We stopped at this free campervan site (camping is prohibited). In winter, this campervan site is uninviting and too far from the town center. However, there are roadworks underway/no campervan parking spaces at the mixed parking lot/near the station. Any available bus parking is actively fined! The municipality encourages guests to arrive by public transport upon request. Fine, but then we wouldn't feel welcome with our campervan and continued on to the hospitable town of Waldkirch.

Quietly located parking lot near Monschau, but does not seem to be official, given the barrier at the beginning of the site

We already encountered the racing cars along the way and then the circles of the wheel tracks. There was no other camper and it did not feel safe to stay. Too bad!

We have been to this nice camper place more often, but again there is a regular customer with a caravan and tent. We were therefore forced to drive on.

Excellent campervan site, right on the Dutch/German border for exploring De Maasduinen National Park by bike or on foot. Plenty of amenities and a nearby restaurant. Campervans cost €4.75 per night through social deals, tourist tax €1.80 per person, and a €10 deposit for the gate key.

Beautiful spot next to the mill and a good restaurant. Regarding the power pole, the red cable is sticking out of the ground next to it. See photo. That's why there's no power...

Upon arrival, all campers were parked at the gate. Furthermore, it's a unique and quiet location. Within walking distance of the town center.

The CP is accessible; follow the detour. A good stopover for the Neckar route. The toilet works; buttons 4 and 5 (press twice) are for cleaning the cassette and rinsing the grid. Otherwise, it's a quiet and well-lit area.

Be careful at the toilet area. There is only one tap for both drinking water and flushing the toilet cassette!

Beautifully situated, spacious campervan site on the Bitburg reservoir, perfect for cycling and walking. It's lively and lively during the day, but peaceful and quiet at night. Restaurants and public restrooms are available. One of the four campervan sites was still occupied by a villager, and upon our arrival, two were occupied by parked motorcycles. Some people have issues with social campervan behavior. Perhaps we should set a maximum length of stay?

There is not enough space and you will get a fine if you unsuspectingly park on a bus parking lot (has this been a business model for years?)

Moderate, because in the evening young people with cars and motorcycles use the terrain as a playing field. Until well after midnight they drive around noisily and make a sport of accelerating quickly. If you hear loud talking all the time you won't sleep a wink. During the day you can be there as a free parking spot, but for overnight stays you better look for another camper spot.

Dear Nou Zoe, you probably have another camper spot in mind. There is no payment machine here and there is a meadow on the other side. So no noise, it is wonderfully quiet here.

Upon arrival, around 2:00 PM, the official camper spot for 7 campers was already full. There were also campers on the parking lot in front and above. Also along the park on the river side. In short, there is a clear need for more camper spots. Many campers have been added in recent years. Tip for the municipality.

Just before you reach the camper spot, do not follow the sign to drive into a steep & narrow path. Follow the road to the left and immediately after that is the camper spot on the right. (see photo)

Great, free camper spot, with 5 demarcated, quiet spots behind the tennis hall. Some traffic for the nearby allotments. More than 1 km to the centre of the Hanseatic city and 250m from the petrol station and supermarkets. For drinking water, toilet emptying and grey water, you can go to the new camper spot located downhill. We were lucky last weekend, because there was a free music festival!

Despite the camper spot indication, there was no camper spot to be found, despite alternative routes, because the road was closed. Ultimately, we arrived at a construction site via a sports field🤔 Save yourself the trouble! Nice place between Elspeterheide and cozy Vierhouten. Modern and clean sanitary facilities, little shade on the camping field, WiFi not available everywhere. Unfortunately no children's playground. The only children's playground with, among other things, a bouncy castle is located on the other site of the annual pitches (nuisance?) Adjacent there is possibly the play pond, with playground and restaurant of "busy" visited Paasheuvel group

We were here on 1/5 and so we were lucky! Do not mention these types of parking spaces as camper spots to prevent problems!

At the city sports park of the nice tourist town of Waldkirch, there are 6 camper spots and a sani column in the parking lot under the trees. However, more and more campers from the region are parking, while 2dg is the maximum! There is a swimming pool, a fishing pond with boats, a miniature golf course, a playground, a beer garden and a zoo. You can walk, for example, to the tree crown path with a super slide, or to the ruin. Great 😊

No longer free (from 15€), while there are still no facilities! Too bad, because we sometimes "went out" to eat in the restaurants in the beautiful town!

For years we have been coming here as a stopover to and from our holiday destinations. To walk over the Brunssummerheide and to do some shopping in Brunssum. The municipality should play a clear role in this and not leave this to a so-called "administrator". We went again. Will we come back?

More often visited this camper place in the beautiful white town of Thorn; no facilities at these 3 places for 3 € per 24 hours. Nice and quiet and beautiful water walking area in the Dutch / Belgian Meuse area.

Been on this free camper spot before, officially for 4 campers, max 72 hours. Garbage can was provided with an extra spare bag and it looked tidy around Easter. The hilly Schutterspark, has water features, walking and cycling paths, barefoot path, petting zoo and climbing forest. (All open) The restaurant is now being renovated. Beautiful area!

Beautiful camper place for max 4 campers without facilities. In the middle of nature on a peninsula with cycling and hiking trails. All around water, cattle, horses and a view of Loevestein Castle. Nearby Gorinchem and the fortified town of Woudrichem are also worth visiting.

Actually a nice place on the Linge, as a starting point for cycling and walking in the Betuwe. But....,., Youngsters playing football (why corona rules?) With fast cars with enormous nuisance sound systems. Fortunately, the curfew was at 10 p.m. The next Friday morning (market day) the parking lot was overcrowded. The new camper place at the marina is bound to be more beautiful!

Simple, quiet and free place in Frisian lake area Around Easter there was unfortunately still a Corona danger and then the 4 places were too close together. The previous night this was taken into account and 4 places became 3. But from 1st to 2nd Easter 2 vans of a "certain" age group (of which 2 from Langweer) came, who did not want to conform to a 1.5 m distance.

Current and water are included, as well as the discharge of toilet cassettes. You pay 1 euro for the tokens. After 5 pm you pay 12 euros for overnight accommodation

Nice that the municipality of Genemuiden has made camper spots in a quiet, tidy place on the outskirts of the town. Good starting point for a tour through the head of Overijssel. Up to 6 m you can still just park in a parking space, but otherwise you stand in the beautiful flower beds and is a better option
