CP was only open for one more night. The bar, restaurant, and pool were (understandably) closed. On top of the excellent ACSI price of €27, an additional €9 was charged for dubious fees!

Unfortunately, parking now costs €15.00 for a maximum of 6 hours! This is completely outrageous, as there are no services provided. An outrage and a disgrace to the city of Esslingen!

We stayed at La Focetta Sicula Camping for two nights. We had a lovely spot in the second row near the washroom. Everything was perfect for us. We received a friendly welcome and were also pleased with the older but clean restroom facilities. The site is a good starting point for great bike rides. The fact that you have to pay extra for showering (€1 for 4 minutes) definitely regulates the water consumption. We'd be happy to come back.
