Very beautiful location. You can choose your own spot; there are no marked pitches. Right by the water (Loch Levens), which is actually still just the sea. So the tides are noticeable. It can get quite windy between the mountains. Sanitary facilities are fine. Owner friendly. It is about a 5km drive for groceries. They are not available on the site.

Nice, friendly campsite. Beautiful, spacious pitches. A very good place to visit and walk along the Wall. The Vindolanda Museum is also within walking distance.

Great campsite. Large pitches. Friendly owner. And a good base for visiting York. There is a beautiful cycle route leading there. Definitely do not take the main road.
