spacious campsite and right next to the geysers so you can still see them when everyone is gone. We were there on September 21 but showers and electricity are only available in the morning between 8:00 and 11:00.

beautiful places and wonderful communal area with 6 separate places to cook and plenty of space to sit in a lovely warm barn.

I only now read that there was also a place with grass. We stood in the desolate spot near the summer cottages. showers / toilets otherwise fine and great base for visiting Glasgow.

Friendly owners. Book in advance because even out of season this place was fully booked. Unfortunately we were not at the water but on the other side of the road at the old station. Also a great place in itself. Unfortunately, the toilet was not usable there and then there is only 1 cubicle at the places on the water that 1 person can use at the same time.

Great place. Minibus is handy, but public transport is also easy to do. Spacious pitches and excellent showers and toilets. A bit boring further on at the campsite. But I think you come here mainly to visit the city of Edinburgh.

According to Google Maps, you can also reach the parking lot from the north-east side. I arrived in the dark and almost got stuck on a lawn next to a shed. Easily accessible from the southwest side. Not a nice place but doable as a short stop to sleep for a while before continuing. And because it is so spacious, you can also go there with a trailer.
