Large spacious and well thought out Aire. Paid 26 euros for two nights. Electric, water, toilet and shower all worked fine. Despite close to road very quite at night and only 10 min walk to town centre. If only the UK had places like this!

Access roads inside camp very poor. The facilities were adequate but no soap near the basins. Our biggest concern was the amount of youngsters in the adjacent mobile homes who insisted on playing very loud rap music and got quite aggressive when asked to turn it down.

Nice campsite. Very peaceful and good facilities. A nice relaxing 15 walk to the town over the old bridge. A supermarket and 2 bakers and the neatest PMU bar I have seen for a while. A good bus service to town outside the town hall.

We booked a "Motorhome Stopover" pitch which led us to a separate area of the site and we were on our own in an area of about 20 pitches. Hook up ok but water tap was broken. Sanitary adequate but could have been cleaner. Good bus service to town. Site is very close to bike lane around the lake and to town.

Nice campsite with big pitches and clean facilities. Reception very helpful. Tram stops outside camp 10 mins into town. All trams and buses free at the weekend !!!

Good location next to the town. Strange site as pitches all surrounded by stone walls and having to park length ways. Water, Waste and electric all good. We passed by the Police Municipal office in the afternoon so we paid the fee then, otherwise they come round in the morning for collection

A Camping Car site easily found in the village. Lovely place by the lake with good walks along the river. Nice wide and flat pitch and facilities all good. 10 mins walk to the town. Wednesday morning is market day

Not quite the standards we expected form a Yelloh Village. Reception was very good and helpful. Pitch assigned to us was small and muddy. The sanitary facilities next to us were totally inadequate just a collection of plastic shells where the hot water disappeared as soon as two were in use. Quite handy for the bus and tram to the town.

Beautiful camping place in the trees. Very peaceful and quiet. After showing your card at the barrier just drive round and pick your own space. 5 mins walk to the beach and 15 mins walk to the town via a boardwalk. The green cycle route passes through the site giving a nice safe ride to the Dune of Pila and Arachon

A couple of nights here. All facilities good but access road could do with filling in. Felt safe and quiet in the evening. Nice town and castle and many bodegas for tasting

Reception not open until 14:00. Pitches ok and Sanitary not very clean.

Nice site at the top of the town and well signposted. Because of the rain the access road from the south down the big hill was a bit hairy with a few land slides but ok in the end. Good waste disposal and water fill. Did not hear the trains. 10 mins walk in the very nice town. Currently (March) the old castle (Now a Parador) was closed for repairs.

A bit pricey but overall a nice campsite. About a 20 minute walk to the town but there is a bus stop right outside the camp which we used once and was reliable. The facilities need a bit of updating but there were clean and adequate. We were there in March so did not use restaurant or pool.

Nice quite place handy for the town. 5 mins walk to E Leclerc supermarket. Most of the pitches are on a gentle slope. Felt safe and quite at night. Only drawback is the water tap which supplies both for the tank and toilet so we did not bother and use bottled for the supermarket

Spent 2 nights here during the rain in March. Has all the facilities except hook up and very handy for the town. A bit of traffic noise but dies down in the evening. Supermarket over the road. Parador hotel quite close with nice bar full of charging points

Very nice site within easy walking distance of the town. Toilet block now closed and don't understand the location of the trees. Felt safe and quite at night after 11:00 pm

Spent a 3 nights here in march and really enjoyed the nice laid back atmosphere of the site despite the poor weather. Showers and toilet adequate and clean. Access road could be better. Highlight of the stay was the Friday night meal cooked by the hosts and shared with the rest of the campers in the Finca dining room -superb

Spent 3 nights here. Great location for the town, the beach and walking distance to a large Mercadonna. Ok the ground is not the best and a bit pricey but we felt safe and very quite at night.

