Here June 7th for two nights - reception did not open untill 13:45 but was very friendly. Nice big level pitch. Sanitary a wee bit dated but clean and tidy. Clothes drier was broken but washing machine ok. Nice tree lined walk into the town and a 10 min walk to a large Auchan supermarket.

Here June 5th - excellent stopover just off the motorway Very quite and peaceful - usual price for Camper Car Park with electric and water. The Sanitary block from the old campsite was closed although other reviews state that it opens high season. Nice walk into the old village - try the pink fruity beer at the PMU. Great place for an overnight stop.

Here June 4th - nice site with friendly reception. Huge pitch although a little uneven. Sanitary facilities a bit outdated but adequate. 30 mins walk to the town

Here June 4 - Although there were lots of spaces visible the entry machine was reporting no space and would not let us in so moved to the camp site next door

Here June 3rd. The usual conditions for a Camper Contact with good electric and water access. There is a public toilet around the corner but did not use. One half of the site is under trees with shade. Very close to the beach. Nice big SuperU supermarket over the road and the town is only 15 mins walk away. Perfect for 1 or 2 nights.

Here May 31st for 3 nights. Very busy as in middle of South German school holidays. Sanitary adequate but clean and tidy. Reception staff very friendly and helpfull. If you are over 7.5m you might find it a bit tight in places and our pitch had steep slope. Good bus service to the water taxi into Toulon.

Here May 29th for two nights. Very friendly welcome and nice campsite with a nice pool and bar. Sanitary adequate but clean, showers 50c extra. Bus service to town or bike.

Here May 26th for two nights and paid 35 euros per night. Little bit tight for vehicles over 7.5 but plenty of shade. Sanitary a bit dated but ok. Pool and bar very good and very close to the beach. Don't go to Tharros if it is very hot as no shade and dusty and just a hole in the ground Instead we went to the "giants" musuem in Cabras which was spectacular

Here May 24th for 2 nights. We were the last vehicle off the ferry from Sicily so did not arrive untill about 22:00 and in the dark. The staff were so friendly and gave us a temp space for the night with electric and we moved to a normal space in the morning. Paid 33 euros per night. Sanitary adequate and clean. Very handy for the town and plenty of shops and supermarkets nearbye

Here May 21st for 3 nights at 25e per night. Very friendly manager and gated and guarded at night. Sanitary adequte and clean. Very handy for the centre and bus to Monreal is just round the corner. Only downside was that we left quite early and despite the day manager telling us we could pay by card the night manager would only take cash

Here May 19th for two nights and paid just under 60e. Nice campsite with spacious pitches. Sanitary a wee bit dated but adequate showers coin operated. Round the corner there is very good liitle deli that makes arancini as you wait and a big supermarket. Bus stop at the gate which takes you straight to the temples

Here May 18th for one night. Very well kept and clean campsite. We had our own private toilet. Very close to the beach and bread van calls in the morning. Small supermarket within walking distance . Only down side is the area which is not very pretty and at this time of year no bars or restaurants opened.

Here May 16th Very friendly welcome and tour of site and booking of the shuttle into town. Clean and tidy site and the sanitary is ok.

Here May 13th for 2 nights. Quite tight for vans over 7.5m . Sanitary dated but clean and tidy. Trip to Etna booked from reception and picked us up from front gate. Big supermarket just round the corner

May 11th for 2 nights Perfect stop over before driving to the Sicily ferry. Very friendly welcome from all the family members. Close to the beach and town with different vendors visiting the site in the morning. Sanitary clean and tidy

Here May 10th. Paid 25 euros for 1 night inluding electric, water and very clean sanitary. A welcome gift of bread and a purchase of 3 liters of the local primitvo made for a very happy start. Very friendly staff and we took advantage of the shuttle service into town and back which was great. Fantastic site for 1 or 2 nights

Here 9th May - ok for 1 night and super handy for the Trulli zone. Paid 25 euros for elctricity and water no sanitary. Be very carefull of your sat nav as ours took us to the exit and an no entry street where the entrance is. On the approach to the town follow the brown motorhome drop signs or google maps.

