we stayed Monday night a group of guy gathered in the carpark all evening few of them reved their engines and drove around. they were not drinking but just socialising. we didn't feel threatened at all. by 11 pm they had left then we had a very peaceful night

This is a place where nothing works correctly, no bins in the camping area, the shower trays fill and overflow so you are forced to dry and dress yourself in the public area. no electricity, water intermittently. lots of building materials around but not building. Nothing is finished. The owners are strange, only smile when receiving money.

The station carpark has building work around the entrance, large campers would not be able to access this carpark, I have a Ducato campervan that just fitted the alloted space. You are welcomed there and there is no problem parking overnight. A 25 minute walk to the old city. Many restaurants and bars around the carpark, a very peaceful night with no train noise.
