New site, all facilities very clean, friendly owners and mountain view from all pitches. €12 with ehu. €1 for shower in clean and modern bathroom. Good stop in the mountains.

Big field behind the pub, 20 minute walk along the river to Lechlade. No facilities so £15 is expensive. £7/8 would be a fairer price. Warning- tight turn into a narrow bridge is tricky for a long motorhome. We struggled with our 7m both arriving and leaving and had to reverse back out onto the busy lane.

Nice private pitch in rural surroundings.€7 a bargain- the 2 cramped camp sites nearly are around €20 thigh with electric. If you don’t need any services this is a good site, close too D Day beaches and museum (15 mins by bike)

Nice place facing the river though vehicles are parked close together in a line. We managed to get an end spot which made it a nice experience. Wouldn’t have scored so high had we been in the middle. Free though, nice view, close to the old town and harbour. Full on the night we visited by around 6pm.

Large free car park lots of space, nice river views and 5 minute walk to town. We had a peaceful night here. However, be aware that Thursday is market day. From around 9.30am the car park fills with cars. This causes chaos for motorhomes parked there as cars will park very close and it’s easy to get blocked in. I would also guess that arriving in the day on Thursday will mean the car park is full.

Nice site in woodland alongside football field and BMX track. Large pitches, half grass half gravel, most with some shade. No shower or toilet but washing machine and new service point. 5 minutes walk from nice little village. Well run peaceful site and worth the €11.

Very busy when we visited in mid July. The lower car park was completely full and we found a space in the parking area by the kids playground overlooking the site. Motorhomes continued to arrive up to about 10pm but by around 8 there was no space left. There are other car parks nearby though which seem to have no restrictions if the aer is full.

We were a little disappointed with the parking space after the excellent reviews. It’s really just a dusty car park behind the fire station. Good point is that you should fit around 10 motorhomes in plus there are other car parks nearby. 2 Euros for water and for another 8 you can stay at the campsite 200 yards down the road with electric and all facilities in nicer surroundings. We did that.

Good free stay. Drive past McDonald’s to get less noise from their car park and away from the building site. Quite busy through the day so felt safe to leave the motorhome. Quiet at night. 20 mins walk to tram stop for old town.

We stayed for 2 nights due to a problem with our motorhome (fixed efficiently at Passion Camping Cars, Ribagnac). It’s a great site- quiet and peaceful. One other m/h first night, 2 others second. Large pitches, very well maintained. 10 mins walk to shops and a bar in Mouleydier over the river. Great place!

Peaceful site near a lovely village. Only ones there on a July night. If you like peace and quiet and don’t mind being alone in the countryside it’s perfect.

Lovely peaceful village. Parking just outside the old citadel walls and some nice walks in the area. One small bar in the village which seemed almost deserted. Five minutes off the main road- a great stop!

2 parking sites off the small road leading to the lighthouse - no restrictions displayed. The first space is at the top of steep cliffs and overlooks the waves crashing below. Could fit two vans length ways or 4/5 fronting in. The other car park is slightly bigger. We stayed on a Friday and were woken 6am Saturday by members of a fishing club who were having a competition. Ok apart from that.

Car park is closed for the St Johns fair 23/6/19. This is a large fair which covers the site and is held every year- not sure of exact days but if visiting in June it would be worth checking this.

All seemed good when we parked - lots of space and river view. However it was a Saturday and in early evening a group of youths in cars assembled and began racing on the gravel. Hand brake turns, wheelspins, high speed turns as close to other vehicles as possible. Very dangerous and we were concerned at the potential for a crash so decided to leave at 7pm as did other motorhomes.