Here 8th May - Very helpful staff - Paid 25 euros cash for one night with electric and water and a clean toilet. Site is manned 24hrs and gate closed at night. Only 10 mins walk to the castle and cathedral. Perfect for a one night stop

Here early May and paid 20e for electric and water. Lovely setting at the rear of a car park in old garden with plenty of shade. Car park is closed and gated in the evening. Super handy for the temples and dont forget to go see them after dark. We had a meal outside the van and a fantastic couple of hours in peace and quite. Unfortunately later on there was a wedding at at the nearest restaurant with some loud music - hey ho

Here early May. Very helpful manager who guided us to our pitch and explained everything. Sanitary not the greatest but ok extra for showers. CCTV and a night barrier and after 20:00 very quite. The main attraction of this site is the Royal Palace is only 10 minutes walk away (map supplied by site) Perfect for a 1 night stop to see the palace

Ok it is a big site and expensive but so handy for the Roman ruins at Ostia (closed Mondays) Neat and tidy site with excellent sanitary and well stocked little market. We were there early May so site was empty. Really good cycle lanes into the town and the ruins

Paid 25e for 1 night - very helpful staff and good sanitary - shade possible on some pitches by the trees. Very handy for the funicular to the town. Big Supermarket 300m walk away. After a while the noise of the high speed trains did not concern us

Easy to find Sosta and close to the escalators which takes you up the hill to the old town. Paid 8 euros for the night and 50c for water. Nice flat pitch. Stayed one night quite and felt safe

Ideal place for an overnight stay to vist the city. We paid 25 euros by card. Sanitary ok and a Lidl supermarket next door. Bus 250m from site straight to the town centre. We brought dinner back with us from one of the many splendid delis in Parma and sat outside with a view of the motorway which made a change from lakes and mountains!!!

Excellent campsite. Neat and tidy and well laid out with nice big pitches. Sanitary block very clean. Little village 15 mins walk with a few shops and bars. Bus stop to Verona right outside camp. Mossies are a problem.

Arrived just after lunch and paid 2 euros for 24 hours. Grey water discharge but did not use the "drinking water". Very quite at night and only a 30 minute walk to the centre. Perfect for a one night stop

Very friendly welcome from the site manager. Cash only in an envelope. Sanitary clean and tidy. Only problem was the reception was never open. After paying your tourist tax in Salzburg you are meant to get complmentary bus tickets but impossible with reception closed.

Paid £97 for two nights which I think is a bit too expensive -dont know if it is any cheaper on the attached Aire - Fantastic site with the best sanitary block of our trip. Bus stop at the camp entrance which takes you to the shuttle bus for the castles

Paid 20 euros at the entry and extra for electricity. Got there lunch time and it filled up late evening. Toilets ok and quite at night. The main attraction of this site is that it is only 5 minutes walk to the town.

Large spacious and well thought out Aire. Paid 26 euros for two nights. Electric, water, toilet and shower all worked fine. Despite close to road very quite at night and only 10 min walk to town centre. If only the UK had places like this!

Nice campsite. Very peaceful and good facilities. A nice relaxing 15 walk to the town over the old bridge. A supermarket and 2 bakers and the neatest PMU bar I have seen for a while. A good bus service to town outside the town hall.

We booked a "Motorhome Stopover" pitch which led us to a separate area of the site and we were on our own in an area of about 20 pitches. Hook up ok but water tap was broken. Sanitary adequate but could have been cleaner. Good bus service to town. Site is very close to bike lane around the lake and to town.

Nice campsite with big pitches and clean facilities. Reception very helpful. Tram stops outside camp 10 mins into town. All trams and buses free at the weekend !!!

Good location next to the town. Strange site as pitches all surrounded by stone walls and having to park length ways. Water, Waste and electric all good. We passed by the Police Municipal office in the afternoon so we paid the fee then, otherwise they come round in the morning for collection

A Camping Car site easily found in the village. Lovely place by the lake with good walks along the river. Nice wide and flat pitch and facilities all good. 10 mins walk to the town. Wednesday morning is market day

Not quite the standards we expected form a Yelloh Village. Reception was very good and helpful. Pitch assigned to us was small and muddy. The sanitary facilities next to us were totally inadequate just a collection of plastic shells where the hot water disappeared as soon as two were in use. Quite handy for the bus and tram to the town.

