Alcoutim and surroundings very worthwhile. cycling/walking. Museums in Alcoutim and Guerero do Rio (smuggling history) very nice!

Quiet new municipal mixed car park with reserved motorhome pitches, necessary facilities available. Cozy village with walking visitors. The overflow Parking is set up for the spectacular walk SL-TE 40 through and above the Canyon de los Arcos at a distance of 500 m. Really great that well marked walk.

A quiet, beautifully located motorhome with all the necessary amenities at the swimming pool and picnic park. Within walking distance of the beautiful historic center. The Posto Turismo warmly provides you with extensive information. There are several terraces and restaurants in the street nearby. Don't forget to visit the wine co-op shop to purchase some bottles of the excellent wine.

A well-kept quiet CP on a road from the highway route. We were welcomed by screeching geese. Friendly local residents. A bag with tourist information was brought to the camper door. It is a historic town with several museums, worth visiting.

Sanitary simple, but fine. The renovation is finished. Everything looks tiptop, including subtropical planting. Friendly helpful manager. Upon request a lady does the laundry a 30 Dirham. Nice and quiet to relax for a few days.

Great, unexpectedly nice stopover in total not tourist area. The hospitality of the brothers is great. Youssef is the fluent Spanish-speaking owner / cook. Brother speaks some French and serves on the terrace on the street side or as desired in the olive grove behind, while the donkey, calves and sheep with lamb graze around. In the evening passport registration.

Greatly maintained CP under construction. The sanitary block is now in place and will be connected at the end of July. In the middle of the Groene Hart a perfect place for walking and cycling, directly at junctions. Leiden and Gouda within cycling distance. A big plus for the friendly welcome. Top!

After a great tour of the Baltic States and Scandinavia we arrived in Groningen again on Dutch soil. The CP and especially the owners offered us a warm welcome and beautiful starting point for a bike ride through beautiful Westerwolde and Ruiten A Stroomdal. Top spot !!

Neat kept campsite, all amenities. Very friendly helpful manager. Beautiful environment. Coming from Lindoso it might be better to drive over the Ponte da Barca. We went in through in Vila Châ and Azias. A spectacular ride was our reward. By Portugal and authentic landscape with bizarre rock formations. The narrow road, cobblestones and steep hellinkjes. For the daredevil!

September 28, we ended up here by following a motorhome sign in the village. On a quiet park Square with friendly residents two reserved seats. Ample space for overflow. Historically interesting town with castle and cheese museum.

September 30 we stood on the old site of the citadel. A municipal official befriend these newly constructed place with all the free amenities. No, electricity is not (yet) connected. That's an expensive facility, it seems therefore reasonable that it is paid for in the future. CP Prima within walking distance of Vauban fortified village.
