way was super clean) that only one person can use at a time. For the rest all facilities available; empty toilet, discharge gray water, clean water and internet.
