Very quiet place to stay; clean, modern sanitary facilities, which are also wonderfully warm; there is even a TV room available for use; (warm) indoor kitchen for washing up; washing machine and dryer available; though a bit annoying that you have to pay extra to empty the cassette toilet… It is also handy that there is a shop with camper supplies. In short: recommended.

Great spot in the marina car park, plenty of space(s) to sit outside, with a code for the toilet and shower, which are also clean; the association's bar is open on Fridays (also for camper guests), the town centre is easily accessible by bike; a bit of traffic noise. Tip: Cycle across the nearby bridge and there is an outdoor terrace (summer season?) on the banks of the Ruhr.

Ended up here because the campsite in Amiens was fully booked and there are no more camper pitches available there. Lovely campsite, plenty of space and peace. Sufficient and clean sanitary facilities. It is a pity that the castle was already closed and that there is nothing else to buy (or do) in the entire village. However, it is a good base for visiting Amiens, which is also easy and quick to do by bike. Next time we are passing through on our way south, we would love to come back here.

Good location; at the swimming pool, you must report, pay €5, and place the receipt visibly in the camper. At the town hall on the first floor, in the center, a personal code can be obtained for a fee of €3 per person plus valid identification, which grants access to the sports hall for one day's use of the fitness room (upstairs), showers, and toilet. The village is beautiful and certainly worth a visit, with various catering establishments.

We are used to makeshift campsites, there is nothing wrong with that. But this sloppily maintained campsite, with an extremely dirty swimming pool, was sleazy, old, and run-down. Wi-Fi barely worked and the showers were cold (they couldn't be adjusted either). Guests are expected to be quiet in the morning; well, here a car was already idling for maintenance(?) for a very long time at 7:00 AM… And that for over €32 per night excluding electricity (1 camper, 2 people). Terrible!!!

The pitches are a bit messy… and *that* makes it so pleasant here. And lots of shady spots. Nice pool. Great restaurant. Good sanitary facilities. Many walking and cycling routes to the sea. No reason to complain or whine.

Here you feel like you've stepped back in time to the 60s/70s... wonderfully colorful, relaxed, and anything goes. Everything is available but basic and clean; food can be ordered in the restaurant at any time of day; the route there is bumpy and sandy but (in no rain) manageable. Highly recommended, being so close to the beach.

Standed at the gate yesterday... there was absolutely nothing to be seen.

It might be nice here during harvest time (of what???), but outside that season you can't get anything... nothing to eat here, just stand in the middle of nowhere. We left again. The manager says he can't pass this on to the NKC?!
