March 21, 2026. Space for 5 campers, but due to the low-hanging branches and the bumpy grass, we just parked in the small parking lot. You can cycle and walk along the Via Verde.

We were here on May 9, 2025. Totally agree with the previous reviews. For us it was a surprise to see washing machines at the small supermarket which we of course used.

April 2025 great place for a night. discharge water, take in clean water, the toilet cassette could be emptied by lifting the grille. Neatly maintained village with only a bar.

We were here on June 10, located at 1500 meters. altitude 12 degrees so just turn on the heater. People were still busy getting all the attractions ready for the holidays. We had a lovely walk there.

We spent the night here on May 25, a great place to view the special village.

A nice place for a night. The facilities would be free, 1 power point that does not work, the water is turned off, you can only empty the toilet cassette but not rinse. You can, however, walk through the vineyards.

A great place, lovely in the shade at a temperature of 30 degrees. Village is nothing special, a few very small shops, heard the church bell once. opposite the CP. is the road where the voie verte is. We thought the route was poorly marked, but it was still nice to cycle. it's nice that there is service.

We were here on June 13 in the large parking lot near the picnic benches. Just a short walk and you are at the monastery. We had free WiFi there. The sani station is across the street at the official cp. Had a quiet night.

Just a good overnight spot. Don't imagine the swimming pool. Good sanitary facilities. We were here on June 7 and walked a lot to get to the sea. The explanation of the caretaker was not clear to us, but we still saw the sea.

This is the highest mountain in the Algarve. The 2 official cp. were too short for us but there were still a few longer spots. There is a shop with beautiful things, a shop for the tourist next to a nice little chapel.

We were here on June 3 and stood behind the mill near the water taps. in the city there is a large church completely covered with blue tiles (azelejos) with beautiful images. Very special.

On 31 we visited the city and spent the night at this cp. It was very crowded with parked cars. It was not indicated where the campers should be.

Good place with amenities. On May 23, we had a lovely bike ride on the Via Verde.

It was not clear whether we could spend the night there, but we asked and that was allowed. Great place for the night.

Beautiful campsite surrounded by nature on a large lake. There are different fields, sometimes sloping. You can also rent boats to go fishing on the lake.

Campsite is well maintained and has a beautiful sanitary building. The swimming pond will only be ready in late June. The manager is not a talker but friendly and gives his guests complete freedom. Due to the large grounds and maintenance, the reception is open a few hours in the morning and at the end of the afternoon. The cafe is also open at the end of the afternoon.

Nice campsite, large pitches with water and electricity. Very nice owner and son who know a lot about history and sights. Shop at 500 meters.

I agree with the previous reviews. Nice friendly owners. The bathroom is partially refurbished and is neat and clean. Fine relaxation in the shade of the many trees.

This small campsite is located behind the guest house and has a beautiful view. You can also eat delicious. There is good and clean sanitary facilities. He also has a few nice cabins for rent.

Enjoyed the tranquility and walks. In May water piping was laid out so this water is good to drink. Come back for sure next year.