Sanitary needs updating. Had to report to reception to get electric connected and disconnected and wait around for staff member to unlock box. Very good location for visit to town - 10 mins walk

No facilities but a great location to visit the monastery. Quite at night and felt safe. A big Pingo Dolce supermarket is just over the road.

Arrived here in February so was not seeing site at its best. Good campsite with decent pitches and average sanitary. Nice 20 walk to the beach. Good hourly bus service to Aveiro

Excellent site close to the town only a short bus ride. Toilet facilities very good and ultra clean. Only downside for us was a person walking around the site at 08:00 ringing a bell to inform of the bread arrival

We had 2 very relaxing nights here. Very nice little site in the countryside. Carrefour market in the local town 10 mins away. Visited Alden Biesen by bike 6km away. Only downside could not pay by card

Stayed on the camper spots for 2 nights for 16 euros per night. Good hard standing, electricity and good showers and toilets. Only down side is 24hr noise from factory opposite.

Good overnight stop with a meter for electricity - make sure you have plenty of 1 euros. Public toilets nearbye that are clean and cost 50 cents. Very helpfull touist office even giving us key for town tower - plenty of bars and restaurants and a couple of nice bakers in the main square

Nice big pitches and clean but a bit outdated facilities. Bus stop outside camp to Spandau and Berlin also ferry on the wansee to Potsdam. Nice cycle path to Sacrow

Very clean and spacious site. The town and Elbe river are close bye and quite a number of bars and restaurants - our favourite was the old post office

Very good and quiet. 10 euros for the night and the first 5 get hook up. Metro 300m and a big supermarket 750m. The car park attendant extremely helpfull

Worth very penny of the 10euros. Electricity fresh water and waste dump all good. Close to the town and quite safe. 300m from site is the most fantastic butcher who sells home made pasta dishes along side a great selection of meats

Easy to find from the motorway. Entry ok with CCP card nice big pitches. Not a lot within walking distance but ok for one night

Very neat and clean site with toilet and shower with a supermarket 5 mins walk. The green cycle route passes right outside the front gate. Very busy we got second last spot and site full by 14:00

Nice site with great views of the castle. The town is 5 mins away and the castle can be reached by lift. Good market on a Thursday morning. If you plan to eat dinner in the town it is wise to make a reservation as we tried 5 restaurants before managing to get a table.

Good site with all the facilities and great views although Camping Car Park card needed. Make sure you are stocked up as no shops. We stopped at Auchan at Futoroscope about 15 mins away. Cycled to the battle of 762 between the French and Arabs

The old site is still there but now has a No Entry for motorhomes sign. The new site is down the hill through the pay barrier. Nice and quite and good views. Our satnav did not like the route through the village because of the 3.5t limit and took us down quite a narrow road with 3.0m height restriction

Parked longways on the lower level great views. Public toilet on the left just outside the Aire opens at 08:00. Had dinner at Solar Braganca which was superb full of local dishes

Nice Aire although any longer than 7.5m might struggle and watch out for wall at back of the pitch. Took the train to Pinhao and had a boat trip from there up the Duro. Cross the foot bridge to a nice restaurant with great views of the Duro and Peso

Nice campsite with good showers and toilet but no washing up sinks with hot water. Bus outside very handy for town and just over the road next to garage is a Pingo Doce supermarket

Stayed one night for 6 euros. Handy for the town which is a bit touristy as it is bus trip distance from Lisbon. Very good and clean public toilet next to Tourist Office 250m

A fantastic camping experience run by two superstars in Bobby and Paula. Peace, Quite, walks, local wine, pizzas made to order, great cycling - so relaxing

Got here mid Feb just before 14:00 and got the last space. Nice Aire close to the town. As we did not manage to get into the Merida Aire took the train from Badajoz

Each pitch has its own little toilet and shower. Bus right outside the site to the town including Sundays - asci cards accepted

Very quite and handy for ferry. Carrefour 1k away plenty of restaurants and a very good cheese shop - nice walk to the roman bridge and old town