Beautiful camping place in the trees. Very peaceful and quiet. After showing your card at the barrier just drive round and pick your own space. 5 mins walk to the beach and 15 mins walk to the town via a boardwalk. The green cycle route passes through the site giving a nice safe ride to the Dune of Pila and Arachon

A couple of nights here. All facilities good but access road could do with filling in. Felt safe and quiet in the evening. Nice town and castle and many bodegas for tasting

Reception not open until 14:00. Pitches ok and Sanitary not very clean.

Nice site at the top of the town and well signposted. Because of the rain the access road from the south down the big hill was a bit hairy with a few land slides but ok in the end. Good waste disposal and water fill. Did not hear the trains. 10 mins walk in the very nice town. Currently (March) the old castle (Now a Parador) was closed for repairs.

A bit pricey but overall a nice campsite. About a 20 minute walk to the town but there is a bus stop right outside the camp which we used once and was reliable. The facilities need a bit of updating but there were clean and adequate. We were there in March so did not use restaurant or pool.

Nice quite place handy for the town. 5 mins walk to E Leclerc supermarket. Most of the pitches are on a gentle slope. Felt safe and quite at night. Only drawback is the water tap which supplies both for the tank and toilet so we did not bother and use bottled for the supermarket

Spent 2 nights here during the rain in March. Has all the facilities except hook up and very handy for the town. A bit of traffic noise but dies down in the evening. Supermarket over the road. Parador hotel quite close with nice bar full of charging points

Very nice site within easy walking distance of the town. Toilet block now closed and don't understand the location of the trees. Felt safe and quite at night after 11:00 pm

Spent a 3 nights here in march and really enjoyed the nice laid back atmosphere of the site despite the poor weather. Showers and toilet adequate and clean. Access road could be better. Highlight of the stay was the Friday night meal cooked by the hosts and shared with the rest of the campers in the Finca dining room -superb

Spent 3 nights here. Great location for the town, the beach and walking distance to a large Mercadonna. Ok the ground is not the best and a bit pricey but we felt safe and very quite at night.

Sanitary needs updating. Had to report to reception to get electric connected and disconnected and wait around for staff member to unlock box. Very good location for visit to town - 10 mins walk

No facilities but a great location to visit the monastery. Quite at night and felt safe. A big Pingo Dolce supermarket is just over the road.

Excellent site close to the town only a short bus ride. Toilet facilities very good and ultra clean. Only downside for us was a person walking around the site at 08:00 ringing a bell to inform of the bread arrival

We had 2 very relaxing nights here. Very nice little site in the countryside. Carrefour market in the local town 10 mins away. Visited Alden Biesen by bike 6km away. Only downside could not pay by card

Very clean and spacious site. The town and Elbe river are close bye and quite a number of bars and restaurants - our favourite was the old post office

Very neat and clean site with toilet and shower with a supermarket 5 mins walk. The green cycle route passes right outside the front gate. Very busy we got second last spot and site full by 14:00

Nice site with great views of the castle. The town is 5 mins away and the castle can be reached by lift. Good market on a Thursday morning. If you plan to eat dinner in the town it is wise to make a reservation as we tried 5 restaurants before managing to get a table.

Good site with all the facilities and great views although Camping Car Park card needed. Make sure you are stocked up as no shops. We stopped at Auchan at Futoroscope about 15 mins away. Cycled to the battle of 762 between the French and Arabs

The old site is still there but now has a No Entry for motorhomes sign. The new site is down the hill through the pay barrier. Nice and quite and good views. Our satnav did not like the route through the village because of the 3.5t limit and took us down quite a narrow road with 3.0m height restriction

Parked longways on the lower level great views. Public toilet on the left just outside the Aire opens at 08:00. Had dinner at Solar Braganca which was superb full of local dishes

Nice Aire although any longer than 7.5m might struggle and watch out for wall at back of the pitch. Took the train to Pinhao and had a boat trip from there up the Duro. Cross the foot bridge to a nice restaurant with great views of the Duro and Peso

Nice campsite with good showers and toilet but no washing up sinks with hot water. Bus outside very handy for town and just over the road next to garage is a Pingo Doce supermarket

A fantastic camping experience run by two superstars in Bobby and Paula. Peace, Quite, walks, local wine, pizzas made to order, great cycling - so relaxing

Got here mid Feb just before 14:00 and got the last space. Nice Aire close to the town. As we did not manage to get into the Merida Aire took the train from Badajoz

Each pitch has its own little toilet and shower. Bus right outside the site to the town including Sundays - asci cards accepted
